      Open 24/7 with competitive prices, fresh juice and large hot dogs for a great price. The app offers special deals that change and allows you to pay for your petrol via PayPal. My only downside is, once you have the app open and it tells you to put your phone away whilst you fill up- I have noticed that if the screen goes black or you navigate away from that screen, the pay feature via app does not work. Other than that, this is a new, well priced adversary to other petrol stations in the area.

      Staff & the OTR App need to be more clear with Milk Options for Coffee Orders. 4 separate occasions (app & in-person) they use Full-Cream Milk when I specifically say “oat” or “almond”.

      I can’t do full cream due to health reasons… I’m getting a bit over it.

      As a positive, OTR do make great Coffee for a Servo…

      Well I read the reviews but needed fuel and this place was nearest. What can I say that hasn’t already been said. The staff are unbelievably rude. The old dear with the specs should get the boot and never be allowed near customers again. Totally bereft of any ability to even manage basic pleasantries. Horrible experience. Avoid this place if you don’t want to leave full of hatred for humanity.

      Prime example where employing mature staff Does not work. The ladies are slow rude and haven’t got a clue what they are selling. Huge sign out the front for a deal and they don’t even know what it is. Always a line as they can’t keep up . Slushy machine has no napkins when I asked for one she looked like she was chewing lemons.

      Ben is very genuine and helpful during the bike sales/ buying process,

      All the staff are always very friendly and helpful whenever I’ve been in there and have also observed the same when they are serving other customers.

      Michael in service is also super helpful as is the service team when I needed to have an in warranty issue looked at.

      Non existent customer service or maybe staff are just selective. I made a mistake to cycle 30km to this store solely to purchase a helmet. Unfortunately no greeting and zero help even with no other customers in store, “the workers” for lack of a better word, were having a good social meeting together behind the counter and failed to acknowledge or assist me in anyway. After looking at all the helmets for some time, another customer arrived who was immediately attended to and helped. After a little while I gave up and left. I ended up going to 99bikes who had a much better selection and the customer service was excellent. I’m in the market for a new gravel bike and touring equipment, I definitely won’t be purchasing any of these at Giant Adelaide.

      I’m a bit torn on this place, each time I went I dealt with either a complete moron who knew nothing about bikes, or a skilled mechanic. Unfortunately the morons appear to outnumber the skilled workers, who I really feel sorry for because they are great guys and are trying hard.

      My bike was returned in worse condition after my last service service and the chap who brought it out to me dropped it on the ground, scratching the frame. More supervision for the less skilled workers would solve a lot of problems.

      Visited this store 2 weeks ago and bought two bikes. Extremely happy with the service. Great deals on some E-bikes. Phoned ahead of our visit and two bikes had been set up ready to test on our arrival at the weekend. No obligation to buy those bikes, however we were more than happy with them. We were served by ‘Graham’. Very knowledgeable, not pushy and gave excellent service. We bought some extra’s and gave the store about an hour to fit lights, rear rack and panniers. We had help loading them on the cycle carrier on the car before leaving. The service offered by this store was exceptional. Cannot fault them at all. Highly recommended. Thank you Giant Brisbane.

      The store is MASSIVE. Much much bigger than other Giant stores in Brisbane.

      Bought my first road bike and a bunch of accessories. Julian was super very friendly and helpful the whole time. He explained everything in details. Very patient with an amateur like me. He isn’t pushy, trying hard to find the right size bike for me. Very pleasant buying experience. Well done guys.

      Having tracked down one of the last few pairs of Shimano TR-901 tri shoes in my size to Giant Brisbane via Bike Exchange I called up the store, purchased them by credit card over the phone and because I needed them in a hurry the guys in-store removed them from their packaging and express posted them to me the same day.       Products from Trek are always of good quality and the service we receive from the Trek Majura Park people is always excellent. They always make you feel comfortable when providing sound advice and guidance. I have never felt like they are trying to do the hard sell. When it comes to bike servicing I have not experienced better anywhere else and bring my bikes (Trek and other brands) down from Sydney. My family have now purchased three bikes (including eBikes) from Trek Majura in the past three years and couldn’t be happier with the service we have received and always leave the store with a sense of satisfaction.
