2 months agoCustomer service at counter was good but Store manager did not know how to deal with customer.I returned an item and provided with voucher instead of real money(cash, eft) although initially i paid from my debit card. Upon discussion with store manager, they informed me that i can only get a Target voucher which can only be used in Target, what about if want to spend that money to get a coffee and muffin. Very lame and inappropriate policy of Target.
4 months agoChange rooms really dusty. Not separated change room for women and men stresses me out. There were nicer range of womens clothes before. Not coming back.a month agoSelf serve checkouts only. I refuse to use them on principal. Put all my items back and walked out of store.10 months agoOnly came in to get something that was on special as I do not like that the store is all self serve. We were waiting for a cash or card check out to become available and had to let quite a few people go ahead of us because we wanted to pay cash. Card payers were using the cash and card checkouts so we had to wait until they were done. How about either open a check out for people wanting to pay cash or make at least one of your self serve checkouts cash only. Not everyone wants to pay by card. We will not be back.6 months agoPartner just rang toys and it was laughable service. He clearly told the lady that the product was NEW and not on the website as of yet but has been seen in stores. He asked nicely for her to look, she looked on the shop floor only – NOT out the back. He then asked nicely to search by description and pop the numbers in which would bring up the article.Nope her lazy excuse was that it would come up with a thousand items, wouldn’t come up with a thousand items if you actually searched the correct thing and knew how to do your job. There’s a description option on the gun and if you search the first CORRECT title of the article it’ll come up straight away and you just click it, WOW. After I told her that the set was NEW she referred me to the website – fantastic listening skills. Clearly didn’t want to do her job, shouldn’t have even bothered picking up the phone.
Rang at 9:00am 26th August on Saturday located in Toys, if management see this pin them being slackers or not knowing how to do their job correctly.

Used to be great for Star Wars merch… not so much now… good times…
Target’s astounding selection, commitment to quality, inclusivity, sustainability, and unbeatable shopping experience make it the ultimate destination for children’s clothing. It’s not just amazing; it’s a haven for parents seeking the best for their little ones, and it only continues to get better with time.
Rude customer service at the check out area. I came to the store to collect the item I put on hold yesterday. The female pretended she didn’t understand what I was saying. I said that I was there to collect the thongs and she was saying “phone”. The thongs doesn’t sound anything like “phone”. The male started to interrogate me about the time I called the store yesterday and was saying that Target holds the items for 24 hours. Usually it’s COB the following day. Anyway it was within the 24 hours period. Eventually he called the fitting room and the item was there for me to collect. Both the male and the female workers acted arrogant and disrespectful. Probably they got their jobs in Targer through their friends or relatives and didn’t go through the proper selection processes. Both workers were giggling behind the counter like they were at home not at work. Zero customer service skills. Should not be employed as they have wrong attitude. Though the person who I spoke on the phone yesterday was lovely, she found the thongs and put them on hold for me. More people like this should be employed in Target. I visited Centrepoint around 5.50pm on 13.10.23
More expensive than I’m generally willing to fork out, with a poor selection of sizes, especially on the smaller side. The design is almost labyrinthine, and I always want to get out as soon as possible. The quality is ok for what you pay, I suppose
Terrible service here at all! I have scanned and checked out the vacuum that I only bought it and carried it out, but the security door beeped when I went out, then the security guard came to me and checked my receipt without any apologies, looked like I was stealing something, and then he let me go.
When someone scanned and paid the item, why did that beep?? And no one apologised for that at all. Very disappointed. I understand that some tech issues would happen, but the attitude is important.
