2 months agoI recently had a great experience at 711 when purchasing a mykicard . I paid with $100 in cash and received my change without any issues. However, upon closer inspection, I realised that the $50 bill I received was counterfeit.I immediately brought this to the attention of the manager the next day, who was extremely helpful and understanding. After checking the cameras, They promptly exchanged the counterfeit bill for a genuine one without any hesitation. I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to rectify the situation.
The entire staff at 711 deserves recognition for their exceptional service. They handled the situation with utmost care and made sure that I left their store satisfied. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
I would like to express my gratitude to the manager and the entire team at 711 for their prompt action and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
5 months agoi went to this 7-11 to get an iced coffee and i broke the cup for the coffee, understandably that was my fault. i went to the cashier to ask if it was okay if i could grab another cup because i broke mine and he cut me off and told me that i hit the cup (to break the ice) too hard and thats why it broke in a passive aggressive tone and he basically shooed me off but did let me grab another cup. i understand if he is just having a bad day but being unprofessional is unacceptable.2 months agoWent in to get petrol and donuts no prices on any of the donuts the lady who was at the cashier was on her phone but still served me after giving me the total I asked her how much where the donuts she said 4.50 cents each..couldn’t tell if she was right or wrong because there was no price I let her knw it was too expensive and ended up putting one bck to the point she responded sorry I don’t come up with the prices etc..very shameful4 months agoI have never met a more rude employee than I have this Friday night. 8/09/2023. Also please remove the homeless person from the door8 months agoPrices on some or most things are too expensive and the atm should be free and have no surcharge as well as the customer should be able/allowed to withdraw more than just $50 over the counter…. what if the atm is not working but you need to withdraw more than $50…. ?Assorted hot food such as pies, sausage rolls and other hot food should be available 24/7 or for the complete time that 7- Eleven is open for business day and night…. if you run out of hot food or as a customer buys a hot food product, replace that product by putting another in the warmer/oven to cook/reheat…. not that hard.
Also, change your store set up from time to time by moving shelving and icecream freezer to different locations inside the store or turn them sideways opposite to how they currently are or are at the time the are changed, make your store more interesting and inviting to all types of your customers…. something more that will make your customers come in and be attracted to your stores…. Dandenong North store on heatherton Road/James Street in particular.
