I have been a makeup artist for a few years and Mac has always been my go to products but the service I received was mediocre compared to usual. The store assistant who served me, I had never seen before, and I’ve been a regular here for 5 years, she was rude didn’t even say hello, rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help to get one shade for my kit and wouldn’t even scan my pro artist discount card telling me it was already loaded but I left finding out she had charged me regular price anyway. Very disappointed in the attitude and service. 🙁

I have a 100 dollar voucher that the Marion store has just said I cant use today 8.20pm Thursday 20th. The new girl has no idea what she is doing, the girl who has worked there a bit cant help. They called the store manager and even she couldn’t help. I said just give me back my 100 dollars they said we cant and manager cant so I just lost 100 dollars by buying their gift card which i now cant use because their system issue. They gave me a number to chase it up and keep saying sorry its not MACs fault, if its not MACs fault just give me back my money i paid for the voucher. Very unprofessional for a high end brand. I will NEVER buy Mac again. They just stole 100 dollars from me.

This is a review for the Marion shop. Cordial staff but very hands off. Mecca is doing make-up try ons but M.A.C is not. When I asked for support trying something on they put a couple of swabs out at my request, and said “we are not allowed to do it” and then left me for next 20 mins. They never checked in on me, and after I decided to buy the eye-liner I was left waiting for at least 10 mins – just standing around whilst 2 staff members checked stock. No one offered me anything to clean my hands or the mess I’d made on my eye ?. I have found staff in Myer centre to be a lot more friendly and engaging. No wonder the shop was empty whereas Mecca had loads of people browsing. I did buy the eye-liner but only cause it was sparkling.

I returned an item and provided with voucher instead of real money(cash,eft) although initially i paid from my debit card. Upon discussion with store manager, they informed me that i can only get a Target voucher which can only be used in Target, what about if want to spend that money to get a coffee and muffin.

Only came in to get something that was on special as I do not like that the store is all self serve. We were waiting for a cash or card check out to become available and had to let quite a few people go ahead of us because we wanted to pay cash. Card payers were using the cash and card checkouts so we had to wait until they were done. How about either open a check out for people wanting to pay cash or make at least one of your self serve checkouts cash only. Not everyone wants to pay by card. We will not be back.

Partner just rang toys and it was laughable service. He clearly told the lady that the product was NEW and not on the website as of yet but has been seen in stores. He asked nicely for her to look, she looked on the shop floor only – NOT out the back. He then asked nicely to search by description and pop the numbers in which would bring up the article.
Nope her lazy excuse was that it would come up with a thousand items, wouldn’t come up with a thousand items if you actually searched the correct thing and knew how to do your job. There’s a description option on the gun and if you search the first CORRECT title of the article it’ll come up straight away and you just click it, WOW. After I told her that the set was NEW she referred me to the website – fantastic listening skills. Clearly didn’t want to do her job, shouldn’t have even bothered picking up the phone.
Rang at 9:00am 26th August on Saturday located in Toys, if management see this pin them being slackers or not knowing how to do their job correctly.

Siam retreat (Rundle st) accepted a last minute booking (an hour before), has a clean and relaxing vibe and venue, and friendly polite staff. However my massge was very underwhelming. My masseuse seemed very tentative and unsure of what she was doing which made the whole thing feel uncomfortable. I’m a slim woman in my 30s so a pretty straight forward client. I get thai massages once a month or so and this was very unlike other experiences. Possibly the masseuse was a trainee which is fine but this should be reflected in the price. Room was very cold but admittedly I didn’t raise this. Disappointed.

Had 60 minutes deep tissue massage at 7pm worst experience ever.
The masseuse had absolutely no idea what she was doing.She did not ask which part of the body I would like her to focus on or what kind of pressure I preferred, and literally just rubbed the oil softly all over my body . I tried to communicate with her about the pressure level and spot I was feeling uncomfortable with, She just completed ignore me and left the room for good couple of minutes without saying anything to me ( she went to get hot towels) I definitely won’t go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Was not happy with the quality of food that came out. I ordered a salad and every lettuce leaf was brown on the edges (some more than others). The avocado was also brown and over ripened so ended up leaving most of the food. It was all clearly visible so it shocks me to think they thought it was acceptable to serve. No one brought out glasses for the refill drink so had to ask. We also ordered a large chips but they put a small portion on each plate instead. This is not what we ordered. Overall, very disappointed.

Paying by the app here was not as convenient as in other restaurants. Nando’s didn’t invest in a separate screen fixed on each table like in some other places. We had to use our phones to scan QR codes and order. That was still acceptable for me anyway, but the final payment step wasn’t done smoothly on the app (due to the app error but they didn’t even apologize) so I had to go to the counter to order again from the beginning.
The food was quite good but just average when compared to other restaurants in terms of serving size and taste. The price of some dishes is more expensive than their actual value.
I politely returned the sauce to the counter before leaving and said thank you to see how the young lady at the counter reacted. She didn’t seem to care about that. Hopefully, Nando’s will train their staff in better customer service.

We ordered 4 whole chicken with sides. At Marion Westfield. My experience at Nando’s was quite disappointing. The chicken I ordered was not only burnt but also had a burnt taste, which was far from the delicious flavors I expected. It’s disappointing when a restaurant known for its chicken doesn’t meet expectations in terms of quality. This was not first time. I hope they can improve their cooking techniques to avoid such experiences in the future.

I came in today with my family and I just had to write a review because I experienced exceptional customer service from Arthur. He went above and beyond and made us feel so welcomed even though it was very busy. The coffee and cakes were awesome too!

I’ve been coming to Gloria Jean’s Colonnades location on and off for years and what always brings me back isn’t just the terrific house blend of coffee but the outstanding customer service. The staff, every single member on the team, always go out of their way to engage even during their busier moments. It is the staff that make this place one of the finest cafés you’ll ever enter.

Over priced coffee, 5.90 for a small long black with an extra shot. Told to stand outside when there were plenty of tables inside. Coffee taste like liquified Winnie blues, completely burnt. Would not recommend at all

Great food, with enough variety to make all my kids happy at the same time. Service and price are also decent. A better alternative to other options in the food court.

This place is life saver! Only coffee shop opening at the airport so early at 4.30 already. Coffee is just perfect! Delicious blend , exactly what you need at early hour. Good selection of freshly baked muffins to everyone taste sweet and savoury. Muffins are massive so will keep you going for the day. Staff is nice and friendly and super patient despite long queues it goes super fast

I requested a ham cheese and tomato roll snd got a ham cheese and caramelised roll from shop at Adelaide airport
The roll had no butter and was so dry and stale that I could not eat it although I tried as I have 6 hour trip in front of me
I am walking with a stick at the moment and did not feel up to walking back to give them their roll back. May be as well

Hot drinks for 8 this morning, which were all good. Service friendly and professional. However went back later for a baguette and it was stale, hard, cold and just disgusting.
Very disappointed. YUCK

We’ve dined at this location a few times and they are generally good.
However, for this particular experience, the food was slightly below standards – The burger buns were a little bit stale and the Ceasar salad was a bit flat and came with a pickle (which presumably was accidental). In fairness, it was ANZAC day*, so they were a little busy and the buns/ingredients were probably not the freshest.
Service was friendly and very good, as per all visits to date.

I ordered on 12.33p.m. and the delivery driver picked up on 1.50p.m. I took the order on 2.10p.m.
The restaurant didn’t care the food is cold and soft, still let driver deliver it. And the food is wrong.

My girlfriend and I visit frequently, grateful for the ability of the menu and the staff to accommodate our many dietary requirements and preferences.

Grill’d at Norwood is a great and proximal place to have a nice bite! I’ve found this particular location is consistent with their quality and always has friendly, welcoming staff. The chips are crunchy and sufficiently seasoned, the spicy mayo is sweet and tangy, and the chicken burgers are crunchy, flavoursome and a perfect balance of ingredients. Make sure you download their app and claim your rewards (free drink if you’re a student)! Will always be my favourite local burger joint – their burgers always feel more genuine and clean.
