3 weeks agoA lovely shopping experience. In less than 2 hours we purchased a sectional sofa, recliner, coffee table end table, kitchen table with 4 chairs, and bedroom hutch. Good selection of choices and all were in stock. Joe was there to help and answer questions without pressuring us. I am getting rid of credit cards these days but left there with a Furniture Row credit card. Looks like our master bedroom will be getting a complete “make-over” soon.a month agoWe were very lucky to have Kristen O help us w our recent furniture purchase. She was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. What really set her apart was calling to follow up on our purchases after they had been delivered and returning calls promptly. She’s a true professional. We love the chairs we bought, one had a bad screw but thanks to the team who contacted us very quickly to repair and hopefully resolve. The quality and uniqueness of their inventory is unmatched and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality. To say we have been frequent shoppers is a bit of an understatement. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly, I cannot recommend this place enough.a month agoI always find the most beautiful pieces here. More pieces to come!6 months agoTruly love this place. They have unique pieces of furniture and it seems every piece goes through a full check/renovation before going to sale. They also have fair prices and some nice sales campaigns from time to time. I just wished they had cheaper delivery feeds but they hold your purchases at no charge until you find the best way to pick them up. Bought those two pieces and we love them.6 months agoI had been looking for a pair of unique sitting chairs for my sunroom. The big box places I checked and rechecked just didn’t have the style. Rare Finds, given that items are hand picked makes it feel like you hand picked it too! First time I seen the chairs I wasn’t sure how they would add/fit with the decor. So I waited a couple of weeks and that was too long and they were gone! The staff were so helpful to let know when new arrivals would come in that might be what I was looking for because it would be a rare chance the chairs would come back. ?So..These chairs showed up, although slightly different then original chairs(of course aspects would change over time) and I couldn’t be more pleased or happier! And the color is spot on! These chairs have completed my sunroom and my expectations! Family and friends really like them and say “they are perfect “! I’ll be back for more rare finds? Thank you!in the last weekThis store has excellent products! There’s a ton of unique pieces that I’ve never saw before. The staff is extremely helpful both from a design perspective and logistics. We came in a couple times over the course of the week and the staff was very understanding of our budget and design needs.

Ordered a sofa and they said 8-10 week but likely sooner. Sofa got delayed multiple times and finally came after 16 weeks. After delivered, we found out that a leg was broken on the sofa. Furniture row sends a contractor out who repairs the leg. After he leaves we find another leg that is broken. Furniture row refuses to do anything but repair the leg. We paid for a new sofa not a sofa that has multiple repairs. When talking to the manager he was rude and could clearly tell this is a issue that happens often by his reaction. I will never buy from them again and seriously urge you to not purchase from them as well. Otherwise you will pay full price for furniture that has been repaired multiple times.
I’m highly disappointed with the lack of communication from the sales team, and poor quality on the recently purchased “custom made” set of bar stools. It took four to five additional weeks (from the initially communicated 8-10 weeks ETA provided) for the furniture to be delivered. By the way, I had to be the one calling frequently the store for updates, as they could not proactively offer that for me to improve my overall customer experience.
When the stools finally arrived, much to my surprise, they were visibly of inferior quality than anticipated and some even had tape residue and stitching that was not trimmed; along with some scratches. I’m not sure how this is acceptable for The Showroom, but it is the last piece of furniture I ever purchase from them. I sent an email to management upon receiving the damaged / not QC stools that were delivered, but they didn’t care. I’d recommend looking at alternative options to this furniture company.
By the way, I’ve been a loyal customer of the Furniture Row family for over a decade. Time to go elsewhere for my furniture needs going forward.
