      Food is lovely and staff are friendly but the having to carry all your shopping etc and get comfy at a table then wait for your number you have to pick everything up to go around other side of the counter to collect your order. Every other dine in places at least bring the food to your table. Will know not to come here when I have a lot of things to carry again

      26/12/23- Unfriendly staff & rude staff! We sat in dine in area while we’re waiting for our order, I have two kids with me eating their sushi. A staff approached us and told us that the place is not a public area and that outside food is not allowed. I told the staff that we actually ordered and waiting for it, just to get told that “yeah but you guys only ordered drinks and told us to make sure that we cleaned the table after!” Table weren’t even clean when we first sat there and kids were not even messy at the time as it was only sushi that they’re eating. Not even a nice approach when we got told!

      This place is life saver! Only coffee shop opening at the airport so early at 4.30 already. Coffee is just perfect! Delicious blend , exactly what you need at early hour. Good selection of freshly baked muffins to everyone taste sweet and savoury. Muffins are massive so will keep you going for the day. Staff is nice and friendly and super patient despite long queues it goes super fast

      I requested a ham cheese and tomato roll snd got a ham cheese and caramelised roll from shop at Adelaide airport

      The roll had no butter and was so dry and stale that I could not eat it although I tried as I have 6 hour trip in front of me

      I am walking with a stick at the moment and did not feel up to walking back to give them their roll back. May be as well

      Hot drinks for 8 this morning, which were all good. Service friendly and professional. However went back later for a baguette and it was stale, hard, cold and just disgusting. Very disappointed. YUCK

      We came here again recently. I had flat white and Coffee carrot walnut cake. The coffee was very average. The cake was not so good. Firstly of all it was fresh, and the cream on top, I could taste the sugar sand. Will not be coming again anytime soon.

      Underrated coffee place, just walking past to grab coffee and they know how to deliver. Service was great and quick, but coffee was amazing for how quickly they made it. Location feels a bit enclosed for me, but if you prefer to shop around and need a break, it’s a great place to go.

      Ordered couple drinks and two muffins and they packed it up all in one single tray. Unfortunately coffee spilled over to the muffins when I carried the tray to the table. Manager refused to do anything. No offer for exchange, didn’t ask if anyone got hurt. Just want to let you all know this is the worst shop ever.

      Be really careful you won’t get anything compensated as when you walk out the shop, everything is down to you. Manager is so arrogant and and rude. She said, “It’s your fault, we have no table service, so when you walk out, everything is down to you” So arrogant! In her words, they have no responsibility whatsoever. No compassion, not give a damn about if my son got spilled over is alright. All they care is MONEY. Staff put everything in one single tray and don’t care if you can enjoy the food or drink at all. Once you take the tray, spill over, it’s all yours. Thanks for her wonderful advice. Would opt for a shop offers table service, WON’T RETURN!

      During my recent visit to Muffin Break Chermside, I took advantage of their $9 special deal for “Coffee and a Muffin.” Regrettably, my experience was disappointing, as the muffin provided was notably small, and the coffee served was cold. Upon raising this concern with the staff, the coffee was promptly replaced. However, the replacement coffee was exceedingly weak and lacked flavour. Consequently, I departed the establishment feeling dissatisfied, especially since I had to catch a bus shortly thereafter. I’m disappointed with this experience.I hope Muffin Break will improve to keep their quality high.

      Writing this on behalf of my elderly mother. She has been a customer of this Muffin Break for some years. For the two young female staffers serving approximately before 3pm Mon.26th February. It is totally inappropriate palming off in change a torn $5 note entirely missing a corner & possibly serial numbers as legitimate change. I had previously worked retail & been a store manager prior to being full time carer. When challenged,the staff quickly offered a replacement note with a “what was the big deal?” Attitude. That is the wrong response. Wearing my old manager hat,you clearly saw a “soft target” elderly lady to palm off a dodgy $5 note you received in change earlier by the time she’d notice. This is an unacceptable work attitude & needs retraining. Like I said,my mother has been a long serving customer & 9/10 the cuppacino’s are of high standard. Unfortunately,the young staff serving today had entirely the wrong attitude working hospitality food retail if they’re questioning why when challenged on their behaviour why I was so upset & annoyed. If it was your grandmother (given their age difference), would you palm off dodgy notes to them? Lose the attitude that it was in anyway acceptable behaviour.

      I ordered a cheese and ham croissant and a small cappuccino. I waited 10 minutes and one of the staff kept saying it was coming, but the 6 people who order coffees and food after me got their food and coffees first. I was given a ham and cheese toastie instead of the croissant. Overall this was the worst experience i’ve had a muffin break, very disappointed.

      I thought the coffee was good, but today I went shopping, and this blond Asian girl threw something at me and rolled her eyes. My good mood is affected by her, and I will never go to this store again. I can’t imagine why a waiter would throw something at you.

      Went there today & sat at a very dirty table for 45 mins without it being cleaned- not only our table was dirty but I counted 5 tables in all. My two other friends went to Kmart &I decided to wait for them when they returned they were disgusted that the table still had not been cleaned- now it was not that busy- we eventually had to ask a young girl to clean our table! Other people had also commented on the state of the tables & Macdonalds rubbish at one of them

      I vote this Muffin Break cafe in Westfield Burwood a 5 out of 5 for the following reasons:

      Covid-19; there is hand sanitizer and a water station which has a sign saying ‘do not use the water fountain for hand washing’, adequate cleaning of the table surfaces and adequate spacing out of customers tables. Overall, good covid-19 policies and procedures in place.

      Friendliness; Friendly service from the customer service people when ordering your coffee.

      Service; good service and fast receive my coffee approximately 5 minutes after I ordered and had taken my seat. Food/ coffee; on this occasion I did not eat I ordered a large mocha and found that it was well priced, good temperature and a good tasting coffee.

      Cleanliness; my table was clean and I noticed the waitress was regularly cleaning table tops she informed me that at this cafe, they use a special antiviral spray to ensure there are no germs on the surfaces and told me that all cloths are thrown out after two days.

      Value for money; paid $5 70 approx for my large mocha in a takeaway cup. I elected to sit down to drink it as they were not busy. Thank you for reading this review please click like if you found my review helpful. ??✔

      I m not a fussy person. But this time really pissed. I m usually buy from muffin break Cannington near wollies ( their muffin great and the coffee too) , but Tuesday I am in the FOOD COURT area. So I bought from there. 4 for 12 .not bad deal. But the muffin lack of topping. I feel like eating plain muffin. First the blueberry muffin. Then apple cinnamon. I can count the pieces. Ghezz . Why cant U add more at least decent amount . So that the apple or blueberry will stand more compare to the doughy muffin. Even muffin from supermarket taste better.

      Sorry I couldn’t post a picture of the muffin, I ate it too quickly. I look at myself as a pastry connoisseur and when I say the raspberry custard muffin at muffin break in Cannington was good. I MEAN IT. This was delicious and filled with love…. So far, my go to places are breadtop and most definitely muffin break. Thanks for the delicious treat!

      Staff member clearly doesn’t wanna be there, literally looking down when I’m standing at the counter, and I’m the only one, and she’s not engaged in any other activity. Even worst when she saw me approaching the cafe and looked away as soon as I got there. Still greeted the staff member and tried to order, and it felt like she’s doing me a favour. I’m short of words, literally.

      We’ve dined at this location a few times and they are generally good.

      However, for this particular experience, the food was slightly below standards – The burger buns were a little bit stale and the Ceasar salad was a bit flat and came with a pickle (which presumably was accidental). In fairness, it was ANZAC day*, so they were a little busy and the buns/ingredients were probably not the freshest.

      Service was friendly and very good, as per all visits to date.

      Grill’d at Norwood is a great and proximal place to have a nice bite! I’ve found this particular location is consistent with their quality and always has friendly, welcoming staff. The chips are crunchy and sufficiently seasoned, the spicy mayo is sweet and tangy, and the chicken burgers are crunchy, flavoursome and a perfect balance of ingredients. Make sure you download their app and claim your rewards (free drink if you’re a student)! Will always be my favourite local burger joint – their burgers always feel more genuine and clean.

      Made my own burger with low carb buns and it great, fresh and tasty and a decent lunch, definitely pricey though.

      The chicken bites are definitely worthwhile, such a great extra to get on the side.

      Grill’d Richmond has always been a nice, clean, chilled place on Swan St. The burgers are good. If you’re going during a lunch break, be prepared for a 15 min wait for your food, but the app and online ordering system are great.

      Good burgers with lots of options to customise your food. Quick table service with online menu that has no additional charges for you to order online. My chips were a little too salty, but other than that, everything else was good.

      I used the app to order my food after parking my car in a side street to gain free parking. It was raining, so by the time I got to store there was little waiting time. The guy on duty was very attentive. I even scored a complimentary drink due to my membership. I was on my own on this occasion and it occurred to me that you can order low carb options through Grill’d.

      Grill’d is always my favorite burger in Melbourne. This restaurant is very spacious, but the floor is slippery, dangerous!!!!!!!!!! The water here is not chilled. The others are good. The staff are very friendly and nice.
