a year agoThey received my pallet from Melbourne, it was coming one hour from wagga to me, they decided that it was unfit to be transported… Their resolution, move the package 5 and a half hours back to Melbourne instead of not touching it any more, or moving it only 1 hour and 40 minutes to me…. Their logic is flawed and their customer service is appauling. They said it was due to it over hanging the pallet, but every pallet in their warehouse was overhanging, we took photos. My package is still unmoved 2 weeks later. I would suggest they need a management overhaul.a year agoDarren really helped me out. Card says if I don t collect in 7 days it will be returned to sender.
