My friend and I visited the San Jose store at Oakridge earlier this week, looking for an electric lift recliner. Our salesperson, Diego, was amazing! Always smiling and friendly, answering questions for us, moving chairs on the display floor as needed so my friend could fully lay down on each recliner she tried, etc. Above all, Diego gave us his full attention and did not try to rush our making a decision. In addition, we found the pricing of lift recliners to be very reasonable, as is the cost for delivery. Thank you for a very pleasurable experience in your store!
We drove up from Salinas to purchase a leather recliner sofa. The salesperson recommended one that we might like and she didn’t pressure us at all. In fact she encouraged us to look around and we did on our own but came back to the first one she showed us. We liked it so much we bought a loveseat and sofa set. We had purchased another modular leather set from the same store before. We consistently get great service and will continue to drive an hour to purchase furniture here in the future.
We went to the living spaces in San Jose. Ava was our sales person and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient and helped answer all of our questions and we ended up purchasing a couch as well as a purple pillow which we are absolutely in love with! We can’t wait for our couch to arrive. Thank you Ava for the outstanding service.
