      Very nice shopping experience! The store had a lot of very attractive pieces of furniture to choose from at reasonable prices. The showroom even has a very nice refreshments area with popcorn and soft drinks. Our salesperson was Ramses and he was extremely helpful. When we got home we realized that we forgot to ask a couple of questions about a piece we were considering and he was very kind to text us pictures and the information we needed. Highly recommend stopping into this showroom when you are looking for that perfect piece of furniture.

      I went to Jerome’s to look for a dinning set and as I walked in the furniture store a sales person named Mo walked up to me and asked what I was looking for. He then directed me towards the area where the dinning tables were and allowed me to have time and space to check out the furniture on my own. I honestly felt very comfortable walking around on my own without someone on my back. Mo gave me just enough time for me to fully look around and then he walked over to me and politely asked if I had any questions. At that point he answered all my questions and made suggestions based on my needs. He seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great shopping experience. I would recommend shopping at Jerome’s in San Diego on Moreno Blvd.

      Ordered my sofa in early January and was told the item would be delivered by end of February/ early March at the latest. It was finally delivered on April 29th ( I moved into my home on February 17th). When I finally got it, half the sofa was missing and Christina, who has been absolutely NO help whatsoever has been a roadblock and a nightmare to deal with, initially told me I had ordered a completely different sofa until I texted her the pic of what was sitting in my living room. Now I find out it’s going to take ANOTHER 3 months to get the 2 remaining pieces, and the compensation that they have offered me is RIDICULOUS ($270 off a $2,000 sofa. They lie and lie and lie…and then give you the runaround AFTER THEY GET ALL YOUR MONEY. Take your business and hard earned cash somewhere else. Oh, and if you ask to speak to someone at corporate, they REFUSE to give you any corporate contacts.

      Great service, I was in and out same day with a new living room set and ottoman. Danny was super personable and friendly and I got a great deal. I recommend the protection plan, 4 years protection and they’ll come as many times a needed for ANY stain or rip. Love it.

      Very nice furniture for a great price. Sales people do a good job being accommodating but delivery people need to do a better job at communicating. This is my 2nd time using this company and I had no issues the first time. This time my furniture was supposed to be delivered 9/15 after 5pm. I didn’t hear anything from them and by 9:30 I had texted the website at least twice that I needed to reschedule. The next day I called the store and told them about the no show. My furniture was finally delivered at 3 pm and that was with me calling them twice that day to get an update.

      The furniture was delivered with no issues and nothing damaged and came within a week of ordering which was nice. They put it together for me for a small Price and it’s worth it. Overall no real complaints. Would buy from them again. Only reason for four stars is the communication was a little difficult and I had to wait til almost 8pm after waiting all day for a call about them delivering that day.

      I am absolutely in LOVE with my brand new bed! I purchased the Queen Sized Metal Pansky bed frame and requested to have it delivered and assembled!       As a newcomer to Dallas with a demanding work schedule that includes frequent business travel, I was in urgent need of furnishing my new home. In my search for convenience, I turned to Rooms To Go and embarked on what would be an agonizing journey for all those involved.

      My initial purchase of various furniture items, totaling a substantial $4,233.91, at the store took over two hours of my time. It was a decision made under the assumption that I would receive quality products and exceptional service – a belief that was shattered shortly thereafter.

      Understanding my time constraints and immediate need for the furniture, I approached a sales representative who was, in hindsight, exceptionally patient and dedicated. He dedicated two hours of his time to help me finalize the sale and even arranged for an expedited delivery, which came at an additional cost of $260 to be paid in cash. This was a considerable amount, but I was willing to bear it for the promise of swift delivery.

      The day of delivery, however, was a grim revelation. Every item that arrived was either damaged or coated in dirt, making it clear that the goods had left the warehouse in a deplorable condition. Understandably dismayed, I reached out to the delivery contractor, a person who was thrust into this unfortunate situation through no fault of their own. They took it upon themselves to contact the sales representative, who promptly apologized and assured me that a full replacement of the entire order would be expedited, with this resolution contingent upon my one-week business trip.

      With a glimmer of hope, I adhered to the plan and made my way to the store as directed, prepared to seek assistance in contacting customer service. However, I was greeted by an individual who failed to identify themselves as a manager. This manager, with little regard for my valuable time and the dedicated efforts of the sales representative, proposed sending a repair crew to address the issues. Unsurprisingly, I rejected this offer, firmly believing that I should not have to repair brand-new, damaged goods.

      What followed was a painful hour-long wait in the showroom, only to be informed that a replacement could only be scheduled after a technician’s visit – a seemingly unnecessary delay tactic that would either attempt to repair the damaged items or issue a refund. The manager handling this situation displayed not only rudeness but a complete absence of empathy and leadership skills. When I requested him to listen to my concerns and frustrations, he disdainfully turned his back and walked away.

      In my pursuit of a resolution, I reached out to Rooms To Go’s corporate office, where I encountered the same disheartening lack of humility and empathy. Their sole focus appeared to be reversing the refund without offering any definitive dates for replacement parts. The lack of consideration for the customer’s perspective was palpable.

      In conclusion, this experience at Rooms To Go’s Dallas location was not just a disheartening one for me as a customer but for all parties involved. My patience and trust were strained to their limits, the dedicated sales representative invested significant time and effort into making the sale, and the delivery contractor found themselves unfairly entangled in a situation not of their making.

      This ordeal is a poignant example of how corporate greed can overshadow the genuine concerns and satisfaction of its patrons.       Ermelinda was awesome. Went to the dallas loc of 635. She greeted me at the front door and asked the reason for my visit. Explained I was looking for a sectional. So I walked around and sat on several to feel the comfort. When I found the abbottsville she saw I had gone back to that one again and then she approached me and gave me my options. Put the sectional on layaway to lock the price. She was a no pressure sales person and I enjoyed her professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely ask for her again in the future.

      My first experience a few years ago was very good. My experience this week was not. The sales person seemed very short and almost offended that I knew exactly what I wanted, and had all my ducks in a row. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order. I was transferred 3 times and had to speak to the specific sales person that helped with the sale. Once again, she was very short. She asked me one question and that was that. I had to ask to be sure I would be getting a confirmation of the return transaction. Because of this encounter, I will probably not be doing business with Rooms To Go in the future

      I did not enjoy the experience. The sales person would speed through finance options. I wanted to know how the financing broke out. She was not patient with my questions and it was as though I was a burden to her through the experience. I could understand if it was busy, however we were the only customers in the store. I don’t doubt she tried to give us the best option, however there were a few reasons why I ended up canceling my order. 1. When asking what models were wood, not wood veneer – she gave us incorrect info. I found out later, I unknowingly purchased a wood veneer model. 2. Pricing for both the delivery and the warrantees were cheaper when ordering through Ashley’s website. Not happy with the overall experience.

      After a long search for a new set of couches, we finally found what would work best for us with the help of Daniel A. He truly helped the experience go much smoother and truly was patient with us. Daniel helped us throughout the whole process and even helped by moving around sectionals and tables to see what best fit our living area. To top it off we even found a bedroom set for our son. The best news is they had everything in stock and we would not need to wait months before getting our new furniture like at some other stores. Thanks Daniel and Ashley’s! Y’all did not disappoint!

      Our experience with the Ashley store was horrendous First, they rescheduled the delivery three times. Second, when they came, they brought the loveseat with the legs all scratched. Third, when they installed the frame king bed, they damaged it. They put parts in backward, scratched the wood, and left the screws loose and parts incomplete. We immediately contacted the warranty call center to claim the two damages, and they took a month to help us. We called multiple times and sent emails and Facebook messages, but no one helped us. We had to go to the store for help, and they told us to call the technical company. When we reached the technical company, they corroborated that Ashley never scheduled a person to fix the bed frame.

      I recommend that you avoid buying from this store and any Ashley store. Some of the delivery employees do not know how to assemble the furniture, so they damage it and don’t care if the furniture is damaged. They just want to deliver it, and they promise a warranty that, at the end, has terrible customer service.

      This has been the absolute worst and most stressful purchasing experiences of our lives. We never get the same answers from customer service, when we can even get answers. No one responds to the emails we “have to wait for”. I have called and emailed numerous times. We have been dealing with customer service since the day we picked up these items almost 2 months ago. We have also gone into the store we purchased them from, but they said we needed to contact customer service. They have not been used or even finished being put together because the quality is so bad!

      After waiting for a reply from the emails they make you wait on for several weeks with no response, I called again and spoke to someone who told me they could not be refunded because it had been over 2 weeks. I explained that we had been waiting on Ashley to contact us because we called to get it taken care of the first business day after we received the items. He told me a supervisor would call me within 2 hours and I never heard back. I called again later that afternoon multiple times and was passed from one person to another saying no supervisors were available. I waited another hour and tried again. I was able to speak to a supervisor who told me that there was nothing Ashley could do until a technician had been sent out. My husband called again a few days later to check on the status and they told us the parts were on order and someone would be here within 7-10 days. We called 7-10 days later to check and were notified that the technician and parts had been cancelled, so we were given a supervisors email. Emailed the supervisor with no response. Waited over a week and emailed him again to get a one sentence response letting us know parts were ordered and it would be ANOTHER 3 WEEKS before anyone could do anything. He completely ignored the fact that no one ever responded to the previous emails or even acknowledged the emails I was told to forward him.

      Like I said, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

      We had the best experience at the Ashley’s furniture store today in Alliance! We came in and looked through everything and we’re almost done when the sweetest sales lady named Dayna Chapman came over and asked if we needed anything and helped us with our questions. She was so efficient, friendly, knowledgeable about the whole process, and overall extremely helpful. She was not pushy with us at all, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back!

      Hello my name is Bruce. And I am here to share my experience shopping at American signature furniture. About a year and a half ago I moved from Texas to Jacksonville Fl. While I was waiting for the completion of my home to be built my sister took me furniture shopping. She took me to four different furniture stores. A couple had nice furniture but wasn’t in my price range.the other two, the furniture wasn’t that appealing to me. So we went to American furniture where we were greeted by this sales lady named Carmela. We informed her that we were just browsing. So she gave me her business card and told me if we had any questions to let her know. So myself and sister looked at living room, dining room, and bedroom sets. The prices were in my price range and I really liked the furniture. So I got with Carmela and informed her that I was interested in buying some furniture. She gave me multiple options and suggestions. Also different payment plans. She also told me on ways I could save money on sales and coupons the store offered. So after I picked out the furniture I decided on, a few weeks passed and I decided I wanted to change the bedroom set I picked out. I informed Carmela and she made the change with no problem. I’ve made changes 3 or 4 times. Carmela made it happen. Always with a smile on her face. Carmela is a wonderful saleswoman that’s very professional and knowledgeable about her job. I also consider her a friend. I have an American signature home, and I thank you Carmela for all your help and understanding. I’m sorry this is so long, but just wanted people to know what a great shopping experience I had and to let you know what an awesome sales person Carmela is. Go visit her and see for yourself.       I am a new resident to Austin looking to buy furniture, I stopped by this location after passing by accident and told myself I would only window shop for about 10 minutes. Once I walked through the doors I was instantly mesmerized by not only the options but the staff as well. Marc, the DOF (or director of fun) provided a wonderful first impression and offered us an increased couch on wheels to tour the store along with refreshments after coming from the heat. He then lead us to Alicia who provided much help and knowledge about different furniture and bedding options that I was looking for. 10 minutes of window shopping turned into an hour with a purchase due to their great deals going on. I would recommend this place to those looking to change up their homes or those moving into new spaces looking for quality pieces.

      Marc, the director of fun, is the best! I’m 13 and in every store I’m always bored, but in this one I had so much fun! Marc helped us to find the bicycle, and it’s the first store that I was able to ride a bicycle in the store! My cousins and I played for 25 minutes while my aunt was buying stuff for the house. The furniture was so good and beautiful, and even the adults had fun too. There was even a eletrical sofa for adults, it was really fun ?.

      This place was amazing! First, you’re greeted at the door with drinks and snacks. You then can spend your time looking through the amazing selection of furniture. There’s so many options you literally could spend all day in there. No pressure to buy anything, and they have plenty of staff on hand to assist you with any questions you have.       Javier, made our shopping experience amazing! We were in and out within the hour. He was very respectful yet informative and allowed us space to explore the store which was very much appreciated. We came in already knowing what we wanted. As they did not have the full set he showed us the type of couch set it would be with fabric and color etc. We also left with a dining table which was exactly what we were looking for. The payment process was such a breeze. Make sure to see Javier when shopping for furniture you won’t regret it!
