a month agoHighly recommend! It typically can take months to get services in Alice, but this team were able to fit me in super quick thanks to their system in place, even with being in high demand. I had bought an ex-rental home so I asked for a deep and full clean of my 3 split systems from end to end before Summer hit. Two of the units were a bit smelly, they’re about 7 years old. The person turned up right on time and all were squeaky clean in half a day (exactly as advised on my initial call). The service person was friendly and professional – I felt completely comfortable in my home while it was all happening. I appreciated the care taken to do a thorough job and the further information provided about my systems. There was also absolutely no mess to clean-up either, I was shocked. I received my invoice the same day, it was a simple and straightforward payment process. The final price was very reasonable for the services and it was within the initial estimated pricing given when making the booking. The whole process from start to finish was simple and straightforward. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable, and my units are like new! I recommend this business. We had some issues with our caravan that needed addressing. They were a bit out of the ordinary but they fixed them for us on a timely basis so we could make our destination tonight. Charges were very fair.

Had a problem with vehicle, called around 4:30pm and they looked at and fixed the issue the next day, which was great as we were travelling to Kings Canyon, then Yulara and then home the day after. Ben was very helpful and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend this business.
I would highly recommend this business, Ben and his very friendly team got me sorted, I went in with what I thought was a small issue and it turned out that I had no back brakes. So they got new ones and made sure I was safe to keep travelling. Expert knowledge and very reasonable priced. Thank you. 10 stars.
I asked them to diagnose an electrical issue with my second battery system.
Basically the battery charger installed in the engine bay to charge the second battery had started beeping and when it beeped, I would have to disconnect it from the battery to stop it. It would also mean that the second battery wouldn’t charge from the first one and that I couldn’t use any of the accessories connected to the second battery. It would beep when I went out of town on a long drive and it would beep just driving around town. I wondered if it was an issue with the wiring or with the battery charger.
I was told that there was nothing wrong with the battery charger and that the second battery was flat and that was the issue. I was told that I should replace the second battery (a deep cycle marine battery) and it would cost $300.
I decided not to proceed with changing the battery because when I’d had a look at it, it was showing a charge of 14 volts when running and 12.8 when the ignition was off.
For the trouble of taking a look I was charged $80. I don’t have any issue with this – time and knowledge are valuable and I respect that.
I’ve since replaced the battery charger with a top of the line one and it no longer malfunctions. The batteries charge while the car is running. The deep cycle battery continues to show a healthy charge. I can run my accessories again.

Traveller, booked in for service on way through. Fair price for service. They spotted water pump leaking. Recommended buying a kit and doing the timing belt with the water pump which was a good recommendation.
Adjusted the jobs they had as they knew we were stuck and having to pay money for accommodation every night. Considering everything they had going on, they got us done in a very timely matter.
Charged $1508 for the water pump and timing belt and hydronic tensioner, coolant and WC after saying they usually come in at $1200. I was happy to pay at the difference as I had confidence in the work they had done. And knew it was an effort for them to fit me in and Toyota van so working on the motor under the front seat might have been a bit annoying.
Couple of days after I had all this done my aircon stopped working. When I eventually got it to an auto electrician, he said the person who worked on it last had not put the harness back in place properly and it ended up rubbing on the pulley on the front of the engine resulting in the wires wearing through and breaking. Ended up having to pay another $462 to have that repaired.
Phoned Ben to just give polite feedback who accepted the call really well however was no offer of compensation.
Overall left feeling a little disappointed but at the same time really appreciate them fitting me in when they were very busy!
