      Very false advertising. Will also be taking this up further. When it says 30% of these products clearly. When you take it to counter ‘ no sorry these items are not” why put these items under these labels. Misleading and false advertisement. Photos attached. Just for your reference spoke to Latisha. Feel sorry for those girls , who had to make excuses not their job. Travel regularly will never spend a dollar at this place.

      We purchased liquor from here when we came back from overseas. It was past midnight but the staff were super helpful and friendly. I believe the prices are not that far out if you buy from elsewhere. I believe they take airpoints but no one asked me to scan it like other places do.

      Misleading advertising in arrivals duty free, be careful. Multiple big signs saying 30% off if you buy 2 from Toblerone range. When I took 2 Toblerone packets to the pay counter we were told the offer had now changed to buy 2 get 1 free so I should get another packet. I would only have bought 1 if it weren’t for the misleading advertising.

      Had a lovely experience with Aaron, pretty blonde hair tied in a bun, bright smile. I initially only wanted to window shop some lipsticks, but thanks to Aaron’s helpful suggestions and wonderful, bright, friendly personality, I ended up purchasing 2 beautiful lipsticks I’ve been eyeing for a while 🙂 If ever I need to repurchase or look for new items, this place will be my go-to. Have an amazing Happy New Years!

      (Forgot to add that upon walking in and trying lipsticks, I was kindly offered makeup wipes for my hand and I felt immediately welcomed, felt 0 pressure and none of that minor annoyance when sales people push a thousand of products in your face the second you step in, it was very down to earth. Having experiences like these makes me more comfortable shopping and more inclined to purchase things I want at my own pace.)

      Great service to go with excellent quality and priced furniture. Very pleased with our furniture and how well it was all packed to ensure no damage. In 4 years we have purchased 2 Vermont sets (4 sofas) and they’ve been great very solid and comfortable sofas. Also purchased dining sets and they’re very sturdy and stylish.       We purchased the Elmhurst table and bench seats , shortly after the design strips on the benches all fell off. We didn’t want replacement benches due to the admin of rebuilding. The process was pretty drawn out but Peter K was incredible. He followed up regularly with phone calls and texts to ensure we were not forgotten. The customer service he provided was next to none and made our whole encounter pleasant. He ultimately provided us with a generous store credit which was our preferred outcome. Really appreciated his care and attention. Every store needs a Peter! Thanks again 🙂

      I needed a spare part for a Super king bed we brought from Target four or five years ago and went to the clearance outlet shop in East Tamaki, showed warehouse manager (Peter ) the part needed for replacement. He was extremely helpful and obliging and not only was able to replace the part but also the surrounding bits . I am very grateful for the very friendly help and service.

      The RUDEST Customer Service EVER

      Hi there,

      This afternoon I visited Target Furniture Sylvia Park Store to purchase some furniture for my new house.

      Before the I make the payment, I just checked with the salesperson(an Indian guy-properly the manager?) I asked if the price drops before my delivery time, Can I just come back to match the new lower price? He Indian guy said if I considering a refund to match the possible lower price in the future , just don’t buy it, he also told me that I will not be able to get a refund even the product has not been delivered. ( This salesperson was not helpful but very rude).

      I purchased stuff from Freedom, Nick Scali and Harvey Norman this afternoon, they are all happy do any new lower price matching before the delivery time.

      The product I was going to purchase at Target Furniture was not customized, also not clearance product. I don’t understand under New Zealand Law why the salesperson told me that I can’t refund the product even it has not been delivered.

      Anyway, Thank you Target Furniture,I experienced the rudest shopping experience I have ever seen…!!!

      Got treated to a Yatra spa package which consisted of a 1hr massage , 1hr facial and reflexology on my feet. This is a Must Do experience everyone should do! Absolutely amazing!? Amazing service, amazing facilities… just amazing! Book in advance so you don’t miss out as it is really busy, even on a Sunday.

      My visit to East Day Spa was incredibly refreshing and exceeded all my expectations. Conveniently located in Sky City, the process was seamless, highly professional, and, most importantly, provided an atmosphere of complete tranquility and relaxation, which is exactly what you would expect from a spa.

      The lounge area was thoughtfully arranged with soothing lighting and comfortable sofas. The nicely dressed and welcoming staff, guided me through every step in the expansive space to ensure I didn’t get lost. Talk about professionalism!

      I booked the 75-minute East Wellbeing Experience, which also included a complimentary 30-minute session in the Tepidarium Lounge. My masseuse, Ayu from Bali, was delightful and created an atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease. To my surprise, I even drifted off to sleep at some point during the massage.

      After the massage, I was offered a pot of tea and then led to the Tepidarium and provided with water so that I could hydrate.

      Overall, the experience was well worth the price, leaving me feeling not only impressed with the service and space but rejuvenated and completely at peace. I highly recommend booking in advance via email or phone. Keep up the great work! I will undoubtedly return for another visit!

      Had a wonderful Shanti massage at East Day. It was a gift and is definitely the best gift I’ve ever received. They made what could have been an awkward and invasive experience, really relaxing and comfortable. It was my first ever massage and it won’t be my last. I’ve now gifted the same massage to my boyfriend as well!

      Had a good relaxing massage. If I can, would give them a 4.5 star. The place is great, nice relaxing music, friendly staff, good massage, really clean facility. Only thing that was annoying is that you can hear some drilling or a jack hammer going off in the background! That messed up the experience, as I was drifting off to sleep and it starts! Oh, and when they called me to confirm the appointment, was never told or any mention that you get complimentary parking at Sky City, if you use the spa!!

      This location is a true disaster. What little staff they have could not be ruder. Food takes forever, and comes out cold. It’s also an only order on app location even for dine in. The restaurant is also generally not clean and ready for you to dine in. I am a huge Nandos UK, SA, and US frequent diner and the NZ locations just don’t come close to living up to the cheeky brand experience.

      Get a free chips by downloading the Nando’s app before you order . Food was amazing as always . Staff was nice . Not crowded in weekdays to be honest. Loved the peri peri half chicken . It was more than enough for one person. Hope to go back there soon . Service was better than st Luke’s one .

      Nandos is not a classic restaurant but it’s a class above fast food places. When I lived in England there weren’t many places i enjoyed going to to eat out, but Nandos was one of them. When I moved to Massachusetts, they didn’t have many nandos, and although some. states have nandos, Massachusetts still doesn’t, so I rarely go eat at one.

      So of course, when we saw one on the way back to our hotel.

      We got a half chicken and peri fries of course. As always the food was amazing. The area has construction around it but it’s still nice to sit outside there and indoors it had plenty of seating and looks just like your typical Nandos.

      Deliciously flame grilled chicken.

      Always such a busy spot so I tried it out and it was delicious. Despite how busy the place was, it only took 20mins for the food to come out which was great.

      The $40 combo for a full chicken and two sides was perfect to fill two adults.

      Easy ordering via online system was great.

      Plenty of glass cups and cutlery around, along with plenty of choices of Nandos sauces.

      Great experience all out 🙂

      Came in on Sunday afternoon after work. Place is utter shambles. Things chucked here and there no staff to help. There were less than a dozen customers in store. I could feel the shop assistant was getting flustered with my query about a particular New Balance shoes. In the end I gave up and left, not before noticing a few others had also left after waiting. These store needs some serious investment in staff training including product types, purpose and looking up products online to confirm stock etc. It is not as if Rebel Sports prices are really affordable anymore. Well IMO I wouldn’t recommend the Mt Wellington store.

      All in one shop for buying sport outfits and accessories. They also have special Adidas section. You can order online as well which they ship it to your house. Just be careful while you park your car or bike. My bike was stolen in the evening. ??

      Unfortunately, my visit to this shop only reinforced why most of my shopping is online. This is not a dig at the actual staff working in the shop. The staff who were there are hard-working, friendly people who appear to be let down by chronic under staffing and poor systems.

      In the shoe section, most of the shoes had no prices. I needed to use my phone to locate items in the online store to find the price. Stock was all over the place in semi random piles.

      All up, my first visit to a physical sports store in more than a year didn’t result in me wanting to come back.

      Edit: I have decided to EDIT my review from 3 stars to a 1 because both me and my son had huge tummy ace, diarrhea, fever and nausea after we ate here (we weren’t anywhere else and didn’t eat anything else) Won’t go back.

      Today we ate at this little restaurant. What we had: Waffle with seasonal fruit, cream and compote. And Chicken burger. Caramel milkshake. Americano coffee

      The good: It looks like a friendly warm place. The Burger was super good. 8/10 The waffle was cooked to perfection. The compote and freeze dried berries on there was amazing and complemented the dish. The cream was excellent. The milkshake’s flavor was good. The portion sizes was big and worth the price.

      The weird: Even though it’s a small menu the staff had NO idea what we were ordering. When I said americano they had no idea what it was and someone else had to come help. We 1st though the person might just be new but then the person that came to help didn’t understand when we said waffle and we had to show it to them on the menu after which they proceeded to take the menu from us, look at it and then searching the computer for it. Also the Burger. We had to actually show it to them on the menu.

      The bad: Seasonal fruit should be more than apples and bananas. But that was the only fruit on the seasonal fruit waffle. The syrup on there was clearly fake maple syrup and way to sweet. The whole dish was just so very sweet, some tart fruit would have done wonders in relieving it.

      The coffee was burned and really not good. The Milkshake was so watery I suspect it was made with milk and not ice cream? If there was ice cream in there is was minimal and very diluted with milk. The fries could have been cooked a little more. They really did need another minute.

      The bathroom: The toilet and basin was super clean but the floor of the bathroom wasn’t. It really needs a wash.

      The place itself: It has a warm welcoming atmosphere, the tables and chairs were clean. The floor wasn’t.

      Price OK, food a bit messy. Paninis very soft and thick and couldn’t be cut through. Coffee was nice but no teaspoon or sugar provided. Had to ask for sugar which she brought but nothing to stir it with. Had to go up and find some very thin stirrer sticks from counter which was all they had.

      APRIL 2023 Muffin Break are a cafe of choice when we are out shopping. The service was great the muffins were very nice, with the coffees arriving at our table in a reasonable time. Will certainly be back
