  Today I have reached my goal. I lost 10 kg in about 3.5 months. After menopause, I struggled to get my weight back. I tried everything that helped me before but nothing worked, no gym, no diet plans. I found Metabolic Balance and then looked for a therapist who is also a qualified nutritionist, mainly because I need to understand well what I am doing.
