a week agoStaff here are very friendly and attentive. There are a variety of merchandise to choose from and great snacks too. The line gets pretty busy, but I do like the way it’s set up. One sweet staff member kindly paid for one of my merchandise. It’s always pleasant to come back here.in the last weekI didn’t like that there was no carts. This TJ Max lets you take carts outside the store and they don’t have a specific person that gets them from parking lot. So I had to carry all my items. I didn’t have one employee acknowledge my presents. In beauty section this one manager talked to employees rough almost belittling she was LOUD.a year agoOne of my favorite places! Huge stores. The only I have is that they don’t stock up much as others do on the tj max side. But the home goods one is over flow like so cluttered it gives you anxiety trying to push a cart through aisles and praying you arnt going to break anything. Or try to fit in. Over all a good place to go to for multiple thingsin the last weekWorthless, by far the worst of the TJ Maxx in the area. They never have anything, as opposed to the others with more and better options. Waste of time and gas. And then you ask an employee and they never know anything, so they have ask another and another. Even the managers don’t, so they just give you nonsense of “it’s seasonal,” when it’s something that has nothing to do with being seasonal.4 months agoHomeGoods and the TJ Maxx are a great duo stop! Love the variety and options at great prices! BUT I hate when I find 1 item and the associates have no clue when more shipments will arrive so that I can come back around then. On my most recent trip 7/11/2023 these white ladies around their 30s took items from my cart while I was in line for checkout and acted DUMB when I asked for them back. I wonder what store policy is for trashy customers like this.
