Top quality gym in a great location. Really good equipment, some that I’ve never seen before. Just wish there were more cable machines. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Class variety of memberships for how long you’re visiting for. We went for the 3 day pass. Good variety of pre and post workout & good value for the shakes. Also some decent merchandise too!

Mina and Pat are awesome. Really helpful. Pat helped get myself and my girlfriend started at Worlds Gym. Advertised professionally, had swift responses. Mina helped encourage me to sustain my membership. Greatly appreciate these two. Gym is solid. Shred Metal.

Great gym, plenty of machines and has everything you need.

Would be good to have more cable machines as they are always busy with there only being a few of them.

Friendly staff, very warm and welcoming. Supplements at front if needed. Would visit again.

The Gold Coast, often referred to by its initials G.C., and officially the City of Gold Coast, is a city in Queensland, Australia. It is Australia’s sixth-largest city, the most populous non-capital city, and the state's second-largest city after Brisbane, with a population over 600,000. The Gold Coast is a coastal city and region located approximately 66 kilometres (41 mi) south-southeast of the centre of the state capital, Brisbane. The city's central business district is located roughly in the centre of the Gold Coast in the suburb of Southport. The urban area of the Gold Coast is concentrated along the coast, sprawling almost 60 kilometres, joining up with the Greater Brisbane metropolitan region to the north and to the state border with New South Wales to the south. Nicknames of the city include the ‘Glitter Strip’ and the ‘Goldy’. The demonym of a Gold Coast resident is Gold Coaster.
The area that became the Gold Coast was originally inhabited by the indigenous Yugambeh people. The city grew from a collection of small townships, the earliest being Nerang in 1865. From the 1920s onwards, tourism led to significant economic growth in the region, and by 1959 the Gold Coast was declared a city, with its first skyscraper being built in 1960. The Gold Coast boomed from the 1980s onwards with skyscraper construction. This era was defined by the city's ‘white-shoe brigade' developers, neon lights, and organised crime, particularly the yakuza and the Russian mafia. The late 20th century saw the city's tourism diversify with theme park openings, and in the early 21st century became an international destination for film production.
The Gold Coast has a diverse economy with strengths in health, tourism, arts and culture, and construction, with a GDP of $40.9 billion. The city ranks highly as one of the country's cultural and creative hotspots, alongside content creators, a growing video games industry, and leads Australia in startups per capita.
The Gold Coast is central to the nation's entertainment industry with a major film and television production industry, leading to the city's metonym of Goldywood. The Gold Coast is also host of the AACTA Awards and the Gold Coast Film Festival.
The Gold Coast is a major tourist destination with a sunny, subtropical climate and has become widely known for its surfing beaches (such as Surfers Paradise), high-rise dominated skyline, theme parks, nightlife, and rainforest hinterland.

Nice looking & friendly library, but freezing cold & air blowing around so hard to relax & focus. Also the library seems poor and in need of money as there are not enough chairs or desks for everyone so you have to work on the floor. The rear room might be a bit warmer if you can sit away from the air currents.

This shopping is bigger than you’d expect when you first walk in. It offers quite a diverse shopping experience with a decent an variety of retail shops, from luxury brands to local boutiques, it just feels like there’s something for everyone. The food courts feel very spacious and accommodating while catering to most tastes, offering global cuisines and quick bites. However, during peak times, the crowds can be overwhelming. Despite that, the center’s modern feel and ample parking make it a go-to shopping destination in the area.

Robina Town Centre has grown into a huge shopping center, as compared to ten years ago.

Sprawling and comfortable, many shops and eateries. Many parking spaces. Not the biggest mall on the Gold Coast but good enough.

A good shopping centre with a variety of shops, cinema, an Apple store and excellent food options in the Kitchen Food section, a few Asian restaurants upstairs or the Food Atrium. Plenty of undercover parking or the bus stop is near a main entrance. Other businesses such as Dan Murphy’s near by.

Yeah again nothing in here you can see. Just drive up the Main Street of Cavill avenue and you have seen the Gold Coast. Nothing worth visiting anymore. Full of high rises and the beach hidden in the shade of them. Cheers big ears

The staff was very unhelpful unfortunately. They weren’t rude at all, but not enthusiastic either. I asked what to do in Gold Coast for a day visiting, while on a budget and willing to discover the city rather than doing activities. She recommended indoor games and mini golf, as well as a all you can eat Pizza Hut where I should spend the afternoon.. Very disappointed, Gold Coast is a major tourist destination but the service in this information center is very poor.

Very bad service, pointing customer to Internet cafe to check bus information. Pointing people go to other place to purchase transport card. Can not be bad anymore. I am not a angry and crazy customer, I think someone should make a investigation to information center surfers paradise on cavil Ave now.

The 10 Biggest National Park in Gold Coast, Australia

The Gold Coast is famed for its beautiful beaches, lush hinterland and world-class theme parks. But did you know that it’s also home to some of Australia’s most stunning national parks? From ancient rainforests to towering mountains and sparkling waterways, the Gold Coast’s national parks offer a diverse range of natural beauty.

These protected areas are a haven for native wildlife, including kangaroos, koalas, and colorful birdlife. They also offer a range of activities for visitors, including hiking, camping, swimming, and fishing.

Top National Park in Gold Coast, Australia

      Month of visit: December 2023

My friends and I had an amazing time here! What we loved most is that it is easy to access by public transportation, paved walkways, and trail signs everywhere, which helps our navigation.

The place itself offers a great view as it shows us where the rainforest meets the ocean! The track is also easy to follow and easy for beginner. There are also some swimming opportunities as well, very beautiful!

Easy and rather picturesque walk. Well paved. Suitable for all ages.

The loop will take you 40min to 1.5 hours depending on your pace.

Plenty of swimming opportunities as well.

Lots of bush turkeys and lizards around.

The path is mostly shaded, so easy to in hot sunny weather.

      Definitely recommend.

A good mix of vintage, and rare modern. There’s something for everyone to talk about. I was there after the big storm. A branch that came through the window now through the roof of the car. Don’t believe the negative reviews about the restaurant!!! Price is reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area.

If you have any interest in cars, motorbikes, or even old radios and phones, this is a must-see! It is an excellent display in a beautiful setting. You can spend hours wondering around looking at the amazing displays and reading all the interesting information and facts. Everything is in pristine condition, and some are very rare. You will find yourself reminiscing and not realising how quickly time passes. When you are finished in the museum, you can wander next door to the “barn” for a delicious feed and quiet drink. That’s if you don’t have a bird phobia as there’s huge chickens wandering around. I personally thought they were adorable! The only thing I would change is the entry fee. $25 per person is a lot, especially when there is a group of you. If it’s less, you are more likely to buy merchandise and eat at the restaurant. I feel $15 would be better. But that’s just my thought.

A good friend in Melbourne (VIC Buick Club President) highly recommended that I visit this museum, so a recent trip to Brisbane gave me the opportunity.

First, I had breakfast at the restaurant ‘Stanley’s Barn’ which was superb. The menu is extensive and the staff friendly & attentive.

Upon entering the museum building, owner Carl Amor kindly gave me personal tour before allowing me to go at a slower pace alone.

This museum has a large & diverse range of classic & vintage cars plus a large assortment of fabulous memorabilia. Being a Buick owner, I particularly enjoyed the extremely rare Buicks.

Gold Coast Motor Museum is world-class and the beautiful country setting creates a great atmosphere. I’d recommend this place to anybody.

Fantastic place. What a great recommendation from a friend. Great museum that is well kept and stocked with some fantastic cars. Stanley’s Barn was a great spot for lunch. Food was great, the hand cut chips were a point of difference. Service efficient and friendly. Will definitely be back. Well done.

Display of cars & bikes was quite varied but mostly American brands. We got there at 3.30 & it closed at 5pm so 1.5 hours was not really enough time, so we will need to return again. We all bought merchandise as well as there was a good selection of product. Highly recommend if you are a car enthusiast, but not many bikes on display.
