      Great service to go with excellent quality and priced furniture. Very pleased with our furniture and how well it was all packed to ensure no damage. In 4 years we have purchased 2 Vermont sets (4 sofas) and they’ve been great very solid and comfortable sofas. Also purchased dining sets and they’re very sturdy and stylish.       We purchased the Elmhurst table and bench seats , shortly after the design strips on the benches all fell off. We didn’t want replacement benches due to the admin of rebuilding. The process was pretty drawn out but Peter K was incredible. He followed up regularly with phone calls and texts to ensure we were not forgotten. The customer service he provided was next to none and made our whole encounter pleasant. He ultimately provided us with a generous store credit which was our preferred outcome. Really appreciated his care and attention. Every store needs a Peter! Thanks again 🙂

      Was initially disappointed with Target Corporate reply of sorry we wont fix the chair as it is just 3 days over the 1 year warranty.       I needed a spare part for a Super king bed we brought from Target four or five years ago and went to the clearance outlet shop in East Tamaki, showed warehouse manager (Peter ) the part needed for replacement. He was extremely helpful and obliging and not only was able to replace the part but also the surrounding bits . I am very grateful for the very friendly help and service.

      The RUDEST Customer Service EVER

      Hi there,

      This afternoon I visited Target Furniture Sylvia Park Store to purchase some furniture for my new house.

      Before the I make the payment, I just checked with the salesperson(an Indian guy-properly the manager?) I asked if the price drops before my delivery time, Can I just come back to match the new lower price? He Indian guy said if I considering a refund to match the possible lower price in the future , just don’t buy it, he also told me that I will not be able to get a refund even the product has not been delivered. ( This salesperson was not helpful but very rude).

      I purchased stuff from Freedom, Nick Scali and Harvey Norman this afternoon, they are all happy do any new lower price matching before the delivery time.

      The product I was going to purchase at Target Furniture was not customized, also not clearance product. I don’t understand under New Zealand Law why the salesperson told me that I can’t refund the product even it has not been delivered.

      Anyway, Thank you Target Furniture,I experienced the rudest shopping experience I have ever seen…!!!

      Customer service at counter was good but Store manager did not know how to deal with customer.

      I returned an item and provided with voucher instead of real money(cash,eft) although initially i paid from my debit card. Upon discussion with store manager, they informed me that i can only get a Target voucher which can only be used in Target, what about if want to spend that money to get a coffee and muffin. Very lame and inappropriate policy of Target.

      Only came in to get something that was on special as I do not like that the store is all self serve. We were waiting for a cash or card check out to become available and had to let quite a few people go ahead of us because we wanted to pay cash. Card payers were using the cash and card checkouts so we had to wait until they were done. How about either open a check out for people wanting to pay cash or make at least one of your self serve checkouts cash only. Not everyone wants to pay by card. We will not be back.

      Partner just rang toys and it was laughable service. He clearly told the lady that the product was NEW and not on the website as of yet but has been seen in stores. He asked nicely for her to look, she looked on the shop floor only – NOT out the back. He then asked nicely to search by description and pop the numbers in which would bring up the article.

      Nope her lazy excuse was that it would come up with a thousand items, wouldn’t come up with a thousand items if you actually searched the correct thing and knew how to do your job. There’s a description option on the gun and if you search the first CORRECT title of the article it’ll come up straight away and you just click it, WOW. After I told her that the set was NEW she referred me to the website – fantastic listening skills. Clearly didn’t want to do her job, shouldn’t have even bothered picking up the phone.

      Rang at 9:00am 26th August on Saturday located in Toys, if management see this pin them being slackers or not knowing how to do their job correctly.

      Target in Werribee Pacific is really one of the best Target stores. Although this store went through an unfortunate situation, where it needed to shut down for a few months due to structural problems of the building, it is coming back better, and more welcoming! You could see the lovely staff buzzing around, trying to fill the shelves with all the new merchandise. There numerous bargains. Unfortunately, the electronics/digital section has shrunk, which is a trend with all Targets…. Other the the above, there is a huge selection of products at great prices! A high-five to the staff who are very nice and helpful.

      Nice store. Part of the Werribee Plaza, Pacific Werribee. A bit annoyed the jumper I bought had a hole in it. When I took it back the staff member put through the refund quickly, which was good. Lots of homeware I’d really like to look next time I visit.

      Yes, I have to review this shop regardless of its renovations that are set to be continuing until November. I’d have to say since this shop has relocated from years ago from Old Geelong Road, this target seems to have declined in quality. Sure they may have made themselves more modern looking than at Old Geelong Road according to my memory, but the store is so much smaller and crucial stock is either light or non-existent.

      At least their website is transparent about the stock availability (more than Kmart and Big W). Go to Point Cook instead if you want a good Target.

      went here for the first time today, don’t think i’ll be coming back tbh. i walked in with a frog squishmallow my cousin and i purchased at the kmart at the shopping center here when i was walking out i went over to the lady who was at the door so she could check my small bag i had and to see if she wanted to check my cousins bags since she went a little crazy on a shopping spree here. the lady wasn’t interested in my cousins bag and was only interested in snatching the frog squishmallow i had not only walked in to the store with (she saw me walk in too, i gave her a smile when i walked in the store) she snatched my squishmallow out of my hands without saying anything at first and then was like “i need to see a receipt for this” i told her i have the receipt in my bag so i was grabbing it out for her. and so i did. she was very grumpy to see that i’m not a thief lmafo and made sure she studied the hell out of the receipt from kmart. train your workers to A. treat customers fairly and B. do not touch their things they obviously have purchased. as a retail worker myself snatching things and accusing people of theft is not how you handle those situations and i hope your worker educates herself on this because that isn’t okay. i will not be coming back here again. Be kind.

      Great store, but just LOTS more “yes we can” positive customer service experience training needed for a variety of departments, and sorry to say but especially the older female staff members 50+. So many times when I’ve gone with friends/family members the change room lady is extremely grumpy and almost discouraging for people to try on clothes. Also the older lady who is sometimes at the laybuy/returns desk will say she can’t refund an online order unless you have the email with the easy scan barcode because she’s too lazy to type in the order number. It’s ridiculous to be honest – you’re in the business of generating positive sales experiences and CS, not the other way around where the customer has to cater to staff preferences. Have lots more examples but the two above are a good place for the Team/Store Manager to start.

      Amazing selection of homewares that rival higher end stores. Service has also improved substantially in recent months. Young staff very helpful and lovely. Click and collect was ready in 20 minutes with a number of items ordered. Minus a star as agree with other reviews about the one older staff’s manners needs to improve.

      A man called Toby or tony checked my freinds bag several times and said that “we know we saw it on camera “about stealing and then threatened to call the police if the buzzer went off when my freinds litteraly bought something and had a receipt and both of my freinds were on the floor with all there stuff out of there bag

      Many good books, toys and fine clothing. Not many things in stock. Don’t to manga, anime and other non English books. Don’t recommend to get anything from Asian countries here, books are of pretty high quality, recommend buying, very worth your time. Clothing is clean, new and good variety and all sizes. Very organised and clean.

      A very large store that sells everything you could ever possibly need from clothing to cleaning to homewares. They’ve got you covered. Wide clean aisles, with each department clearly visible with signage. Plenty of bargains to be had and lots on clearance.

      The worst shop I’ve have ever rang. They never answer the phone. It doesn’t matter what department you want they never answer then they end up hanging up on you… They keep you on the phone for 10 minutes then they just end the call… I have tried ring on different days & times. They say they will be with you shortly then they end the call… By far the worst shop i have ever tried ring… Thete hopeless

      Good product range, non-existent customer service. Was picking up a click and collect, and buying a couple of extra bits. While our click and collect was being fetched another member of staff came up to the terminal, told us she was serving someone else and that we had to leave. We explained the situation to her and she ignored us and continued serving the other customers, even once our member of staff returned. Ended up being delayed so long we just went to the self service. Pretty disgusting, particularly when we’re pushing around a newborn on top of everything.

      Management and Staff at Tuggeranong are great. Part of the centre lost power and Target was unfortunately affected. The staff quickly evacuated all shoppers and put aside my shopping so that I could collect the following day. When I returned all staff from the day before greeted me with a smile and hello. When I went to check out my one pass wasn’t scanning and the staff at the front counter went above and beyond to try and get it to work. They called the manager to the front when their efforts were unsuccessful and he was able to put it through successfully. I really appreciate the warm welcome to the store and customer service.

What a joke, once I was happy to pay slightly more for better quality. $45 men’s plain no frills polo shirts, you gotta be kidding no.       I just want to thank OSCAR from the book section, because he was extremely helpful, and provided an excellent customer service. I was looking for a book ,I asked the help of 2 people prior, and they definitely offered help but you can tell they are fed up from this season.Not Oscar though, I was giving up and approached Oscar to tell him if he can inform the gentleman that went looking for the book that I no longer need it. But Oscar convinced me that if I wait just a couple a secs he is more than happy to find it for me.and just like that found it and closed the sale.this time it is a book but I am sure will be back now.and Morley is NOT my local store ,but sure will be now:)

      DO NOT USE CLICK AND COLLECT you have to go into the store in the middle of the shopping centre and then the area you go to is at the back of the store which means basically your walking past the items you asked to collect so just a waste of time.Click and Collect is supposed to save you time but it’s like going normal shopping what a joke
