There was pants in number sizes, mixed with letter sizing. Then shirts everywhere. We were absolutely disgusted by the disorganisation. Absolutely overwhelming. Please tidy up. It is quite a busy store so the shelves aren’t always perfect or pristine, and sometimes, the stock is low or not reflected accurately on the website, but the people who work there work hard.

a month agoI was having trouble looking for stuffed toys. A lovely young worker named Shannon soon came up to me and asked if I needed any help. She found exactly what I was looking for. Great service here!5 months agoWorst Kmart I’ve been too. Op shops clothing section looks better then kmarts clothing area. Op shops at least have woman’s with woman’s tops with tops oh and in size order!! Photos show male cloths and females mixed together, tops pants together, all sizes together, wrong size hanger to size of item attached. Oh EVEN DRINK IN THE POCKET OF PANTS! I asked for size of pants I found they said they will check back while they checked back i found the size myself in another section lady came back and said we don’t have that size I said you do cause here they are I found while I waited she said oh OK. Then went back to change room area! 2 of them. Put 1 full time on tiding the area to size and item order until it’s fixed. Absolutely disgusting left buying nothing I’ll go to a Op shop instead easier and cleaner. And no it was a clearance rack, all full price and video shoes sections and sections of the same mess.

a week agoVery nice store with amazing variety and selection of products in so many areas of need.5 months agoOmg I went to checkout.. lady came to ‘assist’ me .. I told her, yes I’ve used automated checkouts before.. she stood beside me explained how to scan an item.. etc etc.. even explained how to use my credit card.. I did once again explain that I knew what to do..She even congratulated me on managing to purchase my goods.. The most demeaning person I have ever met6 months agoThe ladies at the service desk are always so lovely, but you can tell they need more support. Having to serve a huge line of customers, do prints, and ALSO answer the phones? Management needs to provide more support, especially during the morning and lunch time rush. The store is always dirty, and the store manager is extremely rude. I have also had a horrible experience asking for help from a manager named Natarsha. Wow, literally everywhere you look the store looks like it’s been through an earth quake.
It was incredibly hard to find products due to the share magnitude of disarray, also finding a staff member beyond registers was absolutely impossible . Clearly there is a staffing issue in this store , and their recovery / fills aren’t getting done in a timely manner .Christmas is looking bleak for customers shopping here this year, as too are the sales targets & expectations of the board of investors.
A couple of photos added here , and by no means the worst areas of the store .
There wasn’t one area actually filled , merchandised, or even correctly ticketed etc .
My only thought ?
Who was responsible for hiring and training the Christmas casuals here, and what have you done to ensure they exceed the expectations of both the company , also your Loyal shoppers ?
The chain stores across Australia are very convenient, and you can find everything. You will arrive at the exit of the parking lot, next to the toilet.
There are places to eat within a 2-minute walk, and there is a coffee shop next to it.
