   I was in a queue, waiting to refuel 98 on a bustling afternoon. A car was behind mine, and the vehicle in front had gone inside the store after refueling. After five minutes of waiting patiently, i see no sign of the car owner, i was unable to reverse as there was a car behind me and unable to move forward to fill my tank.

   I decided to enter the store and inquire if they could locate the driver of the car in front to resolve the situation. The cashier girls (2) kept their heads down after my word and offered no response, as if I were invisible. This behavior was not only intimidating but also deeply insulting.

   Amazing experience from your untrained staff working at 11/7 in Cairns, they only been trained how to take money but nothing else!!! Can’t even talk!!!!

   As a fuel station the 7-Eleven was as one would expect to fuel stop to be. When I like most about it to be honest is that the coffee is cheap and tastes quite good.
