Found this dentist by checking out other google reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Had emergency dental check, and then today tooth extraction which no-one enjoys right… Dr Modi is professional, empathetic and good at his craft. Definitely recommend him and the support staff are wonderful ???

I have had such a wonderful experience with Launceston Dental. The reception staff are welcoming and have always kept me updated with my appointments. The dental assistants are always vibrant and bubbly with beautiful personalities and the dentists themselves being truly amazing,So gentle & patient with no question going unanswered. I recently had a great experience at Innova dental under the care of Dr. Xi. His expertise is remarkable, making both teeth cleaning and fillings surprisingly comfortable and I hardly felt any pain throughout the process. The clinic itself boasts a comfortable environment, and what I appreciated most was the option to watch videos during the treatment. Dr. Xi’s skill, combined with the soothing atmosphere and thoughtful amenities, makes this clinic a top choice for dental care. Highly recommend!

I have a lot of dental anxiety from past experiences, and I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years because of it.
Innova was recommended to me by a couple of people, so I decided to give it a go. The initial visit went great, I needed a few fillings done and have since had them completed.
The team were fantastic, they talked me through everything that was happening and checking in regularly.
I have problems with sensory issues and they have been brilliant with accommodating what they can.
I will be going to them regularly from now on.

Great place with incredible staff – I got fillings and a chip filled, and very happy with how it looks and feels. Super clean and fancy place… however, they didn’t tell me until I was in the chair that they were going to numb me, even though they knew since my consultation appointment a week prior. I was numbed up, unable to eat, drink, or speak for six hours, so it was lucky I didn’t have work or anything important after my appointment.
I just would have appreciated the heads up prior to my filling appointment that I was going to be numbed – but this is the only complaint I have for Innova. Definitely recommend.

Innova Dental have been amazing. The receptionists are lovely and welcoming, the practice is beautifully clean and comfortable. They people there have worked hard to making going to the dentist as pleasant of an experience as possible.
Dr. Eric has been nothing short of amazing. He has given me back my smile, while also addressing the lifestyle issues that lead up to my teeth being in the terrible condition they were in. He was nothing but kind, compassionate, and polite to me throughout the whole experience, and the work he did is fantastic. Throughout the whole experience I felt as though he genuinely cared about my comfort, and was great at explaining what was going on with my teeth and how he was going to solve the issues. The expenses were made completely clear to me and I was able to then decide whether I wished to proceed, and any troubles that may have been ran into, and the associated costs were also explained to me clearly, which I feel is extremely important to do.
I’m so grateful to have had the excellent experience that I have had and am looking forward to seeing Dr Eric again to address my other Dental issues.

Called and was able to get an appointment within a day for some emergency dental work. All staff encountered in my visit from the admin staff through to the nurses and dentists were extremely friendly and professional. The procedure went swimmingly. I highly recommend.
