      Was served by Kristen and service was prompt and reliable. The truck driver was amazing and thoughtful. The driver got down into the side of my property with ease and dropped the dirt off right where I need it saving me time and lots of wheelbarrow loads. Yes, I’ll use them next time. Thanks again!!

      Dropped in this Sunday morning to pick up some gravel. Fast and efficient pick up. As soon as I arrived, Glenn asked what I was looking for and let me know what was in stock. Straight away he went and got the material, loaded the ute while I was paying for it, and off we went. Great experience. Thanks to Robyn at the front desk too!

      Over-promised and under-delivered … Nice people, but very poor communication and customer service, terrible follow through and an obviously inefficient system of managing orders- ours came weeks late, and with 1/3 of what was ordered without being informed. An overall disappointing experience- I switched to a local provider, ‘Pigots Midwestern Sand and Soil’ and they have been wonderful so far- I would highly recommend them over AGL.

      Ordered some plants and soil on line 2 week ago. $497.00 worth. The Blayney depot is just 10 minutes from me! When I rang them for eta they said everything will come from Sydney which is 4 hrs away. Rang Sydney they said its 3 weeks to get my stuff. They will send it to Orange and then to me. Rang Orange depot and asked to cancel the order I will just go to Bunnings! Christine at the Orange depot promised to refund my $497,00 a week ago!! Rang her 3 times she still has not done it! So no I DONT RECOMMEND THEM IT WILL BE A HASSLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY PRETTY QUICK AND DONT WANT TO GIVE IT BACK!!!

      Called in while travelling through Dubbo to replace an unusual sized bolt. The staff were super helpful. While they didn’t stock the correct bolt, the staff member took the time to give me directions to a speciality shop in town to help me source what I needed. You don’t get that service at my usual big green shed.

      Wanted to purchase 18 chairs for Christmas and after waiting to be served because is seemed like they were avoiding me in a store that didn’t look too busy one lady finally made eye contact. She checked the stock of the chairs and said she had 22 on stock but possibly had more because more may have come and online it said I could get 18. Great! I’ll take them! No we don’t have stock. No apology, no help to see if they could get them in nothing.. too bad attitude. 45 minutes I wasted at this store.. never again. I bought 24 in the end at Bunnings.

      What a splendid surprise this was. While visiting the area I drove past the turn-off seeing the sign, a number of times. On my last day as I was leaving King Creek, the sign beckoned yet again, and I decided to take the detour and visit. Well this is definitely abundance in all the best ways. Little did I know that it had a lakeside cafe that is just delightful with stunning views. Lovely cake and coffee and I was very happy with the GF baked cheesecake. The nursery/plant area is massive and I imagine you could spend hours looking and buying. Highly recommend this detour.

      Great nursery with lots of variety. They have taken away the kids playground which is a shame and have a staff member who can sometimes be quite rude but the plants are so good that these things don’t deter me from retuning again and again.

      When Anita dropped off the flowers on our wedding day, I very well near cried because they were just so beautifully beyond anything I could have imagined!! The boutonnieres, the corsages, the bouquets, the FLOWER CROWN, were all just so ridiculously gorgeous and I’m so glad we chose Pepe’s for our special day.       Nice, well laid out nursery. It isn’t a large place but they have a pretty good selection at fairly reasonable prices. The staff are quite friendly and even assist with carrying things out to your car. There’s also a nice little cafe inside with really nice fun staff. I love visiting this place.

      Charmhaven have great service, they don’t harass you every minute yet if you need advice the are there to help. The certainly have the best plants, yeah sure they plants aren’t staring at you the prettiest or the loudest look at me style but I quarantee they will survive the harshest of summers because they aren’t been watered everyday which is what they want and need to build up being Drought tolerant. How many times do people go to the other big chain stores, buy plants and find the plants have dropped their standards and aren’t looking that pretty , half dead or dying , true , yes because they haven’t kept up the water EVERY SINGLE DAY, why because they are used to this and this is why they die. Common sense really but that’s why unfortunately people sell more than others because if greed not common sense. And if you ask the others any gardening C or plant care alot of the times they don’t know any knowledge about the topic. I have had shop assistant refer to a book or Google Apparently the is no called RESEARCH. What happened to the good old days of Studying at TAFE by reading you know Theory, practical work and exams, not bloody looking up Google. That’s not studying. Wear your plants off the water gradually, don’t water them every day and you’ll find in the long run you too will have big beautiful blousy plants just like the big major stores and you’ll even save money ?. So buy your plants if the smaller Nurseries and you’ll save money in the long run and also support you Local business.

      Absolutely stoked with the range and variety at Flower Power – there’s even a beautiful collection of hand made pots. Everything was well kept and healthy, I didn’t see a single gnat or bug hanging around. When I went to repott my small selection of plants, I noticed every single one had an earth worm or grub in the soil!! Can’t be happier with the quality or prices, definitely coming back for more ❤️‍?

      Although I live in Melbourne, I ordered two planters online from Flower Power (SYD) (because I absolutely loved them) to be picked up on my next trip to Sydney and I was thoroughly disappointed (Attached are images of what I thought I ordered vs. what I received.).

      The colour of both the planters didn’t match what was shown on their website. When asked if we could return it for a refund, they refused and were rude in the way they served us.

      Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend.
