As a traveller I find it a challenge to find a hairdresser I just look up in a town i am visiting and check out the reviews. Well I wasn’t disappointed at all with my stylist Abby today. She was AMAZING, great customer service and very professional. I am just so happy with the service she gave me today. Excellent service the team is just the right amount of friendly and efficient. Great smiles and got right to it. At other hairdressers I’ve been left waiting while the hairdresser does too many things not so here the team was awesome. An absolute pleasure. This is now my regular hairdresser. My haircut is exactly what i wanted Lauren listened and made it perfect. Such delightful service to receive a menu as you are seated and get a massage chair and lovely head massage while washing my hair.

First time at Plum. I am an older professional woman who was exhausted after a long working day and also recently arrived in Port. Chloe did a great short fresh cut and was very personable and perceptive. Lovely clean bright premises and refreshments showed an understanding that haircut time is more than about haircuts for most women. Very happy.

Received an amazing haircut by Kim today. Fantastic service and awesome attitude. I wasn’t rushed even though they had people waiting and was surprised by the quality of service for a just cuts store. I’ve had expensive haircuts in the past back home in Sydney and this was by far up there with the best of them!

Every time I try to get my haircut at Just Cuts the wait time is too long. I tried to get my hair cut when the COVID restrictions were easing and got very rudely spoken to by one of the hairdressers at the Port Macquarie salon. I hadn’t tried Just cuts since then, but tried again today and was rudely turned away again by this same hairdresser. It was 1.5 hours from closing and she had said they weren’t taking any more customers today. I definitely won’t be going back there again! My work life doesn’t allow me to make appointments during the week to get my hair cut, so walk in salons are best, but they are very few and now even more so because the Just Cuts hairdressers are rude!

I have been here twice. First time I was happy with the girl who cut my hair, but unfortunately the second time I went wasn’t so good. She cut my hair shorter then I asked and layered it without asking me. Weeks later, I’m still disappointed with the appearance of my hair and nothing but time will help now for new growth. I will not be coming back in future due to this.

Absolutely horrible. Before the haircut my hair was a little bit uneven so I asked if they could make it even length all around and then the lady cutting my hair said she would give me a Bob cut so I said ok that’s fine. Then she continued to give me a haircut that was really short at the back and a bit longer at the front which is NOT what we agreed to and now I have to start my year back at school with a Karen cut and I look absolutely horrendous, atrocious e.t.c. I am overall very disappointed and shamed as most of my family has talked highly of this certain place. I am NEVER coming here ever again and I very strongly believe that anyone reading this shouldn’t come here either unless you would like the incorrect haircut and loads of embarrassment!!! If I knew the name of the woman cutting my hair I would very much talk horribly about her but luckily for her I don’t all I know is she has glasses, her hair is brown and she is a bit on the older side.
