7 months agoMy son had an appointment for ear piercing and my Mum decided to get a new piercing, too. We could not have asked for more patient, caring staff. Excellent hygiene practices and quality customer service. Highly recommended!!7 months agoCouldn’t be happier with the service I received at the Traralgon store.. I got a second piercing in my nose last week, and unintentionally pulled it out while drying my face 2 days later.. I returned today to have it re-pierced.. the lady who did the piercing is an absolute gem, with a personality worth bottling.. I couldn’t recommend her more highly if I tried.. thank you for an amazing experince. I’ll be back in a few weeks to get the other side done!!10 months agoGot my Helix swapped here, they were nice and allowed me to choose my jewellery. The staff were extremely nice and made me feel safe while prepping up, they were very sanitary and got it over with really fast without any pain and also gave me clear instructions on how to care for it to allow it to heal once again.Would come back!

I’m so obsessed, massive massive thanks to Rachel who did my hair today, she is incredible and she will be the only hairdresser I will go to from now on. She is amazing and made me feel so welcomed and relaxed and I highly recommended her! ?? thanks so much again rach ?10 months agoFiona and her gorgeous team were amazing I had the absolute best experience of my life… I have wanted to get my nose pierced for years always been scared… She made me more than comfortable walked me through the process and honestly she was so gentile and kind of didn’t even hurt… She talked for a long time about cleaning and after care and was the most beautiful soul thank you so much for the best experience Fiona you are a sparkle in the rough my darling please go and get your hair and peircing done here she is just divine … Place is clean it’s friendly it’s bright it’s awesome ?
