      Aldi saves me heaps on my weekly shopping bill. All products are excellent. Fruit and vegetables all seem to be locally produced. The centre aisle specialty products are interesting and I have bought many items. From small to larger they have all proven to be long lasting and good quality. Aldi is ace.

      I have never given a supermarket a review before but I just had such a pleasant experience here.
      Super clean and nice. Staff were kind and helpful to me.
      I often witness mild chaos at self check outs but this was one was so quick, easy and pain free.

      Great store in general but last time I was there I had to listen to a staff member getting a talking-to by *I guess* the manager. It was so busy and this poor girl was being reprimanded in front of about 20 people… what a terrible management technique… not only is it not the way to motivate your staff effectively it’s totally inappropriate to be giving staff feedback in front of customers like that, let them get the job done for the customers first, (the feedback was about getting the shelves filled more quickly so it’s kinda counterproductive to be telling her off in the middle of it all) while it’s busy and pull them aside privately later… It was strange, uncomfortable, and also concerning as if this is what customers CAN hear I can only imagine the way they are treated without customers around? I hope I’m wrong about this.

      Absolutely ridiculous and worst experience ever in an Aldi Store! I understand that Aldi requires you to have your bag checked, but last time a guy with blonde hair asked me to open up my luggage in the store. That’s unbelievable! Are we in the airport? It’s just a supermarket, how can that be legal? Their bag policy here is just on another level. They should fire an employee who can’t understand what privacy is. I won’t ever come back to this store… Unbelievable.

      I was injured in a fall at the South Melbourne Aldi store last evening. I slipped on a piece of lettuce leaf lying on the sloping floor that leads to the exit. Not a single member of staff so much as enquired if I was Ok or needed help. I had to literally crawl across the floor to reach a hand rail which I then had to use to drag myself up off the floor. I have bruising and swelling to my right hand, bruising to my right shoulder & severe neck pain.

      I am an elderly woman and it’s a miracle I didn’t break a hip. I’m disgusted with the in-store staff who offered no assistance, showed no concern and left me to humiliatingly crawl across their filthy floor.

      I am also disgusted with the processes for making a complaint. There is no way to phone anyone. I have had to email via their website which leaves me with no record of what I said or even any proof that I sent that complaint in. If I do not receive a reply by the end of today I will be contacting relevant authorities and reporting you for safety violations, Leaving waste products on sloping floors is a clear violation of your duty of care. Leaving an injured old woman to crawl around on a floor trying to get herself up without so much as asking if she needs assistance is a clear violation of basic human decency.

      ALDI has the worst customer service any grocery supermarket store in the country if they do get some Pleasant staff they don’t last very long they’re not wanted I’ve been screaming that yelled at threatened simply for asking questions if you ask for help people just walk away and say they’re busy and they mostly sell rubbish not food

      You have to keep a very close eye on dates of meat. Our own mistake but couple of times we bought chicken that goes out of date the same day and it’s not even discounted

      I shopped on 21/05/23.
      I saw the laundry liquid on sale which is 1/2 price, so I purchased one,
      after paying for that, I checked the receipt shows I paid for original price.

      Then I checked the shelf again, ane found that only the liquid with softener is on sale, others are not, but all the liquid is on the same shelf which says half price.
      So I tried to find a staff to ask for refund, the lady told me I can only do exchange, cannot do refund, so even I replace to the discount one, I still need to purchase something to cover the rest of money.
      I told her it’s because some workers put the item on wrong shelf with wrong price tag, then she blame on me it’s all my fault because I didn’t check the price tag and gave me attitude.
      I felt like it’s kind of cheating on customer, and there’s no way that I cannot do the refund for this.

      So this Woolworths is slightly different from most, it’s elevated on one side that you can access through a lift and stairs whilst on the other it’s connected to a small food court on ground level. It’s fairly similar to your standard Woolworths in terms or what they stock. It doesn’t have that many check outs by staff any more, it’s just all self check outs now.

      Honestly, this is the worst Woolworths I’ve seen in years. I can’t even calculate the number of times we had to go back to replace rotten fruits, mouldy berries, or veggies; you don’t want to see their “fresh” produce shelf by the end of the day – it should go straight to the bin by the look of it, not to be sold at full price. But as they are the only shop in Victoria Harbour, I guess there is no motivation to do any better. So disappointing.

      Great location as it’s very near my house. The customer service has increased a lot, especially in Deli. They always seem friendly and approachable. However, I noticed there are several things that could be improved.
      • Long wait, either in checkout or deli, due to limited staff I believe
      • Cages blocking pathway, and being left unattended
      • Presentation in deli, such as dry meat, marina mix looks unattractive (other Woolworths have salmon pieces in it), and often empty stocks

      I think now Woolworths has to have the best customer service out of the two Giants Coles and Woolworths at least you can get a checkout quickly and not have to work for the company for free the check yourself out which also takes jobs away from people it’s expensive as his Coles and I think they could look at reducing their profits and reducing their prices that would help inflation of course pigs would fly before any of that happened

      Tried to scan my Woolworths rewards card and it came up on the screen that it had registered on that sale, but when I got my receipt it showed that it hadn’t registered my card. The person at the front counter couldn’t have been less helpful and his manager was even more blasé about the whole thing. Said they couldn’t do anything even though around 6 months ago when this happened again the manager on duty then was able to credit me back the lost points on the spot. Seriously Woolworths have made so much profit, using inflation as in excuse for raising prices constantly they could invest more in customer service training for their staff. Absolutely disgraceful service.

      I used a self checkout register and it froze when I changed payment method, the staff watching checkouts told me to wait for it to fix itself, and I waited & waited & then the service manager told me keep waiting. Eventually they got the store manager to restart the register and I then I had to go pay at the service counter. It took about 15 minutes of waiting at the faulty checkout. None of the 3 staff who were involved including the store manager apologised to me for the long delay and inconvenience. The opposite of good customer service and a horrible shopping trip.

      However, they’ve been closing earlier the last few weeks and didn’t bother updating their hours here (they even went as far as to confirm the incorrect ones) and today, they even closed the entry gates 30 minutes before that at 8:30.       Target in Werribee Pacific is really one of the best Target stores. Although this store went through an unfortunate situation, where it needed to shut down for a few months due to structural problems of the building, it is coming back better, and more welcoming! You could see the lovely staff buzzing around, trying to fill the shelves with all the new merchandise. There numerous bargains. Unfortunately, the electronics/digital section has shrunk, which is a trend with all Targets…. Other the the above, there is a huge selection of products at great prices! A high-five to the staff who are very nice and helpful.

      Nice store. Part of the Werribee Plaza, Pacific Werribee. A bit annoyed the jumper I bought had a hole in it. When I took it back the staff member put through the refund quickly, which was good. Lots of homeware I’d really like to look next time I visit.

      Yes, I have to review this shop regardless of its renovations that are set to be continuing until November. I’d have to say since this shop has relocated from years ago from Old Geelong Road, this target seems to have declined in quality. Sure they may have made themselves more modern looking than at Old Geelong Road according to my memory, but the store is so much smaller and crucial stock is either light or non-existent.

      At least their website is transparent about the stock availability (more than Kmart and Big W). Go to Point Cook instead if you want a good Target.

      went here for the first time today, don’t think i’ll be coming back tbh. i walked in with a frog squishmallow my cousin and i purchased at the kmart at the shopping center here when i was walking out i went over to the lady who was at the door so she could check my small bag i had and to see if she wanted to check my cousins bags since she went a little crazy on a shopping spree here. the lady wasn’t interested in my cousins bag and was only interested in snatching the frog squishmallow i had not only walked in to the store with (she saw me walk in too, i gave her a smile when i walked in the store) she snatched my squishmallow out of my hands without saying anything at first and then was like “i need to see a receipt for this” i told her i have the receipt in my bag so i was grabbing it out for her. and so i did. she was very grumpy to see that i’m not a thief lmafo and made sure she studied the hell out of the receipt from kmart. train your workers to A. treat customers fairly and B. do not touch their things they obviously have purchased. as a retail worker myself snatching things and accusing people of theft is not how you handle those situations and i hope your worker educates herself on this because that isn’t okay. i will not be coming back here again. Be kind.

      Had the Head to Toe package which included a 30 min foot massage, 60 min massage (of your choice- so many different styles to choose!) and 60 min facial. The massages were amazing and I loved that the facial incorporated a lot of neck/shoulder massage too! Ambience of the spa was so relaxing with beautiful Japanese decor. Really really happy with the package I got. Will definitely be coming back!

      An amazing experience right from when I spoke to the friendly employee on the phone when I booked my appointment until after my treatment. The whole experience was perfect.

      A warm welcome at reception with the offer of tea or water, followed by invitation upstairs to the treatment room by the massage therapist. The therapist was polite, respectful and informative.

      The 90 minute massage was AMAZING! The therapist checked which area of the body I wanted to focus on then checked if the pressure was OK.

      The atmosphere was inviting, warm and peaceful.

      An awesome experience and would recommend Sensu as a great place to go for a treatment. Thank you.

      Went here for a 2 1/2 hour massage and facial package after looking for a spa that wouldn’t absolutely gauge me on pricing, and my goodness it was just incredible. The energy was so beautiful and calming, tea and mochi were offered, and the staff were so kind and gentle in their approach. They provided a quality experience that is definitely memorable! Not to mention the pricing was so reasonable compared to other spas that are just outrageous in their pricing. Will definitely be recommending Sensu Spa to my friends.

      Went last Friday and had the best experience. I was treated by Yujiro and he was very polite and experienced. I got the perfect harmony package which had a foot massage, choice of shiatsu/hot stone/aromatherapy etc, and a scalp massage. I wouldn’t recommend the Japanese shiatsu if you don’t have high tolerance to pain it digs into your tissues and muscles deeply. The scalp massage was very relaxing to finish off and I dozed off a couple of times whilst being treated. Definitely recommend this and I would bring my friends and family here next time!

      It was a last minute booking this morning that I booked this morning for 12:15 but online booking system said it was available. The staff who were very lovely did call me to see if I could do a later time which I could not but assured me it would be fine and to still come for my 12:15 appointment. I arrived early and wait (no tea or water offered to me but was offered to two girls who came in after myself) and about 5 minutes to my appointment time ( while very apologetic) the receptionist informs they don’t actually have anyone coming in to do my treatment. Again offered me later which I couldn’t do so accepted my refund. I just think they should adjust their online booking system and not have availability out when there isn’t actually a therapist rostered for that time

      They have a selection of wraps, burgers, and different amounts of chicken. There’s also some vegetarian options on the menu. I ordered the 1/4 chicken with garlic bread. I recommend ordering the mild if you’re not good with spicy food but also want more than just lemon and herb. Overall great service, but I think the tables could be cleaned a bit better.. They’re quite sticky so don’t put your elbows on them.

      The food was awesome. The products looked exactly like the photos, which is always impressive. The staff were very warm and friendly, which made the experience even better.

      Highly recommend this Nando’s to anyone within the area – not to be missed.

      The double cheese and bacon chicken burger was a huge highlight.

      The cheesy garlic bread is well worth the price.

      Food was delicious, quick service and signature to Nando’s the tunes make you want to groove. The staff were friendly. Further looking at the menu we realised we could get some vegan options. I highly recommend getting the peri peri sweet potato fries!
