a month agoI recently had an appointment with Paige who is a really lovely and awesome stylist she was friendly, warm and welcoming and made me feel super comfortable after I expressed some nervousness due to a few other salons not doing a good job, The whole salon is gorgeous and I left there feeling absolutely stunning! I only went in for a trim but I got a the best freaking scalp massage of my life and my hair is so freaking soft and healthy i can’t stop touching it, Thank you Paige for an awesome service I look forward to seeing you again!in the last weekI struggled to find a place willing to colour men’s hair, I was so happy that CMH was able to help. Been 3 times for a colour now, the staff cannot be anymore friendly and sweet and they’ve got the best ideas and knowledge of every colour and style you can think of. Paige made my mother’s day hair dreams come true! She’s such a friendly, welcoming, thoughtful and talented stylist who’s absolutely amazing at her job, she makes sure to give you your dream hair. Paige knew exactly what I wanted and made sure every step and detail of it was perfect. Paige is amazing couldn’t recommend booking with her enough! The Salon is so pretty and clean with the highest quality products which is really nice to know there using the best quality products, all the staff are so nice and being offered a coffee was really thoughtful too. I don’t know anything about hair and styling or maintenance (it’s not my thing) but on my wedding day I wanted to look nice. I saw Paige, who was so helpful and informative. She was able to give me guidance on what would look good with my hair and why, and she made me feel really comfortable and valued. For me it was a little intimidating to have to get all done up, not knowing how to make my hair look the best it could be. So when I told Paige that I didn’t know what things to ask for, she took the time to give me some suggestions to select from and made the whole process less scary. Thanks Paige!

a week agoI took both of my boys to Barber Kings lakeside on Saturday and I was really impressed!!! Both of my boys have curly hair and the barber actually knew how to cut their hair properly, which I have never experienced before. The shop had a great feel about it & was really on a whole other level to any barber shop I’ve seen. Every little detail had been well thought out & executed!! Very clean & organised..great waiting system!! Beverages & activities for the kids in the waiting area. Music was nice and appropriate to have kids listening to. The barber was honest, professional with great communication skills and the whole experience was exceptional!! He really took the time to explain how he’d cut their hair. Such a relief to find a great barber!! The boys finally have decent haircuts!! They offered a amazing haircut and had barbers that knew what they were doing. Offered nice decor and free beverages and coffee! Wait times were not that long with 3 active barbers. The only downside was that the haircuts were a bit pricy with a men’s fade being ~$47 but other than that it was a very good experience. Would come again.3 months agoI’m in my 30’s and can honestly say I haven’t received this much attention to detail when getting a haircut before.They makes all the previous barbers I have been to look like chop shops.
It is a little more expensive than the others around, but not by much and the difference in quality is noticeable. I will definitely be back and will be getting my kids hair cut here as well from now on. Thanks guys.

Sweeney Tood is a fantastic barbershop with skilled staff, a cozy atmosphere, and reasonable pricing. My barber gave me a perfect haircut and helpful styling tips. Highly recommend!
They do a good job, but don’t allow bookings. This makes it hard when you work difficult hours and this is forcing me to go somewhere else.
Always awsome staff! Dosn’t matter how busy they are they always take there time!
I visited my favorite local barber shop this morning, but unfortunately, it was not a good experience with my haircut. I’ve been to this place many times before and always had great experiences, which is why I had given it a 5-star rating based on my previous visits. However, today was different; I had a stylist I had never seen before, and I ended up leaving with an incomplete haircut.
On the positive side, the rest of the staff was amazing. They tried their best to help in any way they could, and their hospitality was truly appreciated. I must admit that the mistake was mine. When the stylist began cutting my hair, I should have politely asked for a different one, but I thought it would be rude to do so and decided to give her a chance. Unfortunately, it didn’t turn out well.
Nevertheless, I’m not writing this comment to place blame; I just wanted to share my experience. I will still return to the barber shop because of the excellent service provided by the rest of the staff. However, next time, I will make sure to request a different stylist. We all have those off days, and I’m taking this one in stride.
