      Today shopping in Woolies at Pialba I noticed Cadbury’s chocolate was on special but couldn’t find the dark 70%. Initially I was going to climb the shelves because I am rather small and a lady shop assistant asked if she could help.
      She looked and there were none on the shelves and she said ‘perhaps there’s some in health and beauty’ and off she went.
      I was inpatient and grabbed Lindt instead and continued shopping.
      I was about 4 aisles further along and a very tall young male shop assistant asked if I was looking for Old Gold 70%. He had a new box of Old Gold in his hands and I took 4 blocks.

      I waited in line for over 5 minutes while nobody served at the deli. They were four of them, all in their own worlds while talking to each other, while customers accumulated. I finally had to ask if any of them were servicing since I was first in line. And once said, she served a guy behind me. Not happy and all of those women who was in the deli on the 4th of June 2023 should be fired, due to their disrespect towards customers and they aren’t doing anything to make to Woolworths brand great. Will not be back. Go to urangan Woolworths cause at least they know decent and BASIC customer service.

      I would like to start by saying that i have never had a problem with the staff or any drama with this store.
      This woolies always seems to have a steady flow of customers, and can get way too buzy for my liking at times.
      Which can also lead to noticeable shortages on occasions e.g. toilet paper, chips, bread, meat.
      Not all the time but it is noticeable when it is happening and really is in my opinion just due to the large customer base this shop carries.
      Which is a credit to the staff who are usually always available to assist with enquiries.

      Not happy. Everytime I come to get Berlina from the deli:
      1.They either don’t have it.
      2. They won’t shave it because they “have just cleaned the slicer” – its 5pm and you close at 9pm…… why is the slicer an issue? – Which what made me write this review (I’m honestly sick of not being able to get it, I walk away 9 times out of 10 from this shop without it)

      Busy store. Plenty of range and a good sized parking area. Smaller self service checks outs and the regular manned checkouts.
      Store was clean, nicely laid out and well stocked.

      Just a heads up to anyone looking to shop at Woolies in Eli Waters. They have revamped the store, and there’s NO express checkout anymore – forcing to wait in line if you want to keep people in jobs and not use the self serve which half time scan items with wrong prices. Disappointing when all you want in a few items and keep people in jobs.

      Too expensive compared with other stores it has a lot of low cost rentals in the area. It had been marked out as an exclusive suburb, but it’s not mostly rentals a lot of Spec homes built in the area.

      It seems to be laid out in a very strange manner, unlike any other wooloworths i have been to. Also i found one of those pages that list where everything is, it said nuts were in an aisle, that me and who i was with then went and checked fully for a few minutes, could not find any, or see any staff that were available to help (it was pretty busy) so ended up going to coles.

      It wasn’t a good experience going into Woolworths this morning as a stuff member was rude to me, and my friend in self-serve being judged and accused us of stealing when we paid for our stuff it’s just disgusting how we get treated if this happened again, I will be taking this to the manager. This person should be fired you don’t just judge someone just because we look young I was very upset when I left the shops today

      You have a terrible manager who does not know anything about good customer service. Her way of dealing with customers was absolutely appalling.

      A few months ago, I paid for 18 items in the express line. There were no customers waiting and 3 of your staff at the express check-out line were standing there, chatting. When I was at the check-out, the manager said that this is the express line, you have too many items. My response was that this express line did not specify the item limit. She insisted that this is the express line while checking out my shopping items and refused to tell me the item limit. I had about 18 items. She kept saying that this is the express line and I should not have used the express line. Her tone and attitude really irritated me. I wanted to drop everything and walk out. Since then, whenever I see her at the Marion store, I don’t do my shopping there even though I have boosted your offer.

      I have seen others with full trolleys who were served at the express line and were not instructed to go to another line.

      Located on the ground floor, a large supermarket with a abundance of produce and stock! Fast paced and in an extremely busy environment but have ample staff to cope! Large assortment of quality bakery goods and just about everything else! Prompt friendly efficient service by their staff!

      After visiting this store for 9 months with my 4 kilos puppy on my hands. Tonight I was not allowed to enter because of “so responsible” guy on entrance. unpredictable and inconsistent store. luckily there is another one in pacific fair. with no such a drama and no lottery on entry. will prefer to avoid the store where stinky drunk homeless are more welcomed than a small dog on hands.

      Great little Woolies, doesn’t stock as much range as the larger woolies such as Pacific Fair but nearly always has at least 1 brand or type of whatever you need. Always well stocked and clean, can get pretty busy during peak times. Really good selection in the bakery department especially for a smaller store. Good fresh produce and meat departments, busy store so always refreshed with fresh stock

There’s plenty of parking and it’s easy to get in to do your shopping. It’s in the kitchens precinct too so there’s plenty of good food, drinks and coffee nearby too which is another big plus

      Pretty decent Woolies, compared to the one downstairs opposite end of the center it’s set out quite different. This one is good with everything you’d need. Great being close to all the kitchens restaurants.

      Weekends they can run out of some veg so get in early. Mostly its stocked well.

      Some of the staff on the tills are a bit green and need more training and or direction on bag packing.

      If they don’t have a type or flavor of item in this Woolies, the Coles just down in the kitchens has it.

      I bought this yesterday for $4.99 and matked as reduced. I was about to serve it for tea when I’ve noticed the funny texture and I looked closer thete was a mould on it!!! It was marked as best before March as you can see in the pocket. Woolies you’re a rip off!!? Fresh food people my ass!!

      Love going to Mawson woolworths. But honestly dread the checkout process. At least once every two weeks a service operator cannot reach items on conveyor belt and will pick up your items and drop in your bags. We end up packing all our items She is really unhappy and will tell you as such.

      Is it just me or are the shelves at Mawson Woolworths incredibly disorganised. I feel like I have to move the piles stuff around on the shelf, or in the fridges to find the thing I’m looking for. It’s like the groceries were just hastily dumped there.       The layout is hopeless. If you want something from one end only, but baskets and trolleys are at other end, you are forced to go to the other end to get a basket, and then walk to the other end to gather the goods you want. ?

      They are so paranoid about security that they block off half access points, rather than installing security to monitor. Again, this is an inconvenience to honest customers. Please improve your access or a security person. Seriously, the convenience of this place is severely impacted by its layout and access. So disappointed by the ongoing changes.

      I feel sorry for elderly or ppl with mobility problems. The store doesn’t deserve any stars, except for the staff who work their a** off to accommodate angry customers like me. Thank you staff!

      A big thank you to the lady managing the milk section. I have been consistently purchasing Riverina milk for making coffee because it pairs perfectly with it, even better than other brands. However, when I went to the shelf, it was out of stock. I approached the lady next to me and she was incredibly kind. She went to the back to check the stock specifically for me. Initially, I was considering giving up and driving to another Woolworths, but to my surprise, she returned with a bottle of milk and asked if I needed more. This level of customer service is exceptional, and it has made me love coming to Woolworths for my regular purchases. This experience solidifies Woolworths as my preferred choice for future shopping trips as well!

      Update: still pretty good but not as good as it used to be. Store layout not as good, they have a booming delivery service so you have to dodge pickers trolleys and there is a lot of empty spaces on shelves.

      I usually like going to the Airport Woolies at 7:30 pm to avoid the crowds and the parking lot chaos at Dickson. But the customer service at check out is appalling. Once again they refused to open a proper check out counter for a big cart of groceries. Instead they forced me into the “express” check out counter (which should be for less than 10 items) where I had to pile all my groceries into a 1 square foot counter. They always claim they are “short staffed”, or “it’s late”. But if the store is open, then customers paying $250 per week for groceries (that’s $13,000 per year) should be given a proper check out counter. My items were dropping on the floor because of the small counter. If I wanted to be given the steerage class treatment I would go to Aldi. In fact next time I will go to Aldi ! And Coles is opening a new store in Dickson, and I’ll be betting they provide a proper check out counter. Airport Woolies- you’ve lost a previously loyal customer.

      The lady on the door was the most lovely person whom i could have stayed for hours and chatted with. We probably chatted with her for a good 20 minutes at the time which all stemed from her acknowledging that we were leaving empty handed so I explained why and it went on from there. I didn’t catch her name sadly, but in all honesty she deserves reckon for her customer service she’s an asset. It’s nice to see warm and genuinely kind people actually caring and noticed customers, quite often customer service these days is hard to find as employees are too busy socialising between themselves to even acknowledge that you’re in their presence and treat you like a nuisance when you ask them a legitimate question.

      I never expected to give this rating but I believe it’s best I do, so that other future – honest paying customers and also elderly people irrespective of whoever they are are treated right.

      I urge Kmart management and training team to help these young team at kmart to better at their customer management and I am happy to do a training should it be required.

      Brief Scenario: First off I need to say almost every Kmart staff have been amazing and supportive across SA until today at ingle farm (which I have been to many times) yet my Dad in law visiting Australia, today was dropped off for a good 3hours as he loves to shop at Kmart where he had hand picked items along with a duffle bag he wanted to purchase as well – which for convenience had some of these little items put in for ease to pay which the bag was open in a trolley (mind you we all have been there who loves to organize things to easily take it to the counter so we can have it more organised at billing). He had been with 2 trolleys shopping for his grand kids and himself waiting at the checkout counters for nearly 15mins expecting some help (since the assisted checkouts were all empty) to go about the automated pay counters (but no one had approached him (as he noticed all of them were busy or on their walkies) to ask for help and he waited till I came to get him do the payment). To my surprise a Security walks in and approaches only us and asks whether we are planning to pay for the items?

      I was caught off guard and said ” yes we were not stealing them and if we were too we won’t be standing at a payout counter” which he smiled and pleasantly left (again hats off to the security officer for doing his job)

      But at the floor when enquired from a staff member whether the security was called in – she said ” oh no security officers do walk in all the time” . (SARCASM I WAS NOT BORN YESTERDAY)

      So I called in the manager and a lady staff member comes to the counter but she gets briefed before she reaches us and then she stated the same and that no one from kmart had called the security. At my exit off the location I met the officer who was actually a good person and I asked whether he was summoned for which he did say yes he was called in by Kmart staff indicating my Dad-in-law could be stealing.

      KMART MANAGEMENT THIS IS FOR YOU:

      YOUR STAFF MEMBERS ARE OUTNUMBERED TO ONE OLD GENTLEMAN WHO HAD AN OPEN BAG WITH ITEMS TO BE PAID FOR WHICH A STAFF COULD HAVE WALKED UP TO HIM AND ASKED WHETHER THEY COULD BE OF ASSISTANCE WHILST ALL OF THEM WERE BUSY CHATTING AWAY AMONGST THEMSELVES RATHER CALLING A SECURITY OFFICER AND I TRULY HOPE ITS NOT TARGETED COS OF COLOUR.

      I have given this feedback to Jenny at Kmart at 6pm over the general phone number and I hope that these kinds of negative experiences would not be faced by other members .

      Looked online on Kmart’s website and found the Chin-Up exercise bar I wanted, checked stock levels and they had plenty listed at Kmart Rundle Mall store, spent 40mins walking down there only to be told by the staff member at the entrance that the Rundle Mall stall actually doesn’t have an Exercise Equipment section… So why does your website say there’s ample stock of exercise gear at this store then? Where’s it being hidden if there’s no “physical section” in the store itself? What a waste of time that was…

      Edit 24/07/2023 – Not a single checkout open at all whatsoever at 10:30am on a Monday, why bother spending tens of thousands installing a rack of 5+ checkouts when your manager is too stingy to hire staff to serve customers at them? They’re great dust collectors though..

      The other day I went shopping with my daughter who is visibly queer, the manager I believe her name was Shirley wouldn’t leave us alone the entire time , following us around like a hawk.       I love the 7am opening and 9pm close. Especially with school aged children when they come to you and say they need such and such for school that day! ??

      This store is on the smaller side for me personally however I rarely have had any issues with staff, have found them to be active, helpful and friendly.

      I love the Click and collect option of buying online. Navigating their website is a breeze and it’s good to check stock at other nearby stores.

      On this particular visit and I was after double size sheet sets, fitted sheer plowcases combo and quilt covers for my teen and tween boys, 16 and 11 not a lot to choose from in-store so I will try my luck online.

      Overall, their range, quality and prices are fairly reasonable.

      Cannot get on to the store for click and collect – can’t call the store because of the condition they handed the the curler to my mother in law in looks like they have tricked an old lady into getting rid of returned goods or they simply ran over it with a pallet jack or fork lift this is meant to be a present for my wife shame on you

      I had a great customer service experience today. I was after the Bamboo Step Stool but there weren’t any left on the shelf. I asked a staff member if she knew if they had anymore, and without any trouble, she checked her device and a delivery had just arrived! We made the trek to the opposite end of the store where she went and got one for me from the dock. This lovely was from the Homeware section and her name was Lorna! Thank you Lorna for your helpful friendly service. You’re an asset to the store 🙂

      I went to kmart this evening. One item I couldn’t find then asked at least 3 staff and everyone said check there, someone said we don’t have etc. Then I asked another staff before I leave, she was very helpful. Her name Benz.       Great staff managing low inventory.

      I’ve had encounters with many staff members who go above and beyond to help with requests. It is quite a busy store so the shelves aren’t always perfect or pristine, and sometimes, the stock is low or not reflected accurately on the website, but the people who work there work hard.

      Worst Kmart I’ve been too. Op shops clothing section looks better then kmarts clothing area. Op shops at least have woman’s with woman’s tops with tops oh and in size order!! Photos show male cloths and females mixed together, tops pants together, all sizes together, wrong size hanger to size of item attached. Oh EVEN DRINK IN THE POCKET OF PANTS! I asked for size of pants I found they said they will check back while they checked back i found the size myself in another section lady came back and said we don’t have that size I said you do cause here they are I found while I waited she said oh OK. Then went back to change room area! 2 of them. Put 1 full time on tiding the area to size and item order until it’s fixed. Absolutely disgusting left buying nothing I’ll go to a Op shop instead easier and cleaner. And no it was a clearance rack, all full price and video shoes sections and sections of the same mess.

      Extremely rude manager with the purple hair and multiple incompetent staff. Fitting rooms packed full of rubbish and clothes no one bothers to take care of it so they’re barely usable. Disability access room is completely innacesible.

      The smart casual clothes are completely covered in dirt and it’s clear that the store doesn’t maintain their products.

      Bought an airfryer only to face an arrogant customer service We used the hand held scanner as the air fryer was quite heavy We didn’t know that it doesn’t work, so we called a lady at customer service as the system didn’t allow us to scan without assistance She got very upset, didn’t even look at our face Why the hell is she in the customer service if she doesn’t know how to treat a customer???       Most lines are available, it is worth checking stock for the store via the website if looking for a specific item.

      Kmart click & collect is such a waste of time. I ordered 14 items that all said they’re in stock and the Kmart staff have refunded 11 of those 14 items with the refund reason listed as “Cancelled by customer request” which is clearly not true. What’s the point of offering a click and collect service if they’re not even going to bother looking for the items being ordered. This happens every time I place an order for delivery or click & collect.

      Yesterday evening at 6-7 pm, I had a wonderful experience at Broadway Kmart. While I was with my 4-year-old son, I asked the young woman folding clothes in the children’s apparel aisle to help me find a tablecloth. She led the way with wonderful customer service. If my memory serves me well, She had olive skin, blondish brown hair, some makeup and false eyelashes. I was very pleased with the helpful and kind service she offered. I’m very thankful to have had such an enjoyable experience. ?

      Extremely Disappointed with Broadway Kmart’s Incompetence and Rude Customer Service

      I recently had an absolutely terrible experience with Kmart and I am beyond furious. I placed a click and collect order with them, only to have it abruptly canceled because they claimed there was no stock available. To make matters worse, their online system still displayed low stock for the item I wanted. So, I decided to call the store to confirm the availability.

      Upon speaking to a lady, she checked the code and informed me that there were only a few items left, and told me that it might not be worth my time coming to the store if they had none. However, I asked her to physically check the stock, and what did she do? She had the audacity to ask me to call back in five minutes and then hung up on me! Talk about rude and unprofessional behavior.

      Feeling frustrated, I patiently waited and called back, only to be greeted by another lady who I suspect was the same person I spoke to earlier. Trying to confirm, I innocently mentioned that I was asking about the same t-shirt I had called about before. Instead of providing assistance, she responded in a condescending tone, exclaiming, “No, it’s obviously not the same person.” How disrespectful can they be?

      Despite her dismissive attitude, I reiterate my request to check the stock availability. To my astonishment, she once again claimed that they definitely didn’t have the item in stock, without even bothering to physically verify. This contradicted what the previous lady had mentioned, who had given me a glimmer of hope. I implored her to physically check, but she outright refused, stating that they hadn’t sold any in a month.

      Driven to my limits by their horrendous customer service, I reluctantly ended the call. However, later in the evening, I decided to visit the store myself. And guess what? Within a mere 10 minutes of browsing, I stumbled upon not one, but several of the exact product I was looking for. How can they be so utterly incompetent, dishonest and lazy?

      I am utterly disgusted by Kmart’s sheer lack of professionalism, their rude and unhelpful customer service, and their blatant inconsistency regarding stock availability. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and I will think twice before ever considering shopping at Kmart again. If they can’t even get the basics right, it’s clear that they do not value their customers or their business reputation.

      Consider this review a warning to all potential shoppers: beware of Kmart’s incompetence and disrespectful treatment. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by taking your business elsewhere. Kmart Broadway has truly lost a loyal customer in me.

      Hi Kmart, could you please explain why the deliberate mismanagement of your store design (central checkouts, understaffed, long lines, poor store layout) should result in customers having to line up when leaving the store to have their receipt scanned?

      This indicates a severe lack of foresight in your store security planning, that you are then placing the time cost of on to your customers – not to mention after lining up to pay at a self service checkout, dutifully scanning and bagging our items ourselves we are being treated like criminals as we go to leave when we have done everything correctly…Doesn’t exactly budget customer goodwill, does it?

      Question: If someone had to leave the store quickly for an emergency, what would be the consequences be to them of not having their receipt scanned?

      Have tried to call multiple times over the past couple of days to follow up on a click and collect order. No one answers the phone at this store at all. Line will keep ringing out for 10+ mins.

      Travelled to the store to find out what’s going on with my order. The service here is absolutely horrendous. Waiting in a long line for 20+ mins at the service counter, only 1 person staffed at the time.

      Finally got to the counter and was advised my order is not ready for pick up. It was ordered online several days ago…. Was told it would be ready by 4pm. It’s now past 4pm and there is still no update and no one answering the phone line again!

      This has to be the worst managed Kmart I have ever been too. Complete incompetent management and staffing issues.

      Can’t believe in this day and age for a huge company like Kmart, they can’t even have someone answer the phone.

      Will process a refund on my end and purchase elsewhere.

      Not a very customer centric store. Made an online order to get it picked up for the same day, but notification did not come until after 4pm, even though they had guaranteed that it will ready to pick up on the same day by 4pm. Went to the store the next day to pick up the order and when I got home, the clothes were of different sizing and style. One article of clothing was a size 20, when I ordered a size 6. The other clothing was a different style altogether, and another article of clothing was not even in the bag, and there was no notice advising that it was out of stock or refund. Tried to call the Customer Service line at Bankstown and I had to wait for 30mins of continous ringing with no answer. Hung up and went back to the store and the Indian Customer service lady made it like it’s my fault I hadn’t checked the order properly. Maybe if they had given me what I had ordered there will be no need for me to go back and waste my time there. Avoid this store and go elsewhere, maybe Roselands. The employees here looked as if they are over their jobs and just plain bored. The younger ones pretend they are working but just browsing their Facebook, the older ones are in the end life cycle of their career..so either way No Help at all.

      Kmart is great for ma y electrical items. Their home brand products are fairly reasonable and good quality.

      I have not been to this Kmart store for years, because there was a smaller one near my house. Furthermore, my home is well established, and nothing is ready for landfill.

      The Kmart store is no longer a retail outlet; instead it is for online pick-up.

      Kmart Burwood is a very huge store, very bright and well stocked. Besides clothing, bedding, it also sells electrical appliances, electronic accessories, home office needs, and even a garden centre. The staff are helpful and friendly; my wife and I enjoy our shopping experience. The proof is in our bill of purchase.

      lets start with if i could rate this store 0 out of 5 after my 1 hour 20 minute visit tonight trying to get a few things refunded which the staff where happy to help me with as i had all my receipts until there manager Bernadette come along and there system was playing up not doing refunds so i said thats fine just refund me in vouchers which i was told could not be done even after showing i had all my receipts and wasting my time at the service desk for 1 hour and 20 minutes going to be a great morning when i wake up and contact consumer affairs and others with this story worst manager of any store i have ever dealt with good luck shopping at this store i will never step foot in the store again even if it is the last one standing store rating 0 out 5 stars manager -5 out of 5 stars

      Rudest service by staff member Irene. This is the 2nd time i have come in 2weeks. Hoping it was a different person. I had a few items of clothing & office items. Wanted assistance using the ‘self-checkout’. Her manner was pretty poor for a service person. I left my items on the table and left. She didn’t even try to assist or stop me leaving.

      Tomorrow Target will get my business. They cater to both self-serve & staff assisted customer counters.

      Irene is definitely not suited to this job. Her manner, and tone are very poor.

      If i could rate ZERO stars just for service i would.

      Visited today, and the whole place absolutely wreaked of curry. No where in the store was there an area that didn’t wreak of it. I don’t know if someone scattered curry powder from one end of the place to the other, or someone tipped curry powder in the air vents or something, but it was sickening and we left because of the wreched smell.

      Not to mention how disgusting the kids toy aisles was. There was rubbish all over the floor, half eaten food, and absolutly no respect for putting anything back on the shelves, they’re just thrown anywhere.

      Never going back to this Kmart. It stinks, it’s messy, and it’s,staff being able to clean up is just as bad as the morons who can’t put things back where they found it when looking at something.

      Has got to be one of the most UNORGANISED and MESSY Kmart I’ve ever been to. Everything is just thrown around. There is not one neat and organised section.

      The staff are never willing to help you when you ask and the staff at the checkout area bark orders at you.

      The beauty section is always empty and nothing is in its correct spot.

      Don’t waste your time and just go to the Kmart in Tarneit.
