  We brought our truck in to NQ Mechanical for a look-over before travelling down the east coast to ensure everything was in working order. The service was comprehensive and done at a reasonable price. He gave the car an overall clean bill of health and he helped us identify the cause of an issue we were already aware of (our steering wheel controls weren’t working). Paul also told us how we could get our hands on a very affordable replacement part and then later fitted it for us speedily and at a great price. Cheers Paul!

  Paul goes above & beyond for his clients.

  In my initial visit, I had an issue with my aircon in my Lexus. Paul was able to diagnose and quote the issue correctly. Pacific Toyota was unable to diagnose it properly… only provided a temporary fix.

  On my second visit, Paul organized a lift for me to my workshop, called me to bring to my attention some maintenance needs. He wasn’t pushy, but recommended I proceeded.
