  Poor understanding of customers requirements. Female pharmacist wouldn’t listen to reason or give a reason for decission. Pharmacist was rude and abrupt! My request has been allowed by a senior pharmacist on prior purchases. I believe an investigation should be undertaken by the pharmaceutical administration. I have previous purchase proof. Lost a long term customer.

  Haven’t actually been here yet cause they didn’t have exactly what I needed but their fast messaging system on Google helped me to save time and go elsewhere. I would highly recommend using it before visiting as they can have your prescriptions ready as soon as you walk in, or at least let you know that they’re not yet available.
