Definitely recommend getting one from this shop. Also recommend getting the hair washed at the same time. A pleasant experience.       The One star rating goes to the the lady just for promoting her business all the time, rest the haircut was the worst I’ve ever received.       I just had my first appointment here with Paige, as a special Mother’s Day gift from my beautiful husband and baby’s. Paige made my mother’s day hair dreams come true! She’s such a friendly, welcoming, thoughtful and talented stylist who’s absolutely amazing at her job, she makes sure to give you your dream hair. Paige knew exactly what I wanted and made sure every step and detail of it was perfect. Paige is amazing couldn’t recommend booking with her enough! The Salon is so pretty and clean with the highest quality products which is really nice to know there using the best quality products, all the staff are so nice and being offered a coffee was really thoughtful too.       I’m so thankful to have called this salon when I did. I don’t know anything about hair and styling or maintenance (it’s not my thing) but on my wedding day I wanted to look nice. I saw Paige, who was so helpful and informative. She was able to give me guidance on what would look good with my hair and why, and she made me feel really comfortable and valued. For me it was a little intimidating to have to get all done up, not knowing how to make my hair look the best it could be. So when I told Paige that I didn’t know what things to ask for, she took the time to give me some suggestions to select from and made the whole process less scary. Thanks Paige!

      I took both of my boys to Barber Kings lakeside on Saturday and I was really impressed!!! Both of my boys have curly hair and the barber actually knew how to cut their hair properly, which I have never experienced before. The shop had a great feel about it & was really on a whole other level to any barber shop I’ve seen. Every little detail had been well thought out & executed!! Very clean & organised..great waiting system!! Beverages & activities for the kids in the waiting area. Music was nice and appropriate to have kids listening to. The barber was honest, professional with great communication skills and the whole experience was exceptional!! He really took the time to explain how he’d cut their hair. Such a relief to find a great barber!! The boys finally have decent haircuts!! We will definitely be back!!

      This barber shop was amazing! They had a very nice staff and professional. They offered a amazing haircut and had barbers that knew what they were doing. Offered nice decor and free beverages and coffee! Wait times were not that long with 3 active barbers. The only downside was that the haircuts were a bit pricy with a men’s fade being ~$47 but other than that it was a very good experience. Would come again.

      I’m in my 30’s and can honestly say I haven’t received this much attention to detail when getting a haircut before.

      They makes all the previous barbers I have been to look like chop shops.

      It is a little more expensive than the others around, but not by much and the difference in quality is noticeable. I will definitely be back and will be getting my kids hair cut here as well from now on. Thanks guys.

      I’m back here to give 1 star. Yesterday, I went back to the shop for the second time. The first time was good, I liked the haircut though I had to wait a long time even though I had a booing. But yesterday was terrible. When I got there one of the barbers asked me to sit and said it wouldn’t take long and immediately after that called me to tell me there was a double booking and they were not going to be able to give me a haircut. That was quite upsetting, you can’t just tell a client to go away, in a case like that, you need to find a way to provide them with the service. They lost me as a client.

      After trying several barbers in Dandenong, Hair impact is now my go-to stop. Medi is my current barber and he has never failed to impress me with his skills. His scissor work is phenomenal and his fade game is on point as well. Beards have been my biggest pain point with previous barbers, but here I know 100% what i’m getting every single time. Consistency is the key and Medi delivers. For beard work they also use the old school blade and hot towel (afterwards) which is a welcome throwback.

      10/10 would recommend, if you don’t like a long wait I would suggest making an online booking as these boys are always pretty busy.

      Very skilled barbers, however, lack basic customer service unless you’re friends/family. Particularly, these guys are not familiar with the concept of queue. Long wait times like 1 hour+ if you’re not an afghani.

      My experience at this place was highly disappointing. Despite being in the queue, I had to wait for over 45 minutes, only to witness the staff prioritize their known acquaintances over me. This unfair treatment left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It was an overall negative experience that I cannot recommend to others.

      What was even more shocking was the way the barber spoke about other customers and colleagues. He openly complained about his fellow barbers, using offensive language and making inappropriate jokes. This unprofessional behaviour created a toxic and hostile environment, leaving me and the other customers feeling uneasy.

      The best experience in a salon I have ever had! From the moment I arrived I received a hand massage. My hairdresser Kate applied my foils just as I wanted, paying great attention to the outcome I wanted. She never left my side, from treatment to blow dry and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Amazingly delicious tea and cakes. All staff were just so lovely and helpful. I felt so spoilt by the end of it, like I had just left a day spa. Management must be great, everyone is so happy to be there. Can’t wait for my next visit, with the lovely Kate of course.

      I dropped into the salon to talk about issues I was having with my hair. I then took the next step and made an appointment. Well all i can say is although I paid a little more i found that all the girls were professional, great presentation and courteous.

      Lovely salon, relaxing and beautifully decorated. Every member of the team was fabulous.

      Booked for my first ever wash and blow dry as I have a shoulder injury. I loved all of the extras, temple, and hand massage, snacks, etc. Mostly, I loved my hair afterwards. It looked so amazing.

      Don’t live in Bundy but if I did, it would be my go-to salon. Highly recommended.

      Most wonderful experience. If you want to be pampered and receive a fantastic haircut too, then this is ‘The place’. Really listened to what I was after and followed through on it. I received 3 massages by three different people during my pampering, a temple massage, then a separate head massage and a hand massage! Delicious variety of drinks and sweets and a soothing environment, everyone from the receptionist to the trainee was super friendly and welcoming. Plus as a new client I received a super cute goodie bag ! Everything you have ever wanted in a hair dressers is here. Thank you so much Kate for really listening to me and for transforming my hair !       After going to another barber and having my hair cut absolutely butchered, I quickly ran to Jimmy Rods an hour before closing to have it fixed. Toby was very helpful in asking what I wanted and fixing it to the best of his ability. I came out feeling chuffed and I couldn’t thank Toby enough for his skill and professionalism.
