Mens clothing and accessories drag the a star or two.3 months agoAvoid at all costs. Not a normal TJ Maxx shopper but a mirror on a quick in and out from here 3 days ago. Got home realized it was scratched and it just smudging. Go back to return it the next day and I wait 35 minutes in line to do the return. Staff was incredibly rude acting as though I damaged it/as though they wouldn’t take it back. Asked me four times why I was returning it to which I finally replied you sold me a damaged item. Box was unopened and had original styrofoam packaging around it. Had to have four other staff come over to look at it. To a point where it was disrespectful and they were acting as though I was trying to scam them (as if I would try to scam a store for $40). Incompetent workers. Save your time and spend the money somewhere better than this that actually offers quality items and customer service.3 months agoI love coming here for some fun shopping or if I need to find something quickly. Great variety of bath and beauty products. I wish the clothing was organized a little better, but you get what you get with places like this, it’s not Nordstroms or anything. The home decor options are great as well, you can find some really unique items. I snagged a giant shark pillow for a great price one day, apparently it was a pretty pricey FAO Swartz toy. You never know what you’ll find!

Their men’s section is lacking though – they need to step it up.a week agoLarge parking lot. This location can get pretty crazy during the week! But ahh the deals here are unmatched. Really like visiting this location due to their large makeup selection! Their clothes is always up to date and amazing quality. There weren’t enough employees there to do check out in order to keep the line short. Overall a good place to find a bargain;)3 months agoNeeded to use the restroom in the middle of my shopping. There is a button that you have to press for an employee to come and let you into the restroom. I pressed the button and waited at least 10 minutes, but nobody came. As someone who works in retail myself, I recognize that things can get busy and you might be focusing on something more important than a customer needing to use the restroom, but this perspective crumbles when a customer came and put in the code to the women’s restroom by herself. After seeing this, I decided to ask an employee for the code to the mens restroom. The employee said they would send someone to let me into the restroom in a few minutes. Ten minutes later, I was still waiting and saw several more customers put in the code for the women’s restroom. It was very annoying!6 months agoI would like to thank Diego who was the cashier who helped me yesterday. He was such a professional sweet man. I truly appreciated how he wrapped my glassware. Manager is so bad at scheduling. When I started the line it was only 3 cashiers Saturday at 2pm. Now it’s five but look at the line. And it’s always like this. If u know that prepare for it. The line have over 50 people
Nice store if you want to decorate your home or shop for partner , my only issue is that the clothes department is 90% women’s items and the men’s is two small little sections . I think It would be nicer to have more men’s stuff at this store I kinda felt left out .
Very bad customer service at the one located by Las Americas outlets. In the jewelry department the service was really bad, the girl that was by the register she was on her phone texting and got bothered i ask her to help me and gave me a look that i almost felt i had to apologize for bothering her.
The place was a hot mess. Nothing was in it’s a place. There were shoes with pot & pans, kids’ clothes with women’s clothes, and this was early in the morning, so it should have been cleaned up the night before.
I was frustrated with the amount of room to walk. I did leave without buying anything.
Not a large selection of merchandise like other locations.
