      Excellent experience and very happy with my most recent purchase. I’ve purchased a few watches at this store from Jasmine who is always very helpful, relatable and displays a high level of customer service. Jasmine has always been excellent with communication and is always welcoming into the store which really adds to the experience.

      I have also recently attended the Watches of Switzerland watch making masterclass with David who was very engaging and knowledgeable. Definitely a rare opportunity to learn more about the complexity of watch movements and a bit of history on time.

      Looking forward to my next purchase with the store!

      I have had a great shopping experience at Watches of Switzerland. From the first time I came into the store, David Adupa, took the time to understand the type of watch I was after. The type of service is a service you will not get at any other store, and I say this from experience. After David’s great recommendation, I purchased an absolutely beautiful Tudor for my husband. I was looking for a gift and Amy was absolutely amazing helping me pick the perfect piece.       I have been a makeup artist for a few years and Mac has always been my go to products but the service I received was mediocre compared to usual. The store assistant who served me, I had never seen before, and I’ve been a regular here for 5 years, she was rude didn’t even say hello, rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help to get one shade for my kit and wouldn’t even scan my pro artist discount card telling me it was already loaded but I left finding out she had charged me regular price anyway. Very disappointed in the attitude and service. 🙁

      I have a 100 dollar voucher that the Marion store has just said I cant use today 8.20pm Thursday 20th. The new girl has no idea what she is doing, the girl who has worked there a bit cant help. They called the store manager and even she couldn’t help. I said just give me back my 100 dollars they said we cant and manager cant so I just lost 100 dollars by buying their gift card which i now cant use because their system issue. They gave me a number to chase it up and keep saying sorry its not MACs fault, if its not MACs fault just give me back my money i paid for the voucher. Very unprofessional for a high end brand. I will NEVER buy Mac again. They just stole 100 dollars from me.

      This is a review for the Marion shop. Cordial staff but very hands off. Mecca is doing make-up try ons but M.A.C is not. When I asked for support trying something on they put a couple of swabs out at my request, and said “we are not allowed to do it” and then left me for next 20 mins. They never checked in on me, and after I decided to buy the eye-liner I was left waiting for at least 10 mins – just standing around whilst 2 staff members checked stock. No one offered me anything to clean my hands or the mess I’d made on my eye ?. I have found staff in Myer centre to be a lot more friendly and engaging. No wonder the shop was empty whereas Mecca had loads of people browsing. I did buy the eye-liner but only cause it was sparkling.

      1week ago I visited for the first time to have a special occasion makeup done. I was warmly greeted despite being of mature age. I imagined most of the clientelle would be young with youthful skin. The lovely Julia was my consultant/artist who was very knowledgeable, explaining what she was doing and reassuring me. I have hooded eyes. She was able to make my eyes bright and “pop”. Needless to say I was so happy with the outcome and it lasted all night long. I certainly appreciated the attention and expertise.       I have heard good things about this store and range. Staff are friendly but I don’t believe they have a way to sterilise their makeup for testers like their competitor downstairs does. But if you know what you like and you don’t need to test then you may love having a Mac store at Chermy.

      Had An amazing first time experience here. My makeup artist listened to what I liked and gave me the most perfect finished look without any inspo pic! I felt amazing walking out of there and gorgeous the whole night! I got so many compliments too! The only thing I didn’t like was the chairs!! I’m a super short person and had to sit up very high because my MUA was tall and I was very uncomfortable. I just needed a stool or somewhere to put my feet! Will 100% go back here.

      I went into the store on 30/5/23 and i was served by two lovely girls, one was cassie and i didn’t catch the other ones name but she was around the same age. they helped me pick out some products to try and applied it on me. it looked amazing! they were both so lovely and sweet. it was the best customer service i’d ever received. i felt so welcomed and accommodated. I will definitely be coming back. they did an exceptional job, and they are incredible artists!

I’ve gone to other stores and not had the same service but Cassie went above and beyond spending time with me, recommending products based on my needs and explaining everything in great detail. I was so grateful and she really made my day! So happy with my purchases and highly recommend this store and their wonderful staff for make up needs. 11/10 experience!!

She went out of her way to make sure everything was just right for me (checking what style and colour my dress was, the theme of my party so she could accommodate ect.).       Absolutely disgusting service. I booked to have myself and 2 others to have their makeup done for a wedding. I had booked this in 3 months in advance. I was advised that they do not book so early in advance but will put in my details with time, day and the amount of people. She then proceeded to say that someone will contact me 1 month in advance to proceed with the booking as that is when the do their roster. I left all my details but I never received the call, so I took it upon myself to call them. I was then advised that only 1 person was booked and it was done for the wrong time. The girl proceeded to tell me that the person who I spoke to did not get my number and there for MAC could not confirm the appointment and they can not proceed with the booking. I am now three weeks out from the event I need to attend and no appointment. The girl tried alternative options but nothing worked as all three of us needed it done at the same time. I am so disgusted at this service I would not recommend booking as they may not even do what is needed. Very poor service what is the point of a booking service that you can’t even perform!

      Customer service at counter was good but Store manager did not know how to deal with customer.

      I returned an item and provided with voucher instead of real money(cash,eft) although initially i paid from my debit card. Upon discussion with store manager, they informed me that i can only get a Target voucher which can only be used in Target, what about if want to spend that money to get a coffee and muffin.       Only came in to get something that was on special as I do not like that the store is all self serve. We were waiting for a cash or card check out to become available and had to let quite a few people go ahead of us because we wanted to pay cash. Card payers were using the cash and card checkouts so we had to wait until they were done. How about either open a check out for people wanting to pay cash or make at least one of your self serve checkouts cash only. Not everyone wants to pay by card. We will not be back.

      Partner just rang toys and it was laughable service. He clearly told the lady that the product was NEW and not on the website as of yet but has been seen in stores. He asked nicely for her to look, she looked on the shop floor only – NOT out the back. He then asked nicely to search by description and pop the numbers in which would bring up the article.

      Nope her lazy excuse was that it would come up with a thousand items, wouldn’t come up with a thousand items if you actually searched the correct thing and knew how to do your job. There’s a description option on the gun and if you search the first CORRECT title of the article it’ll come up straight away and you just click it, WOW. After I told her that the set was NEW she referred me to the website – fantastic listening skills. Clearly didn’t want to do her job, shouldn’t have even bothered picking up the phone.

      Rang at 9:00am 26th August on Saturday located in Toys, if management see this pin them being slackers or not knowing how to do their job correctly.

      Target in Werribee Pacific is really one of the best Target stores. Although this store went through an unfortunate situation, where it needed to shut down for a few months due to structural problems of the building, it is coming back better, and more welcoming! You could see the lovely staff buzzing around, trying to fill the shelves with all the new merchandise. There numerous bargains. Unfortunately, the electronics/digital section has shrunk, which is a trend with all Targets…. Other the the above, there is a huge selection of products at great prices! A high-five to the staff who are very nice and helpful.

      Nice store. Part of the Werribee Plaza, Pacific Werribee. A bit annoyed the jumper I bought had a hole in it. When I took it back the staff member put through the refund quickly, which was good. Lots of homeware I’d really like to look next time I visit.

      Yes, I have to review this shop regardless of its renovations that are set to be continuing until November. I’d have to say since this shop has relocated from years ago from Old Geelong Road, this target seems to have declined in quality. Sure they may have made themselves more modern looking than at Old Geelong Road according to my memory, but the store is so much smaller and crucial stock is either light or non-existent.

      At least their website is transparent about the stock availability (more than Kmart and Big W). Go to Point Cook instead if you want a good Target.

      went here for the first time today, don’t think i’ll be coming back tbh. i walked in with a frog squishmallow my cousin and i purchased at the kmart at the shopping center here when i was walking out i went over to the lady who was at the door so she could check my small bag i had and to see if she wanted to check my cousins bags since she went a little crazy on a shopping spree here. the lady wasn’t interested in my cousins bag and was only interested in snatching the frog squishmallow i had not only walked in to the store with (she saw me walk in too, i gave her a smile when i walked in the store) she snatched my squishmallow out of my hands without saying anything at first and then was like “i need to see a receipt for this” i told her i have the receipt in my bag so i was grabbing it out for her. and so i did. she was very grumpy to see that i’m not a thief lmafo and made sure she studied the hell out of the receipt from kmart. train your workers to A. treat customers fairly and B. do not touch their things they obviously have purchased. as a retail worker myself snatching things and accusing people of theft is not how you handle those situations and i hope your worker educates herself on this because that isn’t okay. i will not be coming back here again. Be kind.
