a month agoYou know what as a woman, retail therapy it’s just a thing we do even if we don’t need anything lol. The reason for my 3 stars is that it’s one thing to be on your phone at work, not engaging with customers cool but to be on your phone loud & cussing, b-word this & that. As a former retail manager, that just isn’t okay and as a human being you knew it wasn’t okay b/c you kept looking for reactions of others around you including myself. It’s distasteful. Customers come to this establishment & preferably this location to enjoy themselves. Not to have to hear what’s going on in your personal life. It was distasteful & Im pretty sure you know exactly who you are, Thursday 9/20, restocking the baby section that evening. It was offensive & you need to do better. Please don’t say anything about “this may be the wrong location” that’s a lie. I doubled checked just to make a review for this particular location. Get it together sweetie.a month agoLove the items I fins here, but this one is a bit small.2 years agoI love this location. I always find deals and new ideas to decorate. It’s a new season everyone, check out Marshall’s new merch!8 months agoHorrible customer service by Ms Amara, Instead of helping the customers she was using her condescending tone to repeat the same instructions over and over. Manager was trying to help with a genuine interest to resolve an issue that was created at the checkout by one of their staff member. Please be aware of your shopping and please pay attention at checkouts to make sure they do their job right, Because they are NOT. They charge wrong charges.2 months agoLove the selection and friendliness,, very helpful and polite staff!!

Marshalls in Memphis TN: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know
When shopping at Marshalls, there are some rules and guidelines to keep in mind to ensure a pleasant and successful shopping experience. These rules can help you make the most of your time and find the best deals. On the other hand, there are also some unofficial rules that shoppers should avoid breaking to maintain a respectful and considerate atmosphere for everyone. Here is a list of do’s and don’ts when shopping at Marshalls:
Do’s:
- Check the clearance racks: Marshalls often has great deals on clearance items, so be sure to check these racks for hidden gems.
- Visit the store during off-peak hours: Shopping during weekdays or early mornings can help you avoid crowds and long checkout lines.
- Bring cash or cards: Marshalls accepts both cash and major credit cards, so be prepared with your preferred payment method.
- Try things on: Since Marshalls carries discounted items from different brands, sizes and fit may vary. Take advantage of the fitting rooms to ensure the clothes you choose are the right size and style for you.
- Check tags for discounts: Look for additional discounts marked on the price tags. Sometimes an item may have an extra percentage off, making it an even better deal.
Don’ts:
- Remove or damage tags: Removing or damaging price tags can lead to confusion at the checkout, and it’s also against store policy. Leave the tags intact until you have purchased your items.
- Leave unwanted items in random places: If you decide not to purchase an item, kindly return it to its proper location rather than leaving it in a random spot. This helps maintain tidiness and allows other shoppers to find the items they are looking for easily.
- Refuse to follow store policies: Marshalls has rules in place to ensure fairness and efficiency. It’s important to respect these policies, such as the maximum number of items allowed in fitting rooms or the return/exchange guidelines.
- Engage in disruptive behavior: Shopping at Marshalls should be a pleasant experience for everyone. Avoid causing disruptions, such as loud conversations, inappropriate actions, or arguments with store employees or other shoppers.
- Take items from another shopper’s cart: It is considered a breach of etiquette to take something out of someone else’s cart, even if they no longer want it. Respect other shoppers’ choices and personal belongings.
By following these rules and guidelines, you can enhance your shopping experience at Marshalls and contribute to a positive shopping environment for everyone. Remember to be considerate, respectful, and always adhere to store policies. Happy shopping!

Love Shopping at Marshalls
Right on Point. ???Check out?
I have always been a fan of Marshall’s – and this is just another location in the Memphis area. This is one of the best that I have been to so far. The store is neat, and clean and very organised. All the sections have a very niche collection. Overall the store’s stock is great. The staff work here are very helpful and efficient. I can’t recommend more.
Had the best time. The best customer service. And overall experience. Stocked up on the Halloween stuff I wanted at great prices.
Went yesterday on October 20, I did have about 10 things that I brought back only for a store refund because I love Marshall’s. I do have a son at the age that he ONLY wants brand name clothes & etc. so I did mixed up 2 tags. I could tell the teller wasn’t very happy, so I was apologizing the whole time.
So I went to start shopping for my son & had a question on the receipt for my return & while I was in like I overheard both my cashier & another woman talking about my transaction, saying I brought in a garbage & (teller) telling her that ALL THE TAGS WERE WRONG. So not causing a scene, I just said I heard everything y’all were saying about me. Oh when I get upset I start crying so of course I did.
LONG STORY SHORT I HAVE A VIDEO OF EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED SO IT DEFINITIVELY WILL BE GOING TO THEIR MANAGER and On YouTube
Great place to look around. Go early before things are picked over. I found a ‘Keen’ walking shoe my size 11.5 for $40
