      Tracey was lovely today. She has such a bright and positive attitude. Very efficient service and she triple checked the money in front of us and ensured we understood how we used our money and how it looked in euros/pounds. The rate was better at travelex than it was at crown currency for aud to euros and pounds (we asked both places before getting money out).

      I had an amazing experience with TorFX. Being my first reasonably large international transaction, I was a little nervous and completely clueless about the process.       Please note that this is not a suitable way to transfer for a business. I was only saving $130 compared to using my bank, and to be honest, if I could pay someone $130 to fix this mess now I would. My money is stuck with the intermediate bank and Torfx cannot do anything to return my money or guarantee I will receive the exact funds back if they are unsuccessful with transferring. In my personal opinion it’s not worth the headache using Torfx to save a few bucks. The difference between my banks fees and Torfx’s are negligible. I only have myself to blame for thinking I should save a few bucks and use Torfx. Now I’m a few thousand out of pocket because they are holding my money and I am now likely to miss an expo for my new product launch as my products can’t be shipped without payment first.

      I love this Coles. They always have everything I need, and it’s always clean. The Deli is always fresh. I still find that the only downside is having to use the self serve checkout. I know this is not the staffs fault though. It can be challenging though with kids or lots of products. We like to go early and it’s usually quiet.

      I was hostilely accused of stealing a few items of groceries and it was taken to the point where the staff member took items out of my bag from other shops and accused me of stealing from there and wanted to escort me back to those shops to try and get me in trouble when I clearly showing her proof of purchase, but she did not believe me still. Furthermore, I just called the store and spoke to the manager and he blamed me and was asking me why I was accused and kept saying he can’t do anything not even talk to the staff member about it, so just watch out because they just go around accusing people of stealing for no fair reason just on the basis of stealing. She did not even provide a reason to search my items however I still let her and her hostility continued towards me. Will never shop there again I advise you to shop at other grocers as they seem to be more reasonable and fair.

The checkout next the cigarette servery and another shopper came over and asked our check out girl where she could find ‘pesto’ the check out girl said, “Isle 6, top shelf”. Without blinking an eye she nailed it. I told her we were very impressed and she obviously knew her store inside out. She thanked us and said she had a good memory.       On Wednesday Ai witnessed shocking behaviour from a male worker from the office- he was speaking so rudely to this lady that forgot her butter when leaving. He talked down to her, told her not his fault she didn’t know how to use the registers, called her a liar, she had a receipt.. he called her a Bogan… this place is rude.. he really upset the lady and didn’t give her her butter. If someone spoke to my mum like that.. I would be furious.

      Dude it’s aldi nuff said…. They may not have the bells and whistles in store layout psychology, but there meat is cheaper and nicer . And I’m quite fussy about my Red meat. You won’t find me at Mr John and Jenny’s citizens barbecue Rockin up with minute stake sold by the other big two thinner than a depression era leather shoe sole and beating into submission, until it contemplates getting a domestic violence order, because it can’t face another party lying to the other stakes that it ran into a metal kitchen utensil designed to press meat , and leave uniform square marks allover……. So be nice to our stake and buy ALDI!✨?

      I love Aldi, but the amount of times I’ve shopped at this South Tweed Store and the shelves are not stocked is frustrating. Given up, sick of making the stop, than ending up having to go Coles or Woolies. Though the staff are incredibly friendly, This store obviously has an issue with not enough staff to keep the store maintained.

      Today 20 November 2022 I decided to wash
      my car at the car wash at 214 Brisbane Road, Arundel, to be honest, I wish I hadn’t done this, it was a complete disappointment that the car was washed with dirty rags, very casually and carefree, there were completely untouched places with traces of dust and dirt. After my remarks, the response from the workers was rude and unprofessional “if we washed all the cars properly, we would not have time to service a large number of cars”
      “We wash exactly as much as you paid for !!!” Despite the fact that the full amount was paid according to the price list.
      The worker with whom I had a conversation behaved irritably and disrespectfully and refused to comply with my request to wash my car with high quality and refused to return at least partially the money for a job not done well.
      After such a service, I personally had to wash the car again.
      And in conclusion I want to say:
      • Service disgusting
      • Wash crew manners are rude and unprofessional
      • Waste of time and money
      • Spoiled Sunday mood
      • I would not recommend this place to my friends

      We had Avocado on Toast & Gachi Breakfast
      Food: What to say about a Cafe that’s sole purpose is to keep you busy as your car is cleaned. It does just that (keep you busy) and nothing else.
      Service: The service of this place have no soul (both cafe and carwash)
      Location: If there’s one thing that’s right about this place, it is its location and the concept that you can eat while waiting for your car to be cleaned however they DO NOT live up to expectations.
      Cost: Food was mediocre for the price.
      Tip: Don’t waste your time. Just cook your husband a good breakfast and have him do the car wash at home.

      Great Services with very chic coffee shop. Its a best stop and relax and then you get the car cleaned! Very cool place and I feel like to meet up with the owner now. Haha. Well done!!!

      The WORST place that I have ever taken my car to. I wish I took photos as proof.
      I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They are lucky that they even got 1 star.
      Unfriendly service.
      They didn’t hand wash the car properly, they didn’t clean the roof, I don’t know what they put on my tyres but the residue is thick and greasy, it’s on every tyre. They left mud in the wheel arches.
      Never going back, total waste of money!

      I wish I had read the previous reviews prior to dropping my car at Baystar Express. I was not greeted or even acknowledged when I arrived, which wouldn’t have bothered me if my car was not CONSIDERABLY damaged. I noticed as soon as I drove away that the windows and rear spare wheel cover had been scratched and returned immediately to discuss with the staff. Of course the staff denied any fault (VERY rudely) and told me that as my car had other scratches and was dusty when I dropped it off that the scratches were ‘obviously’ already there. Choosing the cheaper car detailing company will result in costing me thousands to repair (new windows and a new panel on a 4WD) and considerable time with consumer affairs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

      Came in to get interior of car cleaned and admit it was very grassy. Wanted to charge me $150 just for interior vacuum. So I Went to Hoppys the competition and they quoted $50. By the way this car wash only had 2 cars in getting cleaned at the time, didn’t want to negotiate or nothing. Not sure how businesses continue to be run with staff that dont care at all.

      A recent blood check revealed I was at risk of developing diabetes 2, with elevated blood sugar levels, so I was referred to Dietician Mr Sav Manolis of Optomise Nutrition.
      As they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating & after a period of 3 months on a structured diet I lost 11 Kilos.
      I can’t even call it a diet since I was still enjoying healthy snacks between meals, including sweet treats that took the edge off craving unhealthy desserts.
      I highly recommend Sav as your dietician and know if you follow his suggestions and techniques, you will shed those extra kilos, enjoy the way you feel, and live healthy.
      Not only I benefited with a blood sugar level within normal limits, but my family too enjoyed the exciting, interesting and nutritional meals Sav prescribed.
