    They close for an hour from noon to 1300. Then when there is clearly a customer waiting in line one teller shuts up shop and goes to lunch. I have been waiting 10 minutes now for service. There is none.

    2 staff, no customers. Wanted to open a bank account and told we need to make an appointment. Business taken elsewhere

    Blocked my grandmas card for b transactions she made online. The same transactions she had previously been blocked for that we went into the branch and told them about 1 month ago. She had no time to gather the information she needed to verify her identity. They left a 90 year old lady at home with no access to money and no branch to access until Monday. I had to leave my work 3 hours away to bring her money and more i lose $2500 for the rest of my work week because I have to take her to the branch on Monday. I understand you are trying to protect her money but could you have not asked her for her licence details, birth certificate, Medicare card, pension card. She had plenty of ID but couldn’t remember her home phone number, how many accounts she had access to or her verbal password she probably made 20 years ago. The state i came home to my grandma in disgusted me that you had no alternative way to ID her and left her with no money and said to her have you not got family or friends you can borrow from. She said to me I am the only person she has. Her friends are all dead and the rest of her family don’t care about her. Very upsetting to have to remind a 90 year old lady all her friends are dead and about her family that do nothing for her. How many old people are left like this because they have no one to advocate for them. I think we will be making the move completely to ING Banking now. I certainly won’t be putting any of my money over there to the account I have. Not knowing this is how they treat our elderly. In future if you know someone is of a certain age tell them the information they will need so they can get it and not be left so upset. Something like this can cause a fatal sickness at that age with health problems.
