      DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE!!! I rinsed my vehicle (not a full wash) for 4-5 minutes, screen said total charge was $5 once I hit “stop” Complete rip off and no information on machine that you will be charged $30 (6 times the agreed amount) which is actually against consumer rights so you know who I will be reporting this mob too… “It is unlawful for businesses to mislead consumers about these rights”, this includes costs of service, my right is to be charged the agreed amount for the service, they have completely mislead the consumer here). No number to call online to contact business, once it clears I now need to call my bank to dispute the $30 charge and report these thieves to the appropriate organisations ?

      Highly recommend! It typically can take months to get services in Alice, but this team were able to fit me in super quick thanks to their system in place, even with being in high demand. I had bought an ex-rental home so I asked for a deep and full clean of my 3 split systems from end to end before Summer hit. Two of the units were a bit smelly, they’re about 7 years old. The person turned up right on time and all were squeaky clean in half a day (exactly as advised on my initial call). The service person was friendly and professional – I felt completely comfortable in my home while it was all happening. I appreciated the care taken to do a thorough job and the further information provided about my systems. There was also absolutely no mess to clean-up either, I was shocked. I received my invoice the same day, it was a simple and straightforward payment process. The final price was very reasonable for the services and it was within the initial estimated pricing given when making the booking. The whole process from start to finish was simple and straightforward. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable, and my units are like new! I highly recommend and will absolutely be back for future needs. Thanks team 🙂

      AJ Services are always great to deal with….a fair dinkum local company who I have used several times. They always give great professional service and are friendly and are easy to deal with. I liked how the guy who came recently to swap out the water pump on our swampy took the time to explain how the fault happened and how the new part he installed would avoid that same issue, good onya Thomas… job well done!

I appreciate the fact that they tell me before they replace any major parts, or give warning if something might need replacing the next time.       I asked them to diagnose an electrical issue with my second battery system.

      Basically the battery charger installed in the engine bay to charge the second battery had started beeping and when it beeped, I would have to disconnect it from the battery to stop it. It would also mean that the second battery wouldn’t charge from the first one and that I couldn’t use any of the accessories connected to the second battery. It would beep when I went out of town on a long drive and it would beep just driving around town. I wondered if it was an issue with the wiring or with the battery charger.

      I was told that there was nothing wrong with the battery charger and that the second battery was flat and that was the issue. I was told that I should replace the second battery (a deep cycle marine battery) and it would cost $300.

      I decided not to proceed with changing the battery because when I’d had a look at it, it was showing a charge of 14 volts when running and 12.8 when the ignition was off.

      For the trouble of taking a look I was charged $80. I don’t have any issue with this – time and knowledge are valuable and I respect that.

      I’ve since replaced the battery charger with a top of the line one and it no longer malfunctions. The batteries charge while the car is running. The deep cycle battery continues to show a healthy charge. I can run my accessories again.

      I appreciate the time Alice Mechanical Solutions took out of their busy schedule to look at my issue.

      I would highly recommend this business, Ben and his very friendly team got me sorted, I went in with what I thought was a small issue and it turned out that I had no back brakes. So they got new ones and made sure I was safe to keep travelling. Expert knowledge and very reasonable priced. Thank you. 10 stars.

      I recommend this business. We had some issues with our caravan that needed addressing. They were a bit out of the ordinary but they fixed them for us on a timely basis so we could make our destination tonight. Charges were very fair. Many thanks to the team for helping us out and keeping us on the road.

      Traveller, booked in for service on way through. Fair price for service. They spotted water pump leaking. Recommended buying a kit and doing the timing belt with the water pump which was a good recommendation.

      Adjusted the jobs they had as they knew we were stuck and having to pay money for accommodation every night. Considering everything they had going on, they got us done in a very timely matter.

      Charged $1508 for the water pump and timing belt and hydronic tensioner, coolant and WC after saying they usually come in at $1200. I was happy to pay at the difference as I had confidence in the work they had done. And knew it was an effort for them to fit me in and Toyota van so working on the motor under the front seat might have been a bit annoying.

      Couple of days after I had all this done my aircon stopped working. When I eventually got it to an auto electrician, he said the person who worked on it last had not put the harness back in place properly and it ended up rubbing on the pulley on the front of the engine resulting in the wires wearing through and breaking. Ended up having to pay another $462 to have that repaired.

      Phoned Ben to just give polite feedback who accepted the call really well however was no offer of compensation.

      Overall left feeling a little disappointed but at the same time really appreciate them fitting me in when they were very busy!

      Had a problem with vehicle, called around 4:30pm and they looked at and fixed the issue the next day, which was great as we were travelling to Kings Canyon, then Yulara and then home the day after. Ben was very helpful and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend this business.

      I had such a great experience with Alice Dental Associates. I had a tooth that was causing me some pain and thought it would have to have a RCT so I was very nervous. They got me an appointment really quickly and the dentist was so gentle and knowledgeable and has fixed it without it requiring extensive treatment over multiple visits.       1 star is generous and that’s only because 0 isn’t an option.. My friend was admitted to ASH and the way she has been treated is absolutely DISGRACEFUL a stray dog gets treated better in what universe do you quantine someone and just leave them there in a windowless room with no way to call for help WHERES THE DUTY OF CARE. You shouldn’t have to ring the switchboard and ask for the ward your on to say hey I need help here And wait another 2hrs for help to arrive And when you complain it’s sorry we’re short staffed NOT MY PROBLEM. Where’s the empathy and duty of care ???

      The whole experience with maternity, from pre care through the birth and follow up support has been amazing. The staff all seem to genuinely care on a personal level about everyone in their care, all of the time, even when the ward is busy. The support was excellent, staff provided ongoing reassurance and advice, food and facilities were nice, and partner was able to board in the room. The outcome for my baby was completely positive. Thanks to everyone in the mat ward!!

      Great staff; pharmacy staff are extremely helpful with regards to locating and/or ordering specific medications, and the other staff give great recommendations for perfumes, skincare, etc. AfterPay now available in store, which is very convenient. Overall, good service.

      General store staff are lovely, however the Pharmacist is arrogant, beyond rude, and completely apathetic, and will go out of his way to create delays and significant extra financial costs for people trying to fill scripts. They also say they are continuously low on stock in the Pharmacy section. Any other Pharmacist in town is better and will treat patients with respect and empathy.

Costumer service is great & staff members all get along so no tension in store (I have experienced this at other stores).. Price’s are great & PBS scripts are back to 5.80 which others didn’t put back down.. Great products great shopping experience

Ben, Joseph and the Team were professional, caring and did everything in their power to help. Joseph even delivered the medications after work for me out of the goodness of his heart.       Nothing wrong with the pharmacy. It is a pharmacy that does pharmacy things. They fill prescriptions and have other health and beauty related items.

      It’s clean and the staff are helpful.

      Opening hours match the need for the area a d online with the other pharmacy in town (about 2 min walk)

      I will continue to go here when I need pharmacy things.

      Many shops have closed for the past 3 months. You can count the number of shops with your fingers. The food court is always full during lunch time and on weekends. Usually visits there to go for lunch at the food court that has 5 shops you can choose from. Mainly Target and Priceline are the main shops.

      Literally 5mins before posting this I was getting served at your store. I asked your cashier Lee for a bag, she scanned my 3 items. I asked again. She tells me the price of my three items, I ASK IF THE BAG WAS IN THE PRICE, she seems absolutely oblivious to communication… I pay. She says all good and there’s no bag!!….       The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I had a decent sized list of items I needed, and one of the ladies working there took me to each individual section to pick up all that I needed (instead of giving a generic but understandable ‘aisle 5’ type response).
