      You know what as a woman, retail therapy it’s just a thing we do even if we don’t need anything lol. The reason for my 3 stars is that it’s one thing to be on your phone at work, not engaging with customers cool but to be on your phone loud & cussing, b-word this & that. As a former retail manager, that just isn’t okay and as a human being you knew it wasn’t okay b/c you kept looking for reactions of others around you including myself. It’s distasteful. Customers come to this establishment & preferably this location to enjoy themselves. Not to have to hear what’s going on in your personal life. It was distasteful & Im pretty sure you know exactly who you are, Thursday 9/20, restocking the baby section that evening. It was offensive & you need to do better. Please don’t say anything about “this may be the wrong location” that’s a lie. I doubled checked just to make a review for this particular location. Get it together sweetie.

      Horrible customer service by Ms Amara, Instead of helping the customers she was using her condescending tone to repeat the same instructions over and over. Manager was trying to help with a genuine interest to resolve an issue that was created at the checkout by one of their staff member. Please be aware of your shopping and please pay attention at checkouts to make sure they do their job right, Because they are NOT. They charge wrong charges.

      Never Judge A Book By its Cover I read a lot of bad reviews on Yelp and let me tell you something I was shocked how marshalls treated me today 03/20/2023. I went to marshalls on 03/19/2023 was in a hurry and they was closing so I went to the register and paid for my stuff as I get home and about to go to sleep I look around for my cell phone and could not find so I decided to track my phone and saw that my phone was in marshals there was not much I can do just wait till 9.30am on the following day as I wake up the next day I decided to go early to see if I could see any employee go in to see if they could help me and that’s what happened I saw a employee told her can she please help me I left my phone in the store and to see if she could speak to somebody she said she will and got the store manager not sure if I’m writing her name correct but I think is Marci or Marcia she was the best knowing I got there 30min before store opens she still decided to take the time and help me at 9am in the morning with no problem she was super nice she really didn’t have to help me so early but she did and mind you it was so cold this morning and windy and she help me I usually don’t write reviews good or bad but I had to this was the best store manager that goes beyond her work to help other because to be honest she could of told me that I have to wait till they open and she didn’t other stores out there need to take notes on this store manager remember y’all have jobs due to costumers because with no costumers you have no job, treat your costumer like this store manager did and best believe business will never fail.       this marshalls is cute, it’s pretty spacious. they always have a ton of deals. i found a sauce pan for $13 and silicone straws for $2.00. their shoe section is always leveling up. they have vans , steve madden, juicy couture. the associates are usually really nice and helpful.

      Although this is a really nice place to go and I always go there a lot. Today, there was a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses with no price and they did not sell them to me. It had an alarm tag but no price. I got to the cashier and she called another person for a price check. When that person came, she went to look for another pair of glasses with a price, she came back with them but they kept saying that the sunglasses were Ray Ban and are much more than that price. They called up another lady and she said that they were selling some that are 59.99 and another price they did not say. They after told me that someone lost the glasses and they couldn’t sell it right after they said they were selling some for 59.99.

      The store I well maintained and always clean. There is a good selection of natural hair care products and skin creams. There isn’t a large plus size selection. I’m general there is 1 rack with all the clothes that are 14+ and up and the clothes never appeal to me. I like the household section and home organization products. Overall it’s a good location with a broad selection.

      Place is clean and has decent variety. Good parking. We had a bad experience with cashier HELEN, she is awfully rude. We wanted to make sure the price for a certain piece of jewelry was right, and she proceeded to treat us like we were thieves. She ripped the sale label in plain view and without even addressing our question.

      Very nice customer service I recommend to go if you want to find a great deal and I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence or magic but I always find Birkenstocks

      I visit this store every now and then because I work nearby and always need new tops/blouses. I usually carry a backpack with my laptop inside, and that might be why sometimes I feel like security is watching me and even following me around. They usually put new things at the front of the store to the right, making it crowded. Twice I’ve noticed staff go there right after me. Like they’re checking on me. I understand they want to showcase new arrivals at the front window, but it’s creating an uncomfortable situation for the customer while the back of the store has a lot of space.

      Rude staff. Kindly asked to try something on upstairs and told the woman I was going to take the clothes I’ve tried downstairs with me afterwards. She dismissed me and the only thing she said was “downstairs.” I said my family is here, she goes “they can also go downstairs.” Very rude attitude when I was being kind. Left the stuff and won’t be returning back.

      Marshalls in general has great stuff, but this location is sub-par. It’s uncomfortably hot in the store, to the point where I felt like I was going to pass out. The inventory is disorganized, the cashier was rude to me and they will give you attitude for making a return even if you have the receipt.

      The most organized and well-stocked Marshall’s I’ve ever shopped at. This location opened in 2014 and is one of the few businesses to survive the COVIDpocalypse that took down the entire Chevy Chase Pavilion as well as Saks Fifth Avenue across the street + the Galleria Mazza. It was a bloodbath but I guess Marshall’s survived thanks to it’s stellar customer service, well stocked aisles, management and friendly associates..
