It was Great! What can I say, my wife went in empty-handed and came out with bags. Yikes! It’s all good. I am the driver and she is the Shopper and GPS Guide. It’s a rainy day around Richmond, but the parking lot is packed with Shoppers. Some with masks and others without. The store was clean with the Associates saying hello as you came. Wow, that was welcoming! Listen, my wife is on a mission to shop today just remember to tell someone you love ❤️ them, and most of all find a way to be kind and say thank you! Life is too short. Too many lives lost and we haven’t seen the end of January 2023 yet. I am dropping the mike, stay Cool and Happy New Year 2023! ? ?????
Never enough cashiers. Extremely long wait with line around the shopping aisles. Management team seems to busy restocking to help with checking out guests.
Most items priced higher than other locations.
Love this location (Parham Rd.). We always find something good. Last time, it was Hemps lotion for $12.99. (It’s $25 at Ulta.) This time, it was summer clothes for my daughter. The pictures don’t do the clothes justice. Now, you do need to check seams, broken fasteners, etc, because people aren’t gentle when they try things on.
The workers were incredible! My cashier Ramy was so nice as he assisted me at the counter with my return. He consulted with his manager Charmaine who approved the return for him to assure that everything went smoothly. They were both so nice and I enjoyed their friendly attitudes and smiles. I love visiting this TJ Max location on Parham road because of the friendly staff and efficiency. Thank you so much!
I love tj Maxx! They are perfectly priced and im sure they probably have everything homey you could ask for. Pillows, sheets, clothes, makeup, bathrooms items, shoes, baby toys, rugs, etc!
