    Good fast food, nothing like peri peri chips and sauce!! But being forced to order through the app is just plain frustrating. Tables could be cleaned better and more frequently, too. Food can often take a while during lunch rush, but when it does come, it’s guaranteed to be fresh and hot.

    While I enjoy Nando chicken, the QR option didn’t work seamlessly so my feedback reflects rating. Service has to be seamless every time.

    Nandos was our the most go to pleace for dining out for years. I must say this the Canberra city store has been great with their services and with sooo good Nandos Chickens.
    In recent times the team members have changed and the store’s services have drastically fallen.
    Yesterday 27/2/24, we went out for dinner and ordered for 5 of us. The large salad was served half a bowl with some old and soggy cucumbers. There were barely anything else other than the lettuce. I went to the staff with the bowl of salad asking is this the large salad that we have ordered? Three male staff was standing their at that time. One answered ‘yes it is’, the other one started saying the ingredients!!
    I was so upset to see how poor their side meals are being served these days. I no longer have the excitements to visit our favourite Nandos.

    Nando’s is usually our go-to, but on the evening of March 1, 2024, it fell short. The chicken was served raw, and despite asking for a replacement, it came back even worse. The fries were also undercooked. Considering the sweet young waiters, I refrained from asking for a refund. Disappointing experience this time. Won’t be returning for a while.

    Worst experience today.
    Been going there from past 6 months.
    But today their food and service let us down. Burnt dry chicken, stale coleslaw, rude staff, bad customer service.
    Will never go back there again.
