a week agoAfter visiting this store for 9 months with my 4 kilos puppy on my hands. Tonight I was not allowed to enter because of “so responsible” guy on entrance. unpredictable and inconsistent store. luckily there is another one in pacific fair. with no such a drama and no lottery on entry. will prefer to avoid the store where stinky drunk homeless are more welcomed than a small dog on hands.

Always well stocked and clean, can get pretty busy during peak times. Really good selection in the bakery department especially for a smaller store. 9 months agoA good sized Woolies that has recently undergone a refurb throughout the store which now looks good. It has also had the new electronic ticketing system installed. There is also plenty of nearby parking available.2 years agoThis one of my favourite woolies on the coast. It’s bigger than a lot of the others so commensurately has a larger product range too. There’s plenty of parking and it’s easy to get in to do your shopping. It’s in the kitchens precinct too so there’s plenty of good food, drinks and coffee nearby too which is another big plus4 years agoPretty decent Woolies, compared to the one downstairs opposite end of the center it’s set out quite different. This one is good with everything you’d need. Great being close to all the kitchens restaurants.
Weekends they can run out of some veg so get in early. Mostly its stocked well.
Some of the staff on the tills are a bit green and need more training and or direction on bag packing.
If they don’t have a type or flavor of item in this Woolies, the Coles just down in the kitchens has it.
2 months agoOnly go there for a few things, don’t like the set-up of the aisles. Staff are always helpful and friendly.5 years agoI bought this yesterday for $4.99 and matked as reduced. I was about to serve it for tea when I’ve noticed the funny texture and I looked closer thete was a mould on it!!! It was marked as best before March as you can see in the pocket. Woolies you’re a rip off!!? Fresh food people my ass!!

A nice, fresh Woolworths located in the centre of Surfers Paradise. Everything was fresh, well presented and easily laid out. Nice wide aisles and a great selection of foods for locals and visitors alike. It is always nice to see plenty of good self-service and manned checkouts available. The staff were friendly and always gave us a smile, whether it was a quick question or at the checkout.
HAVE A READ OF THIS PLEASE This place has a sushi bar. It’s downstairs at Cavill Avenue. Come down grab what you want and go through self service as quick as anything. Again surfers Paradise is the place to go for a holiday. Bright and sunny one day sunny there the next day cheers big ears
Central location, good stocks and fresh fruit, veg and salads. Bakery was a bit light on stock at 1pm, no wholemeal anything. Goldie residents must like all white breads ?
Love the proximity within the apartment complex’s nearby. Some stock was missing which we required, so had to buy another brand at a dearer price.Good layout of the store. My only gripe hence 4 stars is the bakery needs to sell individual rolls, when there’s only 2 required and not a 6 pack. Hard to eat them all whilst on holidays.
