Initially I was going to climb the shelves because I am rather small and a lady shop assistant asked if she could help.<br>\nShe looked and there were none on the shelves and she said \u2018perhaps there\u2019s some in health and beauty\u2019 and off she went.<br>\nI was inpatient and grabbed Lindt instead and continued shopping.<br>\nI was about 4 aisles further along and a very tall young male shop assistant asked if I was looking for Old Gold 70%. He had a new box of Old Gold in his hands and I took 4 blocks.<br>\nWhat great customer service. They were four of them, all in their own worlds while talking to each other, while customers accumulated. I finally had to ask if any of them were servicing since I was first in line. And once said, she served a guy behind me.  Not happy and all of those women who was in the deli on the 4th of June 2023 should be fired, due to their disrespect towards customers and they aren\u2019t doing anything to make to Woolworths brand great. Will not be back. Everytime I come to get Berlina from the deli:<br>\n1.They either don&#8217;t have it.<br>\n2. They won&#8217;t shave it because they &#8220;have just cleaned the slicer&#8221; &#8211; its 5pm and you close at 9pm&#8230;&#8230; why is the slicer an issue?  &#8211; Which what made me write this review (I&#8217;m honestly sick of not being able to get it, I walk away 9 times out of 10 from this shop without it)<br>\n3. They have revamped the store, and there&#8217;s NO express checkout anymore &#8211; forcing to wait in line if you want to keep people in jobs and not use the self serve which half time scan items with wrong prices.
