      Thought I’d give the auto car wash another go hoping it would be better than 6 months ago. I was very wrong. What a waste of $14.00. The windscreen, back of vehicle & the sides was still as dirty as before I spent my money. What a bloody rip off & waste of money. NEVER AGAIN.

      My roof was still covered in dust, not sure it even got wet. Wash went by super quick and the “spotless wash” setting had about 4 droplets of water come out of the machine…

      Got my car washed through the automatic one and it didn’t clean my car properly and I got the $14 service. Not happy as my car wasn’t that dirty. Windscreen is still filthy

      Went through the auto wash with my work car and the employees gave it a great scrub down even before I entered the wash. It is parked under trees so it was a real mess. However, the prewash and auto wash got it absolutely sparkling. I would highly recommend their washes!

      All good from first contact cant fault them these are they guys to go to seriously. Hands down better than another couple of high Review air con guys in the Bay who were just embarrassments to their industry. Give Kool Spark a ring and judge for yourself. Had a 7.1 MHI split system fitted so decent sise job to judge by.

      Great service. Appointment made with 1/2 hour time line of arrival. Got sms confirming Tahj our electrician was on way (and on time). Tahj was great and handled our intermittent solar water heater problem, that of course did not occur when he was there. Found it was a gecko had climbed in, and was shorting the circuit board, which was setting off the safety switch. Cleared out, tested and sorted. Recommend for their overall customer service, from initial call to receiving bill. All easy as.

      So happy with the service from Kool Spark Electrical. All aspects were amazing from the entire team. Shari was really helpful from our initial call, and Tahj plus his offsider (my apologies for not remembering his name) on the day were excellent. Everything was completed without a fuss, communication was great and service delivery was on point, even the clean up once everything was completed was really appreciated. I look forward to dealing with them again when/if needed.

      Did a great job but it would have been nice if we were told the fuel gauge wasn’t reading correctly. Gauge now shows a full tank even when empty , Almost ran out of fuel.

      But car got us back to Brisbane

      Dr John and the wonderful staff were absolutely amazing! It has been 20 years I am ashamed to say since I seen a dentist.

      As soon as I entered the super clean amazing almost showroom like dentist facility I immediately felt at ease with the friendly staff and professionalism.

      I am nervous and apprehensive on what was going to happen etc.

      Dr John and the nurses were extremely forthcoming, gentle, friendly and there precision and expertise was amazing to watch.

      I never thought I would actually ever enjoy a dentist visit. Dr John was honest, direct in a fantastic way, his experience and expertise put me at complete ease and I knew I was dealing with a complete expert, expert team and company.

      I am truly amazed, impressed beyond measure and extremely thankful for making what I thought would be a painful, embarrassing experience an absolute pleasant eye opening engaging experience.

      I have alot of work to be done and I am 100% confident in the staff and Gentle Dental Care Hervey Bay as a whole to take care of me. Well done and great job guys!!!

      I am not one that enjoys a dentist chair. But Josh and the Gentle Dental Team have been very understanding and have worked with me to get my smile back to where I would like it to be. Gentle Dental is currently taking care of my whole family including my husband and daughter who are undergoing braces, my eldest daughter who has been referred on to a dental paediatrician for her needs and Olivia from Gentle Dental has even visited my son at Kindy to show 4 year olds how to brush their teeth and get them excited about using floss, their tooth brushes etc. I can not fault the team who make you feel very comfortable from the 1st time you step into the office.       I’m a real scaredy-cat when it comes to a dentist however they are very professional, pain free and very through with a fully costed plan on what you need to get your perfect teeth. I was also impressed with the technology to track progress with scans, photos and able to build crowns immediately, My teeth were a mess and now I’m very happy to smile.

      Today shopping in Woolies at Pialba I noticed Cadbury’s chocolate was on special but couldn’t find the dark 70%. Initially I was going to climb the shelves because I am rather small and a lady shop assistant asked if she could help.
      She looked and there were none on the shelves and she said ‘perhaps there’s some in health and beauty’ and off she went.
      I was inpatient and grabbed Lindt instead and continued shopping.
      I was about 4 aisles further along and a very tall young male shop assistant asked if I was looking for Old Gold 70%. He had a new box of Old Gold in his hands and I took 4 blocks.

      I waited in line for over 5 minutes while nobody served at the deli. They were four of them, all in their own worlds while talking to each other, while customers accumulated. I finally had to ask if any of them were servicing since I was first in line. And once said, she served a guy behind me. Not happy and all of those women who was in the deli on the 4th of June 2023 should be fired, due to their disrespect towards customers and they aren’t doing anything to make to Woolworths brand great. Will not be back. Go to urangan Woolworths cause at least they know decent and BASIC customer service.

      I would like to start by saying that i have never had a problem with the staff or any drama with this store.
      This woolies always seems to have a steady flow of customers, and can get way too buzy for my liking at times.
      Which can also lead to noticeable shortages on occasions e.g. toilet paper, chips, bread, meat.
      Not all the time but it is noticeable when it is happening and really is in my opinion just due to the large customer base this shop carries.

      Not happy. Everytime I come to get Berlina from the deli:
      1.They either don’t have it.
      2. They won’t shave it because they “have just cleaned the slicer” – its 5pm and you close at 9pm…… why is the slicer an issue? – Which what made me write this review (I’m honestly sick of not being able to get it, I walk away 9 times out of 10 from this shop without it)

      Too expensive compared with other stores it has a lot of low cost rentals in the area. It had been marked out as an exclusive suburb, but it’s not mostly rentals a lot of Spec homes built in the area.

      I cannot fault this practice. I’m relatively new, and have worked my way thru many medical centres here in Hervey Bay trying to find a good doctor.       I have had nothing but excellent service from this CW store. Liam the chemist could not be more helpful and follows up requests to an excellent standard . A special thank you to young Matt. He really does go above and beyond with his customer service and assistance. Having trained and employed 100’s of staff in my life his service, smile , friendly attitude and attention to detail for customers is 5 star. Well done team ??

      This Pharmacy Team are super efficient, helpful, friendly and compassionate. Each staff member treats EVERY customer as if they are the only person in the shop and that’s even when there’s a queue. On many occasions I have witnessed them being kind and willing to go the extra mile for people who are concerned or worried about something. They don’t rush our Senior Citizens but go out of their way to make them feel welcome and significant. If you need advice on a medication they will assist without being condescending. There are many other pharmacies in HB that we will never go back to again simply because we have witnessed them being rude and impatient with people who are clearly unwell, they give the impression that don’t care about who they are serving. Well done TEAM your a credit to yourselves, with your welcoming service with a smile, even when under pressure. ??

      I am happy to drive out of my way to bypass several other pharmacies to visit this friendly and efficient pharmacy. The staff are always helpful and the service second to none. The lovely staff behind the counter are sympathetic to their customers and the pharmacists Greg and Jerry knowledgeable and helpful. There is plenty of parking at the front including several disability parking spaces. I can highly recommend this business.

      Smaller sized store with less stock. Not very well lit inside, seemed a bit dark. Didn’t find what I was looking for and the one further up the road on: Was much larger and better stocked
