      Tj Maxx was fun, but they have drastically reduced the amount of make up and facial moisturizers that they sell. Also, the clothing was more toward young aged high school kids. Pretty different in the past few months. Hope it’s changes back.

      Yo, check it out, I was at TJ Maxx the other day and it was straight up off the chain. I found some hella fresh kicks for like, a fraction of the price they would be at Foot Locker. I also copped some fresh threads, like a dope hoodie and some fly jeans. The selection was off the hook, and the prices even better. I would definitely recommend TJ Maxx to anyone looking for a great deal on some fresh gear. I was like, “Yo, check out these kicks!” and my homeboy was like, “Word, those are hella fresh!” We were like, “We gotta cop those!” So we did. Then we went to the clothes section and I was like, “Yo, check out this hoodie!” and my homeboy was like, “Word, that’s dope!” We were like, “We gotta cop that!” So we did. We were straight up stunting on everybody. We were like, “We got the freshest gear fam.”

      I liked the children’s toy selection & prices, while shopping for my niece & nephew’s Christmas presents. I was able to find something for everyone. Store was clean, pretty organize & not too busy. Tj Max at Town Square is a larger store with plenty of merchandise. I’ll be back again.

      A lady who ‘greets’ people on the way in always gives me a nasty look when I come here; She seems extremely catty…I wonder if she assumes I’m a thief…or if she’s just a nasty person in general.

      Tonight, there was a woman named Geraldine who completely ignored me while I was on the line to check out; She could have rang me up after seeing me wait for about 8 minutes, but instead, she decided to ignore me so she could organize hangers lol…She seems like a catty obnoxious person; The experience was pretty disgusting…

      Most of the customers who shop here are low-class & will walk right into you; 1% of them will actually say ‘excuse me’ if they need to get by you…I couldn’t believe how rude these people were tonight…Losers.

      The products here are not the best, but they do have a decent selection of tea & dried fruit sometimes. I would give this place 3 stars if they would hire better employees.

      We just had to come back here because they failed to remove a security tag, we have the credit card transaction but for them it wasn’t enough proof since we tossed the receipt. Terrible service. They did remove it though, but we had to be upset that whoever did our transaction missed it. Love Tj Maxx but yikes paying for the mistakes of an employee isn’t it.

      Unorganized store that’s perpetually understaffed. The selection of merchandise is rather disappointing, and should you actually find something worth purchasing, the wait time makes it not even worth it. There are many other options in this region, and they are all a much better. The Nordstrom Rack is close and puts them to shame. Heck, even the Burlington next door is much tidier.

I asked for help with a girl I believe her name is Ziporra she walked away and ignored me I should have asked someone else but as furious as I was I just walked out.       This was my first time shopping in a TJ Max. Overall, the selection and brands for men’s clothing was surprisingly good. I was very impressed with the prices. The store offered many thing other than cloths, such as furniture, decorations, and even pet toys. I was able to find some shirts I needed and also some new pants. The staff here was very friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. This place is worth a visit.

      TJ Max is a good place to shop for discounts on name brand clothing and bags. They have large selection, mostly for women. But there is a decent selection of men’s current fashion trends. They also offer a small selection of makeup and bath items, and a wide variety of home goods. This store location is clean and well-kept. Check out time is slow, but not too bad, if you go when there aren’t as many people.

      I love tj Maxx. My daughter was being naughty at this particular location and caused a clothing rack to tip over and she fell with it taking the shopping cart with her and she was smushed between the two. Management and staff came to her aide in seconds and were very helpful and kind to us, when I thought they’d throw us out, instead they took our information and said to call if anything came up. Also the checkout line is always moving quickly regardless of how many shoppers are in the line. Everyone has always been cheerful and kind and helpful. Never a bad experience here and the store is stocked ALWAYS with anything you could ever need.

      I was recently in KC for a girls weekend. We shopped at your store on Friday afternoon. When entering the checkout lane there were tons of people in line. It started out with 4 checkers but by the time we made it to the front they were down to one, with the line still as long as when we started. The young man checking kept his cool and was extremely professional even though there were 5 to 6 adult employees acting as though they could not see the huge line. A big shout out to Jherik M. He is a rock star.

      There’s good customer service, & then there’s excellent customer service. Today I experienced great customer service at this particular location. Virginia is the reason I had such a pleasant experience today! She was helpful throughout my entire shopping experience. From the time I walked into the store, while I shopped, and even at checkout. She was patient, kind, professional, warm, & very friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me and naturally she exudes such a vibrant light. Not only did she tend to me as a customer, but I watched how she interacted with staff members. You can tell she truly cares about the relationships around her and it’s clear that a strong rapport exists between them. I look forward to returning to this particular location as the kindness was exhibited by other staff members as well. I got an opportunity to share with Cassandra, the manager how amazing I was being treated, and it wasn’t a surprise to her as she too knows how special Virginia is. I left feeling very satisfied and touched by such a kind soul.

      Nice selection of lamps, pet products, kitchen gadgets etc. Stores of this nature always have ebbs and flows so check often for specific needs. They could use more help at the registers. A line of 12 people and 2 on register with one doing returns makes for some cranky customers at times!

      When I walked in, the whole store had an overwhelming stench of body odor! I decided to stick it out hoping the odor would dissipate. Either it did, or I got used to it. I love their selection as I find different and new things each time I go and the prices are reasonable. I went right after they opened and was surprised they only had 2 cashiers as there was a decent sized line when I checked out. Thankfully the wait went relatively quickly.

      I have been a regular customer of this TJMaxx store in Farmington in New Mexico. It is about a 35-minute drive from Durango, Colorado where I live, but I always love the long scenic drive from Durango to Farmington. One beautiful day, an awful experience happened in this particular TJ MAxx store. There was this incubus terrible cashier with a loud voice who was working at cashier or register N0.2 assisted me that day. She’s one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had nonetheless. I have politely asked her if she could break my $5 bill and she refused, knowing that I already bought a lot of items that day and paid. They could have easily checked using their bill machine reader if my $5 bill was legitimate. I told her that they always allowed me to get some change everytime I come to visit and shop….And she just gave me an attitude with her visibly annoyed loud voice. I looked at her incredulously and I couldn’t believe the sheer audacity of her attitude, she just showed me that day. It was straight from out of some awful racist movie…Obviously, she was very inconsiderate and I can sense that she didn’t have a critical thinking ability. She was so presumptuous. Her rudeness to me was not only offensive but was noticed by other customers and employees ( Who seemed complicit and stoic) whom I imagine she’s supposed to be modeling behavior for. I thought to myself I love this store and I shopped here regularly for years and I am not going to let some idiot cashier to destroy that. So I’ll just nodded politely with disappointment. The management might want to re-evaluate who they put in cashier/customer service because with that relatively tall, heavy set sarcastic woman with a capital B personality to match? I think they’re false advertising any sense of excellence. They should bring back the previous manager Maria. She was very nice and absolutely has an excellent customer service skills.

      My daughter loves this store, and unfortunately for my wallet, so do I. I joked with her once after going there by myself that I should not be allowed to go without supervision anymore or I buy too much. they always have amazing clearance deals on top of the already reduced pricesn items. it’s always a hit and miss as the merchandise they carry is always changing, think of a store like Burlington or Ross Dress for Less (but better selection). I have found makeup, shoes, essential oils, kitchenware, etc. priced way below the prices I’ve seen on the same items in other stores.

      for example, I love peppermint essential oil, but even at Walmart the lowest price is $5 for .5 oz. I found a 4 oz bottle of it for $5 at TJ Maxx. or an eye shadow palette for $4, that would have been at least $10 elsewhere. also shown is pillow and room spray that was $4, originally $12, Blowfish brand shoes that were $20 (normally $30-$45) and an elephant that has a removable warming pouch in it that was $5 (originally $20).

      5.45 pm 10/31/2023 i visited the store and i had an issue with item on sale ,i asked for mannager and She was unable to come to cashier and there was anybody to give a solution.The item was in clearense area “undeawear Men” the box was broken and left one underwear.The answer feom cashier was” they cant lower price ” there was only 3 undewar it should be 4.in that case each undewear should be sell by separed in sheaper price. But they didnt give a solution.it was as simple if manager dint can come to cashier could be tell to other staff to give me a solution and not to tell me to comeback other day because i was shopping more items and its not the only time i buy in this store.TJMax emploees should takecare a few more custumer.thats way i return all my stuff that i had to buy.

      So this isn’t a customer review but it’s a past employee review. So I never had any problems with the managers at t.j.maxx but until today one of my family members came in and one decided to say something about where I am currently working and they laughed, but it’s funny how their grown adults talking smack about someone that used to work for them but working at this location wasn’t entirely terrible just the management was the issue that’s why where was a group of us who had left just within a month because of the toxic environment and how childish it was, but I’d like to say to management that my job that I currently have pays more then what this company does and the managements a lot better.

      CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Don’t get overcharged and CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS before leaving the store! There’s a cashier that stealthily charged me a kitchen item, more expensive than the items that I actually bought (how can that be an “accident”?). She is about 5’8″, Hispanic (understands Spanish), and wears eyeglasses. As a disclaimer, the store is clean, organized, and everyone else in the store was extremely welcoming and kind to me. Other employees were assertive and fast at helping me solve this issue. It is a shame that this “mistake” that looks quite shady ruined my experience on Memorial Day.
