Great selection of stuff but sometimes staff will avoid you. Personally for me it’s not that big of a deal but I know for others it is. It’s also chaotic in there, but that’s more on the people who shop there not putting stuff back and TJM not having enough hires. Still love this place though and there are nice staff.

Hey Target, maybe if your employees didn’t slam and throw my groceries into my trunk, and leave half of my order in the store, you wouldn’t have to give me a refund and I wouldn’t have to make multiple trips to get the same items. This happens 40% of the time when I do drive up orders from your store. If I didn’t have multiple sclerosis and was able to walk your store myself, I would never order pick up again. I spend a lot of money here, as unfortunately it is what is close to me and has the things I need on a regular basis. I wonder if your employees treat and pick their own groceries the way they do mine.

The absolute worst Target to do store pick up/drive up at. The wait time is almost 20 minutes or more. I always get the wrong item (size, color, brand, quality, etc.) The drive up employees are even taught the unethical practice of asking you to generate a new drive up code after you have been waiting forever, just so they can pad their response time and make it appear that you just arrived.

Visit to Pikesville store was very disappointing- I normally don’t shop this location but it was convenient today. Long wait for return and only 1 person who was away from his register for extended period of time; store was disorganized with boxes and carts of merchandise in several departments so I couldn’t reach shelves (or even see) products I was looking for. Not many staff visible; unusually poor shopping experience compared to Columbia and Elliott City stores that are welcoming, clean and shelves stocked.

Love target ? always clean as usual my only problem is their prices are not competitive & the Reps do not possess good customer service skills. With the exception of the young Man working in self checkout he was remarkable. I still give a 5 star ⭐️ for the neatness and cleanliness of the pikesville store.

Has everything but can get messy. This is larger than some other Targets in Baltimore, but it’s always a mess. It seems like they have a decent amount of people stocking things, though. The makeup and beauty section is very nice, recently redone and has a lot of options. There’s a big selection of clothing for every group, too.

This is THE WORST stocked Target I’ve have ever been in. It doesn’t matter if it’s household, toiletries, groceries, first aid, office/school supplies, beauty, pet care… it’s like the he depression in there. Is there anyone that even controls ordering?! This location has been in shambles ever since I started working in this area 7 years ago. Does corporate not see they are a poorly managed location or that performance is trash? Who in corporate is asleep behind the computer and not doing proper analysis of each location! I honestly go out of sheer desperation… so much that I’ve started going to Walmart instead… which I equally detest as a whole.

This is a horrible target. The staff are ridiculously slow for drive up, I sat waiting for 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. Then the employee got items for two other cars that pulled up after I had been waiting. You cannot even call the drive up department the phone hangs up Everytime you chose the option for drive up.
The returns department is very rude and offers you help then answers the phone in the middle of helping you?

They argued about who would help us and non of them got up to help. We asked for a MOD to help us and she told us to sit and wait. We waited for about 25mins and no one engaged us. We ended up leaving this location. Don’t waste your time going to this location as I don’t think they value customer business!

I placed a reservation for a rental around noon today. It was for tomorrow, at 6am. They took my money, and then waited until 6:15pm to cancel my reservation. Completely destroyed my plans and cost me money I can’t spare. I work for a living. They said the refund will process in 3-5 days, how can I book a rental for tomorrow with money from 3-5 days from now? Management was completely useless.

I was very disappointed in my visit.
I tried to use the bathroom when I arrived, and it was closed due to it being cleaned.
I came back 30 minutes later after my shopping and found the same person blabbing on the phone and still not finished. When I asked her how much longer she said something to me in Spanish and then shut the door behind her and walked away. The door had a combo lock, and I had to find an associate to give me the combo.
I needed a flat bed cart and walked the entire store and parking lot. None were located.

I really needed to use the restroom. They have the restrooms locked with a printed sign saying you need an associate to key in the code to let you in. I had hands full of things I wanted to purchase. I went to an associate to ask to be let in to use the restroom. I was told by said associate that the restroom is only for customers. I am sorry that I waited about 4 weeks to do this review.. I went to this Home Depot to buy e few items, I noticed this female employee looking to help any customer that needed help, she came to me. I don’t even have to asked for help… I did needed help, and she noticed me. This happened in store # 2587, her name is Karen and she was to me an amazing person and great employee… she helped me on every detail I needed help. Her attitude about giving great customer service was a 5 star ⭐️!! If I could give her 10 stars I will have.. given her 10 stars.. when she finished with me there she went to help another customer. Without that customer asking first. She did this with a smile on her face…. .. Great customer service experience ?.

Ordered a washer, dryer, and dish washer. On the day of installation the guys left trash outside of my home. When the washer was installed, the guy broke my valve causing it to slowly so I was unaware. Went to work, came home to a puddle of water. Called they said they’d send someone out. Two guys came three days later said I need to get a plumber and they’re not doing anything. They left, called Home Depot again, they said I need to get my own plumber. I said asked them to come get their items and return mine; they said it’s been over 48 hours even though I had to wait 72 for someone to come. Never again!!! Customer service all around was rude and uncaring.

I’ve lived in the Golden Ring area for over 20 years and my go to shopping spot is Home Depot for all my remodeling needs!! Nikki, in particular is an outstanding and knowledgeable manager. That’s another reason why I choose ur store!! but I don’t feel it necessary to just let you know that you have a group of people in a beat up old RV surrounded by trash trucks fills on your parking lot I wanted to park my truck, not far from their RV and someone came out of the RV telling me that I couldn’t park there. I was dumbfounded I don’t understand why Home Depot is allowing people to Boondock permanently on their lot. It looks horrible on the lot you have three or four really torn down beat up probably uninspected campers on your lot where they’re not properly disposing of their trash they’re not cleaning up after themselves. They really are taking advantage of the graciousness of Home Depot so I was just hoping that when I come next time and maybe U moved them somewhere out of eyesight there an eyesore and they’re mean and you’re living for free

Hey Target, maybe if your employees didn’t slam and throw my groceries into my trunk, and leave half of my order in the store, you wouldn’t have to give me a refund and I wouldn’t have to make multiple trips to get the same items. This happens 40% of the time when I do drive up orders from your store. If I didn’t have multiple sclerosis and was able to walk your store myself, I would never order pick up again. I spend a lot of money here, as unfortunately it is what is close to me and has the things I need on a regular basis. I wonder if your employees treat and pick their own groceries the way they do mine.

The absolute worst Target to do store pick up/drive up at. The wait time is almost 20 minutes or more. I always get the wrong item (size, color, brand, quality, etc.) The drive up employees are even taught the unethical practice of asking you to generate a new drive up code after you have been waiting forever, just so they can pad their response time and make it appear that you just arrived.

Visit to Pikesville store was very disappointing- I normally don’t shop this location but it was convenient today. Long wait for return and only 1 person who was away from his register for extended period of time; store was disorganized with boxes and carts of merchandise in several departments so I couldn’t reach shelves (or even see) products I was looking for. Not many staff visible; unusually poor shopping experience compared to Columbia and Elliott City stores that are welcoming, clean and shelves stocked.

Has everything but can get messy. This is larger than some other Targets in Baltimore, but it’s always a mess. It seems like they have a decent amount of people stocking things, though. The makeup and beauty section is very nice, recently redone and has a lot of options. There’s a big selection of clothing for every group, too.

This is THE WORST stocked Target I’ve have ever been in. It doesn’t matter if it’s household, toiletries, groceries, first aid, office/school supplies, beauty, pet care… it’s like the he depression in there. Is there anyone that even controls ordering?! This location has been in shambles ever since I started working in this area 7 years ago. Does corporate not see they are a poorly managed location or that performance is trash? Who in corporate is asleep behind the computer and not doing proper analysis of each location! I honestly go out of sheer desperation… so much that I’ve started going to Walmart instead… which I equally detest as a whole.

This is a horrible target. The staff are ridiculously slow for drive up, I sat waiting for 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. Then the employee got items for two other cars that pulled up after I had been waiting. You cannot even call the drive up department the phone hangs up Everytime you chose the option for drive up.
The returns department is very rude and offers you help then answers the phone in the middle of helping you?
