      I bought a pair of children’s crocs here on August 1st. My son wore them today on the first day of school (first time he has worn them) and the strap broke. Even though I still have the receipt they told me they would not let me return them because they had been worn. They should not have broke on the first day.

      This store had a wide variety for pets which was my main reason for visiting. The treats range from $3-$10 which is usually cheaper than PetSmart. The pet toys I’ve purchased lasted a few weeks with my dogs. The dog beds are priced reasonably as well but they don’t have many options for large dog beds. There were also cat towers and cat toys. Not many options for pet shampoo.

      They were busy with back to school, but there were store stocking carts all over the store that the employees just left in the middle of the isles you had to move around to get by.

      My family and I were just shopping here and an employee (Corey/Torri, couldnt hear it) that was sorting clothes kept coming at the aisle where we were and rudely putting clothes away. I understand they are doing their job but she could have definitely been more cordial about it. Also, what are the chances that she had to sort in every aisle that we were at. The employees at the cashier were super helpful and nice to us, but the rude employee did ruin our shopping experience.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! They don’t take the security tags off all of the clothes at checkout and then refuse to take the tag off later or issue a refund (when presented with the original receipt). I’ve been scammed. Don’t let it happen to you too.

      Good store with a broad range of products from clothing items to cooking utensils. There are toys for kids as well. The prices are also affordable. Good place to get small gifts for friends and family; even your for your dog 🙂

      The changing rooms are bac in service. Store is well stocked and the prices are still great.

      I stopped a newly opened Tjmax. It is well stocked. And they had some things at discounted rates. I needed to shop for my friends baby shower party. I got a lot of beautiful babies things that I loved.

      First time visiting this new location @12:45pm register #7 manger on duty heavyset women w/glasses and green shirt 8/6/23. Went in for a shirt and came out disappointed. I went to the register and asked why the same exact shirt was a different price and if she could double check it. The manager on duty said “what do you want me to do” and then proceeded to go check the manchine comes back and said okay I can get it for as low as 13 while others were $10. Unfortunately she couldn’t give the time of day to the Customer as it seemed like we were such an inconvenience for her. Now seeing other reviews for this location I see why.

      I used to frequent the original Beaverton TJ before it moved to Cedar Hills. I’m not sure if the new location has higher rent but there are not good deals here outside of clearance. The prices here are at Target prices or higher.

      I come w receipts: rolling carts are 50$ here. I bought one last week at target that looked nicer for 40$ and another one a few weeks ago at Michael’s for 20$. The discount store should be less. Their art is 30$ and up. It used to be around 15$. They have cheap wall shelves that used to be around 12-15$ and now they’re 20-30$.

      I used to come to TJ for the fun experience of finding a good deal, but this one is not it. I can get more for my money at costcos homegoods section, target, or Facebook marketplace.

      What part of Handicapped TJ Max doesn’t understand? The only two spaces asigned at this location ( N.W Expressway, OKC) are located far away from the entrance.. Really far for someone handicapped… They might argue that the ramps are that far, but the million dollars giant can afford to remake them at a reasonable distance, for handicapped patrons…

      I usually go here looking for deals and I can usually find them. The staff is not very helpful, and they are usually rude. I don’t really say this when it comes to customer service, but I don’t blame them. They are most likely under paid and overworked. The location I go to is always super busy so they are dealing with a crowd from the time they clock in until they punch the clock to go home.

      I absolutely love this store, it’s one of my favorites! But, for the love, please train your employees to take off the security tags. I can’t count how many times I’ve walked out of the store with a security tag attached and the alarm didn’t go off. Then I have to make another trip up there to have it removed, annoying.

      Wow, this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. Clutter everywhere, super disorganized, under-staffed… Here at 3pm on a Tuesday and the line is all the way out into the aisles of the store. Yikes. I won’t be back to this one if I don’t have to.

      The store is nicely organized. The cashiers are polite. My only problem was with the manager on shift. I overheard her name is Laura. The cashier mistakenly asked for a price check before realizing that what i was purchasing was a two piece set. The set included a cropped sweater and spandex shorts. The cashier told Laura that she didn’t need a price check anymore. But no, Laura came to inspect the item. on both items the tag said, includes: a cropped sweater & shorts with pockets on the side. That fit the description of the items on the counter. I had seen another grey set with the exact same materials paired together. Laura argued with me on that and said that the top was not the same material as the shorts. Well, obviously, Laura. I’m under the impression she has no idea what a sweater feels like. She proceeds to tell me she has to double check. At this point i’m like fine whatever ms. ma’am. Once the clock hits 5 minutes I see the cashier growing impatient because she knows this is a two piece and that this is ridiculous. She talks to Laura over the walkie talkie’s they have and says “Laura it is a 2 piece, it says it on the tag”. I have no idea what Laura says to that but the cashier proceeded to let me pay. A waste of almost 6 minutes because the manager on shift can’t read. Thanks, Laura. Doing an excellent job.

      I’m from Coventry but have been caring for my sisters house in Waterbury while she’s out of the country. I decided to go to this TJ maxx today. Immediately the security guard follows me to the area. I think nothing of it, but then after I leave the restroom the security guard approached me and asked if I found everything okay. I said no and I’m going to grab face moisturizer. I go and look at all the different products and he asks is that what I’m looking for, while constantly staring at me. At this point I feel rushed and REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE as he’s not asking anyone else anything. I grab a random one and check out. I definitely won’t be shopping at this location ever again. Maybe it’s because I was wearing a hat(it’s raining outside) but it’s uncalled for. I’ll be shopping at Burlington or Vernon TJ maxx from now on where this uncomfortable situation would never happen.

      Add a $50 gift card and I wanted to spend it in this tjmaxx after shopping around for items To buy I have to find some items I didn’t care whether it went over to $50 gift card I was gonna pay extra get to the gas here it came up to $54.23 I gave her a $5 bill the young lady stood there and looked at me Waiting so I asked her what what the total again she said $54.23 and I said I gave you a 5 to go with the gift card she still looked at me with this look on her face for the 3rd time ma’am what was the total it still didn’t register with her when she said it $54.23 as she’s standing there holding the $5 bill I guess working in a department store cashier math is not one of the requirements young lady find another job I wanted to give star but I feel nice today

      SHOUT OUT TO HOME GOODS and managers at the St George location. Last Thursday I called the store Manager Michelle at the Home Goods store in St George. She was extremely busy due to a power outage and a weather situation. I was wanting to return 2 chairs that I had purchased 3 weeks ago. I no longer had the receipts or the merchandise tags. She very politely explained the store n policy. After a few minutes of my pleading she agreed to allow the return since I wanted to return the chairs in exchange for another set of chairs that I had fallen in love with. I wasn’t able to come that night so she arranged for the manager the next day to take care of me. As it turns out I was lucky enough to be helped by Michelle, Mickey, Jackie from the management and the clerk Brandon who need all the heavy lifting. I have worked retail for thirty years and consider myself an expert on customer service and this was the best! I will be a Home Good customer for good. Thank you !

      Every time I go shopping with my wife, I share a changing room with her to compare outfits and get opinions. This has never been a problem until I shopped at this TJ Maxx. An employee called me out of the dressing rooms and kept repeating “You’re going to cause a panic in here. You’re breaking the rules.” First off, there are no “rules” posted anywhere in the store. Second, I confirmed online there are no such rules about accompanying a spouse into a changing room. Third, my wife was in tears over the embarrassment this caused. I will not be returning.

      TJ Maxx, Riverdale, located off Main Street, across from Ruby River, is an upper class outlet store that has beautiful collections of “specialty shops” in one stop. These “specialty shops” have been curated, nearly perfectly, with the customer in mind. These shops carry mostly quality luxe, name brand products at discounted prices. You can expect a clean, well lit and well organized store and fully stocked shelves with everything from designer hand bags, luggage, jewelry, name brand shoes, trendy and classic clothes for everyone from new born up. Houseware, kitchen ware and tools, bed & bath, unique decor, artwork, metal art, mirrors, toys, books, stationery, pre packaged food, coffee, imported olive oils, frames, small furniture, signs, throws, pillows, mattress covers, candles, bath and beauty, treats from all over the world, coffee bar set ups, holiday fare, gift bags, gift cards and a whole lot more. I have shopped at TJ MAXX Stores for decades and can always count on finding new, high-end quality and unique gifts, clothing, shoes, decor, etc., here. I could spend an entire day browsing. Staffers always greet me and are generally very helpful. TJ Maxx has large dressing rooms, plenty of parking and a seemingly friendly staff. Today I picked up face serums, hydrating night cream, a makeup bag, a gorgeous Nicole Miller Face Pallet, MK sandals, sugar free coffee syrup, gifts for a wedding and a baby shower, the gift bags and I was happily done for the day! Thank you TJ Maxx for years of exciting, affordable shopping and service! PS. Most clothes start at $7.99 and up, clothing, shoes and purses are more affordable, but some are still pricey.

      Product was on the floor in wrong areas. Sitting in buckets and cart’s nothing was put away. No one on the floor to offer assistance. If they were, they didn’t acknowledge anyone.

      I used to work at TJ Maxx. And this one would have my former bosses having heart attacks.

      Yo, check it out, I was at TJ Maxx the other day and it was straight up off the chain. I found some hella fresh kicks for like, a fraction of the price they would be at Foot Locker. I also copped some fresh threads, like a dope hoodie and some fly jeans. The selection was off the hook, and the prices even better. I would definitely recommend TJ Maxx to anyone looking for a great deal on some fresh gear. I was like, “Yo, check out these kicks!” and my homeboy was like, “Word, those are hella fresh!” We were like, “We gotta cop those!” So we did. Then we went to the clothes section and I was like, “Yo, check out this hoodie!” and my homeboy was like, “Word, that’s dope!” We were like, “We gotta cop that!” So we did.       Great place for bargains…my wife and daughters tell me! Last visit was to the T.J. Maxx in Las Vegas in the Town Square. Great place to relax and watch planes landing at the Harry Reid International Airport as wife and daughters are shopping!

      I liked the children’s toy selection & prices, while shopping for my niece & nephew’s Christmas presents. I was able to find something for everyone. Store was clean, pretty organize & not too busy. Tj Max at Town Square is a larger store with plenty of merchandise. I’ll be back again.

      A lady who ‘greets’ people on the way in always gives me a nasty look when I come here; She seems extremely catty…I wonder if she assumes I’m a thief…or if she’s just a nasty person in general.

      Tonight, there was a woman named Geraldine who completely ignored me while I was on the line to check out; She could have rang me up after seeing me wait for about 8 minutes, but instead, she decided to ignore me so she could organize hangers lol…She seems like a catty obnoxious person; The experience was pretty disgusting…

      Most of the customers who shop here are low-class & will walk right into you; 1% of them will actually say ‘excuse me’ if they need to get by you…I couldn’t believe how rude these people were tonight…Losers.

      The products here are not the best, but they do have a decent selection of tea & dried fruit sometimes. I would give this place 3 stars if they would hire better employees.

      We just had to come back here because they failed to remove a security tag, we have the credit card transaction but for them it wasn’t enough proof since we tossed the receipt. Terrible service. They did remove it though, but we had to be upset that whoever did our transaction missed it. Love Tj Maxx but yikes paying for the mistakes of an employee isn’t it.

      Unorganized store that’s perpetually understaffed. The selection of merchandise is rather disappointing, and should you actually find something worth purchasing, the wait time makes it not even worth it. There are many other options in this region, and they are all a much better. The Nordstrom Rack is close and puts them to shame. Heck, even the Burlington next door is much tidier.

      I would say this is my personal favorite location in the area. This location is well stocked and kept looking good.       I went in today 09/08/2023 I was traveling from Illinois I decided to stop in Fort Smith and go inside TJ MAXX. I asked for help with a girl I believe her name is Ziporra she walked away and ignored me I should have asked someone else but as furious as I was I just walked out. Very rude of her and even if I go back through Fort Smith I will not be going back to that store??

      This was my first time shopping in a TJ Max. Overall, the selection and brands for men’s clothing was surprisingly good. I was very impressed with the prices. The store offered many thing other than cloths, such as furniture, decorations, and even pet toys. I was able to find some shirts I needed and also some new pants. The staff here was very friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. This place is worth a visit.

      TJ Max is a good place to shop for discounts on name brand clothing and bags. They have large selection, mostly for women. But there is a decent selection of men’s current fashion trends. They also offer a small selection of makeup and bath items, and a wide variety of home goods. This store location is clean and well-kept. Check out time is slow, but not too bad, if you go when there aren’t as many people.

      I love tj Maxx. My daughter was being naughty at this particular location and caused a clothing rack to tip over and she fell with it taking the shopping cart with her and she was smushed between the two. Management and staff came to her aide in seconds and were very helpful and kind to us, when I thought they’d throw us out, instead they took our information and said to call if anything came up. Also the checkout line is always moving quickly regardless of how many shoppers are in the line. Everyone has always been cheerful and kind and helpful. Never a bad experience here and the store is stocked ALWAYS with anything you could ever need.
