      Great store and awesome staff. Came in with the wife looking for a couch and some other furniture. Namla was super helpful, friendly and up beat. Her and my wife hit off instantly.       We worked with Chris to find a new couch and recliner that I had already chosen via the Ashley website. First, I spoke with her on the phone, and she verified that there were models on the store floor to “test.” She also verified that the warehouse had a couch and recliner available. Upon arriving at the store, she greeted us with warmth, showed us the furniture, answered all our questions, handled, all the paperwork, and helped us set up delivery for the next day. Chris was the epitome of friendliness and professionalism. Our furniture was delivered as scheduled, and we love it! It is so comfortable and looks great. When I next need new furniture, my first stop will be the Ashley Home Furniture Store.

      Where’s the zero star option!? The people that suppose to install our bed delivered the bed and then said… Ops we forgot some parts, we will be back in 15 minutes… 6 hours later and no one showed up! Customer service no help at all! We have called so many of them and all we get is “sorry” “no idea what’s going on” “we will call you in 5 minutes”…. And no one called or showed up! I missed my appointments waiting for them to come back or call but nothing..Horrible horrible experience! UPDATE!Now they are saying it is going to take 7 to 10 business days to get the missing part and install it…. What in the world!

      Wei Song is a very intuitive, kind person with an attention to detail and knowledge without that pushy car salesman feel. I found her to be a very pleasant competent woman and will definitely buy from her again. Following my purchase, Frankie took great care in tying down my purchase knowing I was driving almost two hours away. I have NEVER seen such a great job with the special knots and loops, The furniture didn’t move an inch. Excellent tie job Frankie. Bob Mills these two employees are the reason I will keep coming back. I plan to return today for a nightstand and some custom decorations. Excellent service, and experience and encourage all to visit and you will be sold, I know I am!

      We had a Wonderful Shopping Experience at this store. The atmosphere is genuinely very friendly! Our salesman, Jacob, greeted us at the door with a big smile and a warm handshake. Their delivery system was flawless, and the chair even arrived 2 hours early! They contacted me to make sure that was OK.       This was truly one of the best buying experiences we have had. We went in to see the labor day deals but were a little skeptical because our prior furniture didn’t last as long as we’d wanted. We met Tami who helped us through the process and even looked into our prior purchase. She was honest & very helpful. She pointed out items that met our expectations and budget. We got everything squared away and delivery was scheduled sooner than we expected. Delivery team showed up and was very efficient. They were polite and did a great job. Tami helped restore our faith in Bob Mills furniture and we are extremely pleased with our purchase.

      We had a wonderful salesman, Parker. My family was shopping for furniture for my Aunt as she was going into Assisted Living. Parker helped me through buying her bed and adjustable frame. He was so friendly and professional all at the same time. I had lots of requests and questions regarding delivery and Parker and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating to get things done on our time frame which meant a lot to us during this difficult time.       The experience at Mathis outlet was exceptional from the moment I walked through the door until I left out of the door. I was met by a wonderful man name Ali. I use a cane to assist me with my walking. Ali was very kind and mindful of this. He was very accommodating to me and adjusted his movement to my pace. He did so much leg work for me. I purchased living area, dinette, and bed room furniture.. I was very pleased with the name brand and the quality of each piece I selected. One of the managers, Josh, so kindly helped me with all the discounts, rewards, and benefits. Everything went perfect and the customer service there is excellent. I highly recommend Mathis Outlet.       A lovely shopping experience. In less than 2 hours we purchased a sectional sofa, recliner, coffee table end table, kitchen table with 4 chairs, and bedroom hutch. Good selection of choices and all were in stock. Joe was there to help and answer questions without pressuring us. I am getting rid of credit cards these days but left there with a Furniture Row credit card. Looks like our master bedroom will be getting a complete “make-over” soon.

The quality and uniqueness of their inventory is unmatched and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality. To say we have been frequent shoppers is a bit of an understatement.       Truly love this place. They have unique pieces of furniture and it seems every piece goes through a full check/renovation before going to sale. They also have fair prices and some nice sales campaigns from time to time. I just wished they had cheaper delivery feeds but they hold your purchases at no charge until you find the best way to pick them up. Bought those two pieces and we love them.

      I had been looking for a pair of unique sitting chairs for my sunroom. The big box places I checked and rechecked just didn’t have the style. Rare Finds, given that items are hand picked makes it feel like you hand picked it too! First time I seen the chairs I wasn’t sure how they would add/fit with the decor. So I waited a couple of weeks and that was too long and they were gone! The staff were so helpful to let know when new arrivals would come in that might be what I was looking for because it would be a rare chance the chairs would come back. ?So..These chairs showed up, although slightly different then original chairs(of course aspects would change over time) and I couldn’t be more pleased or happier! And the color is spot on! These chairs have completed my sunroom and my expectations! Family and friends really like them and say “they are perfect “! I’ll be back for more rare finds? Thank you!

      This store has excellent products! There’s a ton of unique pieces that I’ve never saw before. The staff is extremely helpful both from a design perspective and logistics. We came in a couple times over the course of the week and the staff was very understanding of our budget and design needs.

      Always a great shopping experience! I love coming in for kitchen items. The glassware I have bought here is gorgeous and looks much more expensive than it actually is. Nobody believes the highball glasses were less than $10! Crate & Barrel is also a great place to get wood accents if you like teak and acacia home goods.

      I have only ever really gone here to shop furniture. It’s got a mix of palatable to eye watering price range. Very good selection of quality furniture, plating and decor. Lots of options to find a perfect sofa.

      This is the place you come to buy clean rocks in a plastic jar, or a mini tree with a gnome on top for $50 and anything else you could hand make but would rather spend money on a corporation that mass sells hand goods from China. If you have a hard time decorating with little imagination this place makes it easy as possible. They have stylists that will design for you.all of the stuff here seem like they’re from Europe and or International and very friendly and helpful and positive. I really like that there’s color and an array of choices but nothing is absolutely to unique just very cute nice simple. This is a safe family environment.

      Hello recently went here with my girlfriend to shop for furniture and kitchenware for our new apartment. There was one staff member who was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Sadly it ended with her. Every other staff member we encountered was very hostile and unwelcoming making us feel like our business was not wanted or we did not belong there. After being made to feel this way, we left immediately and are apprehensive about doing any kind of business with Crate and Barrel now or anytime in the future.

      It’s a nice home furnishing and furniture store with lots of variety. I got my sofa from here and really loved the quality and the finish. The rugs, kitchen, and bath accessories are also quite pretty. The designs are unique and elegant. Check out the clearance items and items at a discount, as you may be lucky to pay half the price as I did. But their other new items are also priced okay. The delivery service is good as I got my sofa delivered on time and it included the installation as well, which is great.

      Nice selection of modern & contemporary furniture. Good place to look for bargain items that customers have returned. We saw several wonderful chairs and sofas that looked like new, but were unpacked and returned. Sales staff was very helpful and professional. The store just didn’t have the right sofa for us.

      I absolutely love my sofa with all three seat expandable to back , it’s like sofa cum bed which is so cozy ,real comfort , enjoying moments while watching TV for long time without strain of sitting straight , actually we ordered lissioni sectional fabric , after 6 Months problem we had is weekly one feather was coming out of sitting seat per month not more than 10 feathers so we went to warehouse to check new collection , but none of them was like ours we really don’t like any other sofa , we checked about more than 30 varieties , so we replaced our same sofa lissioni sectional with microfiber cover they replaced within warranty it is same like old with thick protection cover now we don’t worry of feather coming out , my husband only check about this shop in online he really loves it , worth of buying , it’s one of best thing we had in our house , employee in this are really friendly , explain things very well ,:)

      Purchased a lot of furniture from Kasala and even 5 years after purchasing they came to fix a recliner issue (arrived punctually at the time they said and fixed within 30 seconds — I could have resolved on my own but they were so nice about it).       Worst experience ever. I purchased three Emerson 36w 18d 35h, Three-Drawer Dresser, on Feb 2022. They delivered them after two months. I noticed that there were uneven gaps between drawers and chips and dings. I raised the issue with the driver. However, he said that I have to go through the exchange process. I raised a ticket, and the customer rep said I would have to wait additional four months. Time passed, and in July of 2022, they finally scheduled my replacement delivery on 8/25/22. On 8/20/22, I received an e-mail saying delivery would be made on 8/22/22. Of course, no delivery was made on 8/22/22. I called customer support on 8/25/22 to make sure I would receive the product. Interestingly, they said delivery would not be made because their delivery truck is currently in Los Angeles. They asked me to wait another two weeks.

      I was very agitated, but I decided to wait. On 9/9/22, they came without calling me ahead (the e-mail said they would), and when I saw the dressers they were as bad as the first ones. I gave the company seven months to fix the issue, but they failed. I finally had it and requested a refund. When I checked the refund, they were not giving me a full refund. They explained that sales tax went down (which is not true) and that they would not refund the delivery fee even though the products were defective. I am currently fighting this because I am getting penalized for their defective products.

The right question for a salesperson to ask when entering a store is “may I help you?” The wrong question to ask is “have you been here before?” Kelly on the second floor was very helpful with our purchases, but her older, white female colleague on the first floor immediately set the wrong tone. Yes, I have been to the Knockoff Design Within Reach before, but this was likely the last time.

      Modern furniture and great selection of pillows and floor coverings. It’s pricey, and some of the furniture is not quite to my design preference (I like more modular furniture wrists compact and that has simple lines but hidden compartments), but still lots to look through and there’s amazing staff.

      Wonderful service! We were greeted promptly and politely. Brian Smith, the Sales associate, guided us to the correct bed and recommended a mattress and a nightstand to go with it. We bought all three! Later, I received email from him stating that the mattress had dropped in price and he had already refunded the difference. How amazing is that?       It took 5 months for EQ3 to tell me that they can not get the leather type for the sofa set that I ordered. After several phone calls from me talking to customer service. Every time I talked to the customer service I was told to check next month finally after Speaking to a supervisor ( after fifth month) I was told to choose a different type of leather and placed the order all over again. Completely wast of time I will never purchase anything from this company. After canceling my order I got an email from a manager at the San Francisco branch to tell me that I have option to choose a different type of leather. Terrible customer service and bad management

      My husband and I were looking for a sectional sofa with left facing chaise. David Milligan was very helpful directing us to them in the store and allowing us to look around until we made our decision. He was very nice and professional. Also found a recliner for us that would compliment the sofa. Next came the paperwork and David was able to give us a 20% discount that day and said we qualified for 48 months interest free financing. Who wouldn’t love that?! We were promised delivery the next Saturday. I appreciate the great job David did.

      Today is Saturday, delivery day and everything was on time and in perfect condition. The men were quick and efficient and cleaned up all the packing material and took it with them. I highly recommend Value City Furniture for the affordability but also for the many furniture choices. Love our choices and how comfortable it is!

The manager Jerry I believe was very kind as well, and overheard our conversation with Eric and retained the information we had conveyed to Eric, which was a nice touch and showed that we mattered to them. The prices here really are incredible and cannot be beat. We shopped around multiple places, but this was by far the best. They don’t have sale prices, Their prices are just that good already. Free ice cream, coffee, and candy were a nice touch!

      I have ordered my sofa and chair and it will be here in only a matter of days. I want to give a shout-out to Regina at the Greenwood location for making us feel comfortable and welcome. No one bombarded us at the door which was nice and Regina kept a respectful distance while we browsed. We ultimately decided on over $4000 in furniture on this occasion and I left feeling confident about my purchase.

      4/3/23 I’m back! We are still THRILLED with our power leather furniture. Everything is working A+ and holding up under rigorous testing by our dogs. ?

      Midwestern friends, NEVER use Bob’s Discount Furniture. After being very impressed with their service, delivery day was a disaster. The couch, which we were told came in pieces, did not come in pieces. The couch is one giant piece that cannot physically fit though any of the outside (or inside) doors of our apartment. Before you ask – yes we measured multiple times. Yes we asked all the right questions at the store. No, we currently do not have anything to sit on in our living room. It was not the delivery guys’ fault at all – neither of us were given information. We told the store we did not have an elevator, the store told them we did. We were told it came in two smaller pieces for ease of movement, it did not. I give the two stars to the customer service folks, who got the refund processed immediately.

      Bob’s Furniture is a great place to shop and buy furniture. The people who work there are very friendly. There is no pressure while you are shopping, and when you are ready to order they are very helpful and detailed. Anthony made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

      The delivery process was also a very pleasant experience. They showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They even took their shoes off as they were entering my house. They placed everything where I wanted it and cleaned up all of the trash.

      I will definitely be purchasing more furniture from them in the future!

      I was in yesterday with very little hope of getting approved/be able to finance. The new manager at this location and one of the employees Carlos were amazing! I was so impressed. It was very quick, they didn’t give up when I didn’t get approved the first couple times for a loan and finally got me approved and was very determined to help me get furniture I wanted! I love the new managers energy and confidence! It really put me at ease and felt like I was in great hands! He’s very passionate and good at what he does! I heard him make several comments about taking care of his staff and was determined to help them hit their goal! I was extremely happy leaving the store and will be returning if I ever need anything more!

      Let me start by saying my last experience with Ashley’s in ’21 was abysmal. So bad my wife had to convince me to just go through the store. Our trip on 9/2 completely made up for it. Carlos was excellent. He was attentive enough to help us out with questions, but not overbearing or looming over us. We ended up liking a sectional but weren’t prepared with measurement and had to run home to check. When we returned even though he was helping another customer he was still able to assist us quickly. We also talked with Luke. He was energetic and interactive. Whatever you’re doing at this store, keep it up!

      The in store experience was average. Nothing above what I would expect. We put furniture on layaway because that was the only way to delay delivery date. When trying to make monthly payments was told I had to go in store each time and couldn’t be made over the phone, which was very time consuming. When it came time for delivery, I was given a delivery window of time of 3:15-6:15. Around 11am, I received message stating there was a driver who b didn’t show up for work and my delivery would be closer to the end of my delivery window. 6:15 came and went and when I called at 7pm, I first was told I wasn’t out of the delivery window time and then told they would call when on their way. When I asked for more specific time, the agent hung up on me. I called back and did speak to sometime very helpful, explained the situation and that I was not living at the house the furniture was being delivered and would need a 30 minute call ahead. I finally received a message at around 9:40pm that my driver was 30 minutes away and then the driver called a few minutes later stating he was only a few minutes away. I advised he would have to wait and when I got to delivery address (30 minutes later) he wasn’t even there. Finally by 10:45 our furniture was delivered and set up.

      The staff is friendly and offer lots of good information about the product and available options. We had a great experience with Josh who assisted us with our purchase. We went with the finance option and Josh made the process so easy and in few minutes we were done.       Delivery truck ripped the cable tv wire down. Damaged the siding on one side of the house. Then drove off without a word. Called the store and manager said it’s not the stores fault. Refuses to pay for the damage. Now have court proceedings started. Don’t buy from this store. 7 month updated. Value City still hasn’t repaired the damaged siding. Keeps asking for a different estimate and want to know how many fasteners and which size is being used.

I knew in my mind what I wanted but have been having the hardest time finding exactly what I want in stores.       Do not use this Raymore!!! Ordered over $3000 worth of furniture and the delivery drivers did substantial damage to my walls. I asked them to take the legs off the couch before they brought it in and they said it would be fine. It wasn’t… the most disappointing part was the run around and silent treatment from the customer service. Refused refund me for the delivery and compensation for the damages. When my pregnant wife wouldn’t sign for the delivery (due to the damages) they left without putting our front door back on the hinges. It’s been over a month from the delivery and they’ve officially cut all communication with me as I’m trying to get this resolved.

      We bought a new sofa from R&F after a recommendation from a family member. We were helped by Deena, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also met Frank, the manager, and he was incredibly professional and personable as we decided on our new sofa.

      They had it delivered within a week and the delivery team was fantastic. They had it in our home and assembled in less than 10 minutes. The delivery team was very nice and courteous.

      We LOVE our new Briarwood sofa. It’s comfy and cozy with nice, deep cushions and plenty of throw pillows. Thanks to the R&F for making our experience of buying a sofa a great one!

      My experience at this location would not have been memorable if it wasn’t for our sales rep Justin Bruno. Justin took time and stayed with us after his shift ended to help us pick out our bed (it was a long process?). After going back and forth, we decided on a firm temperpedic Mattress with the adjuster…. Justin had the bed delivered within 24 hours of purchase, the team came in and set it up with no problems. But this isn’t the reason for the review. Justin kept constant communications with us, checking in 1x per week to ensure we are happy with our purchase…. I’m glad he did because at the time, we were living in 2 condos. My girlfriend had been sleeping in the bed before i made the move. After i slept in it, i regretted my purchase…. I voiced my concerns with Justin. Justin asked what we would like… and yet again, he delivers. We now have our softer bed being swapped out @ not additional charge and no hassle. Justin kept control of the situation and made the swap easy for us. He did everything… we did not have to call the store, deal with customer service etc etc. Justin handled everything as if he was our concierge…. the sale was over, he made his commissions. He did not have to do this, but he did. This is A++ customer service. Thank you Justin.

      Horrible experience. My bed was delivered with no legs the first day and I had to wait another day for the delivery to be completed. They also didn’t inform me that they don’t take the trash and boxes out of your house. Late delivery and I switched to a smaller bed, but I didn’t get a refund for the difference. My dining room table is missing screws and the chairs are not put together correctly. Thoroughly disappointed.

      Came in here and was astonished by how big the the furniture store is and more importantly, astonished by how many good quality options of furniture they had. We came in search of a dresser and the gentleman we interacted with showed us a lot of options including clearance options. When we were ready to select our option, it was a quick process to order, pay.. we were in and out in a short period of time. I would highly recommend Furniture Mecca for all your furniture needs, the staff is nice, the products are good quality and I don’t believe you will regret it.
