      I had the best experience yesterday while getting my hair done with Macey! I entered the premises I was welcomed instantly. There was great communication between her and I and amazing communication and delegation between herself and her team mates. Everyone was so helpful especially Michella, she provided great constructive advice to help achieve a great end result. The girls at Goochies were working as a well oiled machine and I’ll definitely be back

      Just had the most amazing experience with Demi!! Just had a wash, cut and blow dry. After having a horrible experience with a different salon , Demi was so patient and talked me through the whole process of my haircut not leaving a single details out. I can’t recommend these girls enough! Beautiful staff and beautiful salon ?

      Excellent service the team is just the right amount of friendly and efficient. Great smiles and got right to it. At other hairdressers I’ve been left waiting while the hairdresser does too many things not so here the team was awesome. An absolute pleasure. This is now my regular hairdresser. My haircut is exactly what i wanted Lauren listened and made it perfect. Such delightful service to receive a menu as you are seated and get a massage chair and lovely head massage while washing my hair.

Chloe did a great short fresh cut and was very personable and perceptive. Lovely clean bright premises and refreshments showed an understanding that haircut time is more than about haircuts for most women. Very happy.

Well, I was so excited to find this hairdressing salon who stocks every one of their products. The lady was amazing & was very knowledgeable with the products & knew straight away which ones I use by touching my hair. I will definitely be back to stock up, so I am never without. Do yourself a favour if ever in Wagga, book in & get your hair done here. Being more of a boutique salon … means you get the best service & haircut or colour, etc. as they listen to what you want, not cut it their way.       I had my hair cut and coloured by Chris for the first time today – definitely won’t be the last 🙂 The colour is great – the best I’ve had in years. I have curly hair and Chris cut it perfectly.       If I could give a higher rating I would! Honestly from the start I felt so welcomed and looked after. They explained everything very thoroughly before even starting my hair. I had lovely conversations throughout the time I spent there and lots of laughs. I didn’t feel like a hassle to them. I 100% recommend for anyone who wants to learn about there own hair, what to do, what not to and what products you could use etc as well as get an amazing colour and cut.       I’ve been coming here for years now and I can’t recommend C&K strongly enough. I had a pretty bad experience with my previous hairdresser and the next day I was in literal tears with clumps of hair in my hands. I walked into C&K and was immediately comforted by Mel and her dad. And it was was not only professional, but personal too. I’ll never forget that day. Fast forward 5 years and my hair is not only flawless and healthy but it’s grown back longer and I feel like I have my identity back. From the bottom of my heart, I’m so greatful for the day I walked in there, because they changed my life. And the tailored care they give me for my journey, is like no other. They don’t give you a “one size fits all” approach. They consider everything and how your hair changes over time and apply it to you personally.

      I have just had my second hair cut at Charli & Kate in Wollongong with Jamie. It is the best haircut I think I’ve ever had! I love making a change to my style and it’s hard to find a hairdresser with the same enthusiasm for making big changes. Jamie has made both of my experiences such positive ones and I love that she had no fear in taking on the challenge of my copious amounts of hair. I also loved that she called on a team mate to look over the cut to get advice and input. They both showed a passion for cutting that I’ve struggled to find in years. That made sure I comfortable throughout my visit and was kept updated with my colour correction from black box colour to my future goal of silver!       Abbie is my go to person when I get my hair cut. She is professional and takes pride in her art/work. Abbie created a wonderful transformation of my hair to a stylish look. The whole team at Sharp N Stylish Hair Spa was amazing. They communicated well between team members and worked out an efficient system. The service was impeccable. If you’re after some pampering, hair wash and a head massage before a stylish hair cut, then this is the place to go. And the drink of your choice from their menu is a nice addition to the whole experience.

      I went to this salon for the second time in December with the hope that it would be the same as the first time, as the keratin treatment lasted about 6 months. This time it didn’t even last three weeks. The hair became completely curly again after two and a half weeks, with a lot of frizz and volume, in addition to the scalp having been burned and constantly having hair as shown in the photographs. I called the number listed here twice and the person responsible always had the same answer: I’ll see what the manager says and then get back to you. A fact that has not yet happened to this day. I leave here proof photos and show here my displeasure with the way they treat an unhappy customer. Not recommended at all!

      This is by far the bizarre and worst salon experience!! Had a 12pm appointment at the Castleragh St – turned up on time and the salon door is locked and no one is inside. Looked through the letterbox and the lights were off. Called Headspa and after a lot of to-ing fro-ing….she said the technician is on their way coming from Bondi?!! Technician turns up 40mins late, opens salon and starts turning on the lights!! The operator, Michelle added that the technician doesn’t speak English (turns out only Portuguese) so she spent the entire time doing google translating things to me….like do you want water? She wasn’t able to explain the keratin process or tell me about the aftercare required…like should I buy special shampoo/conditioner? OMG I thought I was getting pranked! I don’t know where they got the technician from or how they can be in the service industry?!! Also, I was the only customer there. There was no music or ambience-so I am sitting there with keratin in my wet hair for 50mins and awkward silence. Phone reception was awful too so made it very hard to pass time. Can safely say ….WORST experience ever!!

I’ve had a few keratin treatments from other hairdresser’s and they have either over toned my blonde highlights or left my hair brittle and damaged. The product they used was excellent for my hair, highly recommend and I will be rebooking in the future.

      Phenomenal value for money when you consider the cost and efficacy of keratin treatments. The space is clean, all charges are discussed up front and most importantly the treatment works. Don’t expect the bells and whistles of a 5 Star salon when you’re getting a good solution at a discounted rate. Will book again!

      I went into officeworks yesterday afternoon about 3pm and was looked after by Sara in the printing section.

      Sara patiently guided me through the whole process of printing my documents. I couldn’t remember the process as it had been a long time since I had been In the store. It was such a pleasant experience quick and efficient.

      Also the lady greeting customers as you come in was lovely, very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Deb? She was wearing glasses. Thank again Ladies for your help. It was much appreciated.

      I will go out of my way to not buy anything ever again at Officeworks. Ever. They could be giving computers away for free and I would not go in. Their customer service number is probably the worst service I have ever seen. You cannot refund orders in-store and I have been on the phone waiting for someone for 53 minutes on a Wednesday afternoon. I would rather drive 9 hours to a shop in Melbourne than buy anything at Officeworks again. It is incredibly bad. If you value your time, never buy anything here. Nothing against people who work in-store, they are usually helpful. But the organisation policies and processes are appalling

      Contrary to some of the mean spirited reviews some people have left about this Officeworks, I have found it to be most efficient and the staff very helpful. I have always been greeted with a smile. Most of my interactions are with the print team. Geoffrey and the gang are quick and efficient. I never have to line for long, even at peak hour. They always provide me with exactly what I want and if it can’t be done that day I always get a text the next morning saying the job is complete. I think many of these officer workers leaving negative reviews are just frustrated with their own insufferable lives and careers, and seek out any avenue to vent. Waiting 45 minutes for a print job, mid-week, in one of the busiest stationary/print shops in Australia is actually exceptionally good.
