    Just left this nightowl and will never return and I’ve been going here for years, well before it was even a nightowl. After fuelling up, I go to grab a can of coke, notice there’s a “buy 2″ special, but only one no sugar left. I ask at the counter if there’s any more, ” not that I’m aware of she says, annoyed that I’ve interrupted her food prep. Seemed by the look that it was more the “probably but I’m not checking because I’ve got other stuff to do case “. I grab 2 small bottles instead, she asks if I want a docket, to which I reply, “yes please”, then she goes back to her food prep without giving me one, so I then have to ask for it again. I’m just about to drive off and I glance down at the docket and notice my fuel wasn’t rung up, so lucky I checked my “asked for twice docket” or I would have had police at my door later and would have had no clue without my docket. I go back in, she says ‘oh sorry ‘ dismally. She then tells me that I can’t have my member discount as the system is down, I said it was working a minute ago and she goes into some rant about the system being out, I just paid and left. When I checked both dockets my membership worked at 10:28 but the system was apparently down at 10:31, so I couldn’t get my discount 3 minutes later, so she said. I always recommend to people to join nightowl, not anymore!
