      Not a nice experience at this office works …I was greeted by Kyla who seemed not to happy to exchange a gaming monitor that was purchased for my son and was not working properly after 1 week. It was almost like it was inconvenience to them to give us a working one in replacement? Then along came Robert who’s attitude was appalling no customer service at all. And to make it worse I think he was management. You guys really need to do better! I won’t be back

      No toilet is available for elderly shoppers who have problems with ergency. Surely this should be customer service or has that gone forever. So I had to go out the front and relieve myself against the wall. Not good advertising for a national brand. Please think of your customers.

      I would like to thank Ty in the printing department at Officeworks Tuggerah for his assistance in helping me get photos done for my son’s Memorial Service. Ty went above and beyond what would be expected, he made a sad time brighter for me, a grieving mother, by ensuring the products provided were perfect. Ty, thank you, you are a wonderful man and a great employee! The service from other staff members was also great.

      I have been shopping at Officeworks in Bondi for years. It is a really big store with thousands of products from stationary to office furniture. You can even buy biscuits, tea, coffee, lollies and all sorts of food items for the office or home. They conveniently have a parking lot on street level, with the shop directly on top. There are stairs or an accessible lift that can take you up to the entrance. They do need more staff to help customers though.

      Is it completely impossible to have a good experience in this place!?!?! First I have to explain to the person who works there that they can in fact print what I’m asking, then coax them to do the print because the paper I want is not in the self-print machines, then problem solve more issues they find (seriously I got the feeling they don’t really want to do any work) and finally when it seems we are at the finish line (and I’m signifcantly older now than when I started)…BEHOLD…none of the colour printers are working sir, we can’t print your two pages…*think saccharine sweet voice dripping with insincerety* – you set a pretty low bar and somehow still managed to fall short. Wow!

      The print staff are horrendously slow and cannot manage customers. They look up from doing something to see 5+ people in the line and instead of addressing multiple customer needs they ignore you. They also move at a snails pace. Staff need to do better. There doesn’t seem to be a manager who is keep track of the line and the productivity either.

      If you want to print large sized documents, be prepared to wait a LONG time because even though their store is huge and has a decent amount of people working…. There’s only one person to help with printing and it’s very inefficient. I had to make 2 trips just to print out 3 A0 pages.

      Extremely slow service and quite rude staff (printing area). I get frustrated everytime, as well as the 8 people In the queue also waiting.. forever Self service, once you understand how it works, is good and quick though but you have to pre-pay.. so end up paying more than you need/should. I don’t like giving bad review but this is just a consistently frustrating situation

      Curry in a hurry is a cool spot to grab a bite when you’re on a road trip and need a food break. We tried all their curries, and let me tell you, their butter chicken is hands down the best I’ve had in Australia. They offer a restricted, but nice, variety of curry options, and their freshly made naan bread from the tandoori oven is on point.

      Goody (I hope I got the name right) is an amazing cook and treated us like a caring Indian mother. We felt totally spoiled. We’ve been back a few times already and will definitely swing by whenever we’re near Golbourn.

      Don’t let the restaurant’s appearance fool you, the food is seriously delicious. The friendly lady serving will take great care of you. Give it a shot, you won’t regret it.

      I was driving back to Sydney after a short vacation with my family and decided to grab some lunch at Goulburn and found this gem of a place. The restaurant retained the flavours and food tasted authentic. We loved the food so much that we ended up doing a take away as well.

      Butter chicken is a must try

      Potatoes and Peas curry is mouth watering.

      I also had the opportunity to speak to the owner and heard about his journey in Australia and how much he enjoys what he does.

      I love this place and I don’t say that lightly. It is very fairly priced and the food always comes out with more than enough. You find all the classic Indian dishes here in a basic fast food style setting. I appreciate how simple it is especially considering the price point. The meal deals they have are great value and really good if you have a hectic workday and just need some quick food and then go hang out in the park.

      Absolutely amazing food. Every single dish was prepared exactly as per the instructions provided. Without compromising on the taste the entire menu was prepared with allergy-free requirements.       But also tried Amritsari Kulcha during lunch time and this post is for the same. I was highly skeptic as normally you find the gimmicky ones and I’m happy to say from BoxHill to Blacktown this is the 3rd place ( other two are : Ambarsariya – 7 Hills, Royal Turban Tadka Foodtruck ) serving actual ‘Amritsari Kulchas’

      9.5/10 for taste .5 less for the not so authentic chole that go for Amritsari kulche which I shared feedback on too but I don’t mind at all. Really happy that I got to try this today.

      Firstly, the service here was fantastic. The staff truly were so nice and sincere and they worked exceptionally hard. Unfortunately they were completely run off their feet, perhaps due to the Christmas new year seasonal surge. But really they needed double the staff.

      I went in with an open mind, thinking that the worst case it’d be on par with a shopping centre indian takeaway and sure it might be overpriced for that but it’s a night out so was fine with it. My hungry vegetarian parents and I were seated and it took quite a long time and asking 3 times to get our order taken. As Indians ourselves, we were delighted to converse with the staff in our native tongue and were even more delighted when told it’s proper traditional Punjabi food made here.

      I could see first hand how hard everyone in this restaurant worked. How much effort, blood sweat and tears have gone into this restaurant. Believe me I recognised it. I really didn’t want to say it, but it’s the truth. This was hands down the worst indian food I have ever eaten in my life. The service was so nice, so so nice, but the food was so far below par, I honestly have never had such poor quality indian food.

      The seekh kebab had the texture of a dry felafel, coated thickly in some red food colouring, and the taste was overwhelmingly of lemon juice and cumin with a hint of red chilli. No tasteable or visible ginger, garlic, coriander, nutmeg only cumin in excess. It lacked that beautiful smoky tandoori taste customers love, and seriously underperformed. I left 2 out of 3 as inedible on the plate. The mint sauce was very nice though.

      The naans and roti were decent enough, but nothing exciting. One was overcooked and dry, cracking and snapping instead of tearing.

      I was still optimistic hoping that the mild Shahi paneer would be a lovely rich tomato, cream and cashew nut base delightfully soaking and marinating paneer with a beautiful hit of cardamom and cinnamon, and maybe a tiny tingle of spice. Unfortunately another extreme let down. The colour was bright yellow, and although it had visible crushed cashew nuts, the taste was beyond unknown to me. It tasted like the bottom of a tangy pataks sour mango pickle bottle with a cheesy cheese tang.

      The dhal makhani was ok. Down the lower end of the scale of acceptability for shopping centre grade take out. The most edible dish of the night. Mediocre but ok.

      The rice was, well rice…. Nothing more.

      $100 for this food hurt.

      I’m very sad to write such a review, I truly am. And even for mediocre food I usually just abstain from writing a review. But I felt that with staff not understanding what I was conveying, a review could provide some feedback to the chefs and owner. I tried to be truthful without harshness while not witholding the truth. I think it could be a great restaurant with some work and wish the staff and owners all the best. And I felt potential customers should know in advance.

      The Mango Lassie was the highlight of our dining experience. Food was cooked fresh but just alright. Very little customer service. Two prices shown one for takeaway and then another for dine in. Very confusing on ordering and upon paying the bill. Lucky I was there with good company to make the dining experience a better one.

      The best thing about this restaurant was kids menu included chicken nuggets and chips, which was so convenient for our 3 year old, Overall food experience was good (for chicken biryani, naan breads (plain and garlic) and chicken korma). We particularly liked the size of the dishes for the price, We went back for another experience but was, unfortunately, not open for lunch.

      If i have the option i would rate zero ad the food and service is terrible. Had ordered for chicken biryani and was so disgusting that really did nit feel like having it. $25 for a biryani is way too much with absolutely no flavour and taste. I hope they improve the quality and figure out pricing. The beer took half and hour to come apart from telling them several times.

      Speechless. Absolutely amazing. Real Indian taste and that chai was just superb. Thanks a lot for bringing Indian taste to Australia. Chef Manmeet is just so great in hospitality and a great cook.

      Had lunch and dinner couple of times. Never disappointed. But the portion size of biriyani seemed much better with Menulog Order..lol.. Anyway, food was always great.!       Curries are excellent but watch out for being slugged $9.50 for a large rice. Takeaway menu stated $5.95 for each rice which we thought was already steep so surely must be a large. However on pick up the ‘large’ rice was $9.50 each and as you can see from the pic, only a millimetre larger than the usual container. Not happy. They said they were in the process of changing their takeaway menu to reflect these prices but were very reluctant to honour their current prices but did after being told it was false advertising. Very disappointed as the actual food is really lovely.,

      I haven’t had Indian in so long and I wish I could be closer to Overlander! Their food is divine, we wanted to finish it past the point of being full. The service was lovely too and the restaurant itself was really pretty. Can’t recommend them enough 🙂

      I had come before it was very nice but today feel so disappointed. One of the worst food and service I received in fine dining. Staff didn’t care about our query. And worst chef they got don’t know how to cook. Please think twice before going.

      One of the worst indian restaurant ever been. Order was placed for 10 people, entree was fine but they got main meals within 5 mins for 10 people and curries, masala was not even cooked properly. Worst part was we complained and the staff didn’t even care. Order food worth 350$ but left more than half of it.

      Really nice indian food, so good we ordered twice on our visit to Orange. First ordered in house as wanted to get a good feel for what we were ordering. Was so happy to see peshwari naan on the menu as only ever been able to get in the UK. Food was so tasty especially the Goat Masala. 2nd time we ordered by phone and picked up. Got home only to find we only got 1 of the 2 naan breads we ordered and paid for, had read on another review to be careful of take away as they’re been short changed on their delivery too. So a sneaky business model. But great food. Check your pick up folks.

      Lovely Indian restaurant. The food was authentic Indian food that was reasonably priced for the amount of food. For a week of cold winter nights it really hit the spot. The staff were lovely, very polite and always had a smile. I will be recommending this to all my friends.

      The staff at Haldi Indian restaurant made having a friends birthday party there, very easy. They were helpful in splitting the bill, making sure there was enough drinks etc. Food portions are generous for an Indian restaurant. I would recommend this place to most people. However, if you are gluten free, there are not very many options in the entrees. I am both dairy and gluten intolerant so was very limited in what I could eat. My friends had plenty of choices. Just ask if you are uncertain.

      Having good quality food & kids friendly environment.. its perfect venue for family friends to have Birthday celebration… restaurant gives space with single table for cake cutting & group photos…. Thanks for this all simple idea….also its outdoor space can be booked when its not too hot weather….
