I made an appointment with Dr Verena after I was diagnosed with Post Natal Depression and Anxiety.
I went to her with the hope she would be able to help restore some balance mentally but also assist in finding a solution to some painful stomach cramps, bloating and lethargy that I had been experiencing on and off for several years.
In my first appointment Verena explained that our emotional and physical wellness are interconnected and with restoring my gut health and resetting my nervous system, things would begin to level out in my body and mind again.
After only two appointments I have noticed such an incredible difference in myself, as have other people.
I am happier, I am healthier and I am no longer experiencing the physical symptoms I was before and I am now able to work on being myself again.

I truly thank Verena for helping me on this journey, without her assistance and guidance I would not have made this much progress on my own.

Working with Verena has been life changing – the gut issues I have had for well over a decade are now in hand, (after many other attempts with other practitioners and on my own) and I am now well and becoming more ‘healthful’ each day.

I have found Verena to be insightful, instinctive and respectful; she deeply listens and has provided profound feedback that has altered not just my gut health but the way I am in the world — which of course are intimately intertwined… She has really facilitated the capacity of me and my body to heal.

My last two sessions with Verena have been online and it has been as rewarding as a face to face session… and I will definitely be accessing this aspect of her service more often; and while I am more than happy to make the near 3 hour return drive to visit Verena, online is a great option!

I was recommended to see Dr Verena after my daughter developed severe, constant abdominal pain that couldn’t be diagnosed by gastroenterologists and other specialists. The pain was debilitating and had been going on for over a year by the time we saw her. Dr Verena was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She was very specific and methodical in her approach and treatment. She recommended precise supplements and dietary adjustments and after about 3 months we noticed the pain starting to subside. We are so grateful for her help, kindness and guidance throughout the whole treatment. My daughter’s pain has completely gone and she has come off all her pain medications. It’s so incredible that my daughter is now pain free and living life to the fullest! I can’t sing Dr Verena’s praises high enough! Thank you!!!!

Meeting Dr Verena was a game changer for me! After suffering from severe sinus all my life (52yrs!). It took 2 months of prescribed medical grade supplements, diet change and therapy to finally be sinus free! Verena is professional, compassionate and holistic in her treatment. Words couldn’t simple be enough to explain the professional, knowledgeable and understanding service I have received from Doctor Verena. I first started working with Verena in January 2022 when my health was at its worst after a knock on affect from several different medications and procedures. I had been recommended to Verena, and even now when she has come up in joint conversations, again everyone speaks so highly of her! Verena has supported and guided me through some of the hardest months. Working on a platform of several different areas of symptoms ranging from gut inflammation, parasite, pathogens, pelvic pain and bladder pain, condition such as PCOS and Endometriosis also. From the start Verena has provided me with so much knowledge, knowledge like I have never seen from a practitioner before. Support, both in clinic and outside of clinic she has ALWAYS been there to support me through my journey. Verena has organised testing, supplement protocols, dietary amendments and suggestions along with in clinic sessions. As I say to most people, she has provided me with a space that I feel comfortable to open up about my struggles and feelings, and she has given me tools and advise on how to a-low my body to heal, and to heal past traumas. I still have a very long way to go, but we are slowly unpacking it all in a way that it should! Using western medicine has its place, but trust me with one thing – you will never ever regret picking the holistic and healing approach with Verena – thank you always!
