The delivery fee was fair and well worth the $. I was kept updated on delivery status and the delivery team could not have been better. 3 weeks agoVisited Designer Looks today, and we had Canaan take great care of us. He was super patient as we went through various options / colours. We could not have asked for a more diligent and helpful sales person. Would highly recommend the team here at Polaris.a week agoThe staff is friendly and offer lots of good information about the product and available options. We had a great experience with Josh who assisted us with our purchase. We went with the finance option and Josh made the process so easy and in few minutes we were done. We also got expedited delivery which came on time and the staff was very professional and respectful. Definitely coming again for more things to buy in the future!2 months agoDelivery truck ripped the cable tv wire down. Damaged the siding on one side of the house. Then drove off without a word. Called the store and manager said it’s not the stores fault. Refuses to pay for the damage. Now have court proceedings started. Don’t buy from this store. 7 month updated. Value City still hasn’t repaired the damaged siding. Keeps asking for a different estimate and want to know how many fasteners and which size is being used.in the last weekWe spent two hours with Grace at the Polaris store. It actually was a very smooth experience working with her as she was calm and knowledgeable about the pieces of furniture we were interested in and gave us several suggestions that would help fit the rooms better!!
