      I just left this store and the dressing room attendant treated me like I was a criminal. I have to admit I have been crying over my kid and have not even looked in a mirror in the last few hours… So I guess I might look like I should not be shopping… But I have no time because I work and I have a wedding to attend… that’s beside the point. I gave them five stars because the rest of the associates are great. I over heard two of them talking and the encouragement and gratitude that came from their speech will be blessed. When you bless others God blesses you. It was nice to hear edifying coming from the employees here.

      Oh, I just love that store. Everybody knows me when I walk in the door all the employees they know I’m in there and they are the nicest people in the world. They treat me with respect morals. They help me in anything that I ask them. I never have to ask twice they go out of their way for me!!

      Went in today to exchange an item I had purchased from TJMaxx in Tifton,Ga. Staff was very pleasant as always.       I came here soon as the store opened, and the manager was having a morning meeting at the time nobody greeted me . I am a manager at a billion dollar retailer, and while in the morning meetings, associates and managers stop to greet the customer. What are we without our customers ? NOTHING! I looked around in the purse section for maybe 15 minutes and left. I refuse to shop anywhere that does not understand the importance of customer service.

      Literally on vacation every single thing I bought here on my cruise trip has broken.

      DO NOT SHOP HERE THERE CLOTHES ARE CHEAP AND POORLY CONSTRUCTED. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND WONDER WHY YOUR POOR STILL. but you’ll be poorer with broken clothes.

      Not the best location. Inventory is a complete mess, they’re always missing sizes above S/M, and the quality of products just seems to have declined over recent years. I bought something and the cashier forgot to remove the theft tag; brought it back in the next day and the manager acted like I’d stolen it – even though I had the receipt!

      T.J. Maxx always aims to please. T.J. Maxx is a one-stop shop for work and play clothes. You will always find something fashionable and cute for the entire family! They have a large variety of house decor, pots, pans, dishes, silverware couch pullows, and small decore furniture. They have a large variety of beauty products, jewelry, handbags, clothes, and shoes. When I tell you I be T.J. Maxx sharp. You can not tell the difference between me and my bou-jee friends!       Will never shop at this location again. I understand its apart of the cashiers job to get people signed up for the store card, but telling me I lack discipline because I said no to the store card is completely uncalled for.

      The aisles are narrow so shopping with a baby is difficult but by yourself is fine. Everything is brand name and in great quality, shoe selection is vast. They have everything besides groceries! There’s even art and office supplies, luggage, toys, pool floats and accessories, tech accessories, pet supplies. It’s great ?

      It has reasonable priced items, compared to other cities in NC we don’t get the current designers or high end brands . Always check dates on cosmetics, food etc I steer away from furniture unless it’s sturdy. Jewelry is nice but high for cosmetic peices and real peices. Small appliances are to expensive. They do have a good return policy and customer service well it’s a hit and miss. Person that checked me out shared to much personal info laced with profanity. I’m amused by it but not a conversation or experience I want to have when checking out.

I called her out on her lie because last week she said no so i decided to go on and there hanging on the rack was two!       Offers luggage for 50-70% off MSRP. If you go for luggage make sure you buy it ASAP as they sell out quickly. Selection will vary between stores so keep that in mind. The staff are super nice and they are dog friendly. Large dogs will need to be in a cart.

      Wowzers!!! What happened to TJM??? This used to be known as a “discount “ department store right??? Recently visited during July 2023 and there was not a deal to be scored anywhere.       Well; what can I say! This is one of my favorite stores to shop in, especially when whenever I feel the need to buy something really, really special a special occasion like someone’s birthday or wedding day, here’s where you will find a nice bargain at a good price, that’s not so expensive but worth it, because their prices are lower than the regular price, making it less expensive than what it would normally cost you anywhere else. That’s why it’s my favorite place to shop. T.J. Max has all kinds of different types of products, and even for children the goods come with special price and even gifts are added to what you can buy as brand name products. Go see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed, I grantee it.

      This is one store where I can get some household and personal necessities at good prices. The store is designed in a box layout, which does make finding things a whole lot easier. The service here is super helpful in addition too. Checkout can be a bit of a wait at times, especially when there are only one or two cashiers to handle all the customers on line waiting.

      This is a great TJ Maxx location. The store is very clean and everything is nearly organized and hung up. Lots of great options. The line looked long but actually moved pretty quickly. The manager and cashier were super nice. I will definitely be returning and definitely recommend. Just wish they’d carry cat toys and products, it’s unfortunate that they focus only on dogs when so many people have cats too.

      This is one of the best TJ MAXX I’ve visited. Not only is there a plethora of clothing, the store is well-organized, staff are friendly and swift in ringing customers up and they have a great selection of inexpensive, specialized items for home goods. They even have a small section for pets in their own area and tons of great christmas gift items.

      They didn’t have what I needed. I have been there several times, but some important things I need to have they don’t have. They say if their company doesn’t send things. They won’t have them, and they said they get what I need in the morning, and the item is gone as fast as they get them. I don’t believe they are getting my needed item. Even in thay way. They are Rebock T-shirts. Each time I have gone there to purchase them. They still are out of store stock. Not proper way to serve your customers. Very poor service. Someone needs to make them know how to keep customers coming back. I tell them about the Two rules of proper customer service. 1 is the customer is always right, and 2 is if the customer is ever wrong. Go back to rule one!

      Nice and beautiful store , the mall area is also really nice . Lot of variety to pick from , customer representatives were really helpful and know where things were. Each sections was layered out neat , you could easily find the sizes in the right place and the sections labeled where in correct places .

      I’m a big TJ Max girl and what I love the most is that I never have to stand in line longer than 5 mins even with 10 people in front of me. Not here. On multiple occasions I’ve had to wait with no line and almost 5-7 employees behind the counter. They’re usually just chatting away and joking around instead of actually working.

      This TJ Max had some good watches and beauty products.

      TJ max is my favorite store. It’s been a year since I bought this towel from Tj max… I tried using this towel and it absorbs water quickly, so I use it to dry wet hair every time I take a bath. I went to the store today to buy more of these towels. I didn’t buy this towel because I didn’t have it, so I bought other Mulguns. Instead, I bought something else. I bought a shower curtain, but when I compared it to the ones next to it, the vinyl I bought was thick and looked good. For make up removers, I like the places marked in the picture. Facial mist is a must to keep your face moist to prevent dryness and wrinkles. I bought 5 hair mousses, and I had one left, so I tried to buy a few more, but today there was none. TJ max is changed by Mulgun every week… I buy a few items that I really like when I see them in the store and use them.

      Very pitiful and run down location at Potomac Mills. This location has a very poor selection of items. They will also cheat you out of your money. You have to be very careful and watch them closely because the price on the tags will not match the amount that they ring up.

      Tj Maxx always has the best deals. They have great prices of handbags, shoes for women, hair care Products, and Homegoods. I always find something whether I need the item or not. Lol. The fitting rooms are now open which is great bc they used to be closed. They only have one set of registers at the parking lot side of the store. They removed the registers in the back of the store at the mall entrance. I think that sucks bc the lines in tjmaxx stay longggg.

      The store is located in an outdoor strip mall, very close to other stores (walking distance). The store is organized and we were able to find face masks, kitchen supplies, clothes, snacks, and dog’s toys at this store location. It’s very clean and easy to find our way around.       My experience here was very poor and uncalled for. Just cause I wasn’t dressed all up and looking fancy. I wanted to get some jewelry! It’s fake of course? The lady refused, she didn’t bring it to the front she, literally kept it with her. Not to mention I have real gold and diamonds on!!!!!! Well of course I’m BLACK??!!! Hmmm! Not a good look for you mam. I will never go back. Her fellow CO worker comes up and says ohh she’s busy with a customer. No Im not going to let you do that. She never acknowledged me but moved the jewelry. I’m not from here and I’m glad. This store is disgusting!

      Compared to other places this TJ Maxx actually has a lot of nice stuff stocked up, even late on the weekends you’ll be able to find so many nice stuff. The only disadvantage is the lack of assistance. There were some more expensive items locked in glass boxes, but the assistance button on the box is kinda useless. I’m not sure how those buttons work button but for around 7-10 minutes no one came to help. Besides me, two other groups of people were waiting for someone to come unlock the glass boxes to get the item they wanted. They waited for a long time as well, continously pressing the assistance button. I decided to be the one to walk elsewhere to find an employee to help, I asked an employee but that girl gave an annoyed face and had attitude for some reason…?? Other than that, great selection of items!

      Conveniently located TjMaxx, close to the Northgate mall. Discount prices for brands, but what I like the most is that it serves for me as a one stop for everything, I can find here clothing, suitcases, seasonal decorations, furniture, electronics, pet supplies, even snacks.       It was a nice shop, but I watched two young lads scurry away with a huge haul. I informed the guard and he stated there was nothing he could do. If they neglected to turn off the recorder, there’s no point in having it play. As a result, the cost of all of our products has increased.

      I was with a friend and her 6 year old. When asked if we could use the restroom we were told that they didn’t have restrooms. Odd because any other TJ Maxx I’ve been in has bathrooms. They then said we had to walk to a store on the other side of the mall. As we hurried, my friends daughter had an accident because she couldn’t hold it. Not only is this a horrible policy for this store but sad for a company that wants business. We have forwarded this to the city of Seattle as well.

      I hardly ever come here, but I remember why , when I get lost for 2 hours just browsing. I received a gift card for my ?….so it was on. Great prices , awesome selection of designer purses and everything else!!!. I do love the paper napkin and stationary section. Ended picking some great Friends giving items. It’s never to early.

      This store was absolutely atrocious! There was clothing, toys, etc. all over the floor. On top of that there was really gross stuff all over the floor. What kind of hospitality is this! The worst part was the bathroom. There was trash everywhere, no soap, and the toilet were so disgusting! What is up with the cleanliness?! Would not recommend this location. In my opinion the one in queen creek is much better. Very disappointed in my visit.

      The TJ Maxx was well stocked with really cute and fashionable clothing. Everything was kept very tidy and organized when I went (not sure if they had just cleaned up or if it was because I came before the weekend rush). There was also a cute and decent selection of shoes too, as well some gifts. Everything for the most part was easy to find.

      What a messed up store. Staff is hard to find and when you do they are helping at least 4 other customers. This store used to be fabulous but has gone downhill the last 9 months. Not sure if new management or that management just doesn’t care. I recommend going to another location.

      Nice location had some cute items I liked while traveling. It is next to the clinic, so it was packed, and there was enough parking, but I had to park in the back due to the crowd. The lines were long, but they moved fast at checkout. The store is clean and has enough space to maneuver around.

      Okay first of all love this store! I’ll be honest I’m not a die hard fan of their clothes but they have the cutest purses and so much cheaper than you could ever imagine… I grabbed a hand bag and I was confused about the pricing and the cashier told me the price I dropped my mouth open I told her I thought it was this much and she showed me the tag and it was so much cheaper… cause I was willing to pay how much I thought it was anyway needless to say I was extremely happy with what I paid for the cashier um I didn’t get her name honestly kind of wish I did she was so sweet laid back and down to earth! Like you guys keep up the amazing work and prices please

      Let me start by saying aside from being overcrowded the store is awesome! I can always count on Emily in Bedding/pillows to offer exceptional customer service, same for Kanaii for keeping the store stocked with so little room. Bathroom is always clean and all the cashiers are friendly and kind.

      Lastly, the reason for 2 stars: Laura the “coordinator” that thinks she’s the manager has such a poor, non-service oriented attitude that she should find other work, far, far away from people! I’m in the store weekly and I’ve encountered her on several occasions. She’s lazy/rude if you need a price check, condescending if you have questions and I can only imagine how she treats co-workers if she’s this bad with customers…do yourselves a favor and set her free because it shows on her face that she absolutely hates her job!

      Huge store, be ready to stand in line to check out. Always a wide range of selections and we’ll stocked. Bathroom in tjmaxx are small and not up to date. I accidently walked in on a lady in the second stall because the outside door locked was “Green” and not red and I pushed the door open and pushed into her. Guess they need to fix that latch. They had all 14 registers open today on Saturday at noon, friendly staff

      Bad experience. I wanted to by an electric converter I had bought similar 2 days ago at $7.99. I found one left however no price tag was fixed to it. I brought it to the counter and she price tagged it at $12.99 based on another product on shelf (not similar) as she could not identify correct price on her system… did not end buying it

      Not the largest location but packed full with a ton of stuff. Clothing, travel, kitchen, bathroom, decor, small furniture, it’s all there. One negative is the aggressive pushing of the TJ maxx credit card. There has really been an uptick lately and they will ask at least 3 times during your transaction which makes the experience very off putting. Also I have noticed a decline in clothing quality recently, a lot of my winter sweaters are falling apart after only a few wears.
