You could start by refunding my $100 for waiting 1and half hours for nothing4 months agoFrom the moment I walked in, the Darwin Auto Mobile Care team made me feel welcome. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The Mechanics were knowledgeable. Also, the owner is a top bloke.. 5 Stars6 months agoBooked my car in for a few electrical faults and also asked for a full service and going over as we were heading off on a 8000km trip. Showed up on the day, they only had us booked in for the electrical stuff, they were accomodating and shuffled things around to fit the service in for the following day, which we were great full for, however resulted in us being without a vehicle for 2 days instead of 1. I didn’t check the tail lights ect when picking the car up as I was told things were fixed. Upon heading off on our trip a week later, none of our tail lights worked and left rear blinker not working either, we were told they replaced a heap of wiring due to it being old and the problem was fixed. They installed an engine guard and the cord is hanging down in the passenger foot well and cord strung through under the bonnet, loose. The work cost over $3,500.00 which we were happy to pay but expected everything to be done properly. 4000km into our trip, a friend who is a mechanic had a look at a few things and is skeptical about a things being done properly or not at all. The interchange was filthy and a few different filters needing to be changed. I have used these mechanics for over 3 years and before now, always had a positive experience. Disappointed in the service and won’t be returning to the company.
